    Are use the Bon Secours video appointment app and got a great Doctor Who happened to be in New York and he helped me out pretty well and gave good advice very quickly.

    I'm trying to use this app and cannot. Everything is different. The example of the card is the OLD CARD!! There is NO LETTER before the ID number!! I'm in pain and would like to have a virtual visit and cannot. I've made 4 phone calls today to try to get help on this (HR, IT, etc) nobody has a clue on how to fix this.. ZERO STARS!!!

    Very disappointed in Dr DU’s explanation to me about why Walgreens and BonSecours dropped the ball , and why it wasn’t her office’s fault. I don’t care to blame anyone, I need a concierge practice with my conditions and can’t fall short on blood pressure medicine or blood sugar medication. I was without a prescription for 4 days , signing into the MCBS site to request refills 4 days in a row!! It has been working for 14 years without a miss. I got the RX today from Walgreens, but need to speak to someone at Bon Secours about the website inaccuracies and Dr DU’s scolding of me.

    Don’t support this garbage company! They destroyed what was once a great thing when it was still just Bon Secours. After merging with Mercy Health they took over the company it’s now gone to hell.. Mercy’s only core value is increased revenue and they are actively destroying anything and anyone to get it! Take your business somewhere else where you actually matter as a patient because this company only cares about what’s in your wallet.

    Waited 2 hours last night only to be kicked off because the doctor went offline. Today I’ve waited almost 4 hours. Been kicked off the service three times waiting for a physician. I was next up for a total of an hour only to have the app disconnect me. Very frustrating.

    This is my first time using this app. The first try I waited over an hour before canceling my visit. The second try I got through, but I received a message saying there was a problem with the connection. The third time I waited about 45 mins. before finally speaking to a physician. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This is a great app. once you finally get through to someone.

    Spent a significant amount of time waiting my turn, paid my copayment only to find out AFTER our call ended and I submitted my review that the doctor could not send over a muscle relaxer to the pharmacy after he said he would?! I can barely move after pulling a muscle in my back. Really?! Need a face to face! Really, with all the sickness out there including the Corona Virus, no thank you. Very disappointing!

Please update App to accept the new Heath Insurance provided to Bon Secours Mercy Health employee’s on 1/1/2020 so that we may continue to use the convenience and ease of the App without the frustration and inconvenience of submitting to ins company ourselves for a “possible reimbursement”. Thank you.

    Just downloaded the app and saw a doctor for my son, what an amazing experience! Dr. Mia was excellent, the connection and care was perfect! Such a nice change from having to drag a sick child to an office, having to wait and expose them to other germs as well. Not to mention the health care savings, this could fix our health care system! Thank you!!

    Total waste of time and money! The doctor refused to write a prescription for insulin, despite the fact that I explained to her numerous times that I have no transportation access and can’t get to my regular doctor! No help at all!

    Spent 3 minutes video chatting with a doctor. Easy, basic diagnosis with an easy, basic treatment, but told me that I had to see a doctor in person for antibiotics. Definitely not worth my $. Deleted the app.

    All of a sudden, I was feeling severe body aches, really bad headache and fatigue. I rested for half a day since I'll be working the next day. When I woke up I was still feeling sick. I had to go to work at 6am in the morning so going to the Urgent care is not an option. My visit lasted for 3-4 minutes. He asked for allergies, medications, past medical history and my symptoms and gave me a diagnoses and sent prescription to my pharmacy. He also gave me a sick slip to give to work. Amazing stuff!

    What a cool thing! I had pink eye (from my toddlers) and took just a couple of minutes chatting to get my meds sent in! As a mom with a newborn this is so much easier than going in to a doctors office!

    What a great option!! Visiting family in NY and my child developed strep throat. Insurance hasn’t kicked in at the new job yet. Submitted a photo of her throat and described her symptoms. Thoroughly assessed. Prescription sent to a nearby pharmacy. All for $40!!!! She was seen by Dr. Robert Stratton. He was friendly, down to earth and professional. Great bedside manor. This just became our new urgent care / sick visit!!

    Being a nurse, I often can’t take time off to head to the doc when I need to. And like everyone else, that fever always seems to kick in on Friday night. After a long day, no one wants to head back out to an urgent care center when you don’t feel well. I’ve used this app several times already, perfect when you know it’s a sinus infection or the flu starting to dig in...

    I originally tried to connect with an available doc listed with no patients ahead of my around 10:55 pm, but didn’t finish filling out my info until 11:01. I waited 30 mins before finally canceling because I was supposed to be the next person the doc was seeing. Once I canceled, I saw that she was actually offline now. She must have finished at 11 - but the app never informed me that I was waiting on no one after 11 pm. I tried again the next day in the middle of the afternoon. I waited probably ten mins on a doc who was also listed as “available” when I chose her. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. My prescription was sent to my chosen pharmacy after a 5 min chat.

    Just used the 24/7 for the first time. They made it very easy and it was super fast. I will definitely use it again as it saved me a two hour round trip drive and who knows how long sitting in a waiting room full of other sick people. Thanks for a great experience.

    This being my first time using this app was very pleasantly surprised about the ease and promptness of this visit. My provider was knowledgeable and so friendly. I felt completely at ease during my consultation. I know my health was in good hands when my provider gave me warnings on certain medications. She also told me the next time she would be available so if I wasn't getting any better with the antibiotic within a day or two, I could follow up with her or go to an actual physical urgent care location or ER since it was the weekend. I will definitely use this again!

    Only took about 10 minutes from sign up to getting a doctor on the phone. This is great for late night non emergency threatening things that you need to get medication for, or just to get an expert opinion on something going on that you're debating between a hospital visit. Will definitely use again!

    I've not used this service, yet. But what I can tell you is that for many years ALL my doctors have been, and they will always be, Bon Secours doctors. I've also been a patient in 2 of their hospitals. Once for almost a week (they saved my life and the other time for spine surgery.) They are, literally, the best!! 🕊🙏🏻🕊

    Insurance verification screen always hangs, which just leaves you with the option of paying the default copay, so unless you want to overpay for your visit or deal with getting an adjustment to what you're charged on the back end, it's worthless.
