    I hope this review will be read by the team. I do not know how this app was tested and pushed to App Store , full of bugs. Nothing works, payment is horrible .. I was charged twice for the same bill

    I have no hopes of talking to anyone, to get arrears( which I don’t owe them) erased from my account. They just bill you through the app without calling back. Arrears plus late payment charges. Miserable, if you are not tech savvy. I want someone to call up and clear it out with me. They just don’t care for senior citizens.

    Support page has limited options to chose from . If your issue is not listed there is no way to report it. If you select an option and try to report your issue, you go nowhere.

    Very frustrating to be with ACT network in this world of remote working. Paid for 150 MBPS speed, but had multiple zero days in a month. You might lose your job by paying to ACT. Service is horrible, agents don’t know what the issue is...

    We can’t complaint any issues using this app, we bought 750gb plan , we use only 2 gb because we don’t have service 20+ days in a month. This shameless guys using this app for billing purposes only. Be aware of these guys don’t pay for 6 months or 1 year. Once you pay them there is no response for outages

    The app is one sided. Be careful while using. Once you accept an offer there is no way of going back. I made the mistake of accepting ZEE5 1 month free offer 2 days back. I have not been able to use the same as it is not operating but I get an SMS from ACT that I will be charged from November as I opted for free offer in OCTOBER. So this is the FREE offer? There is no portal in the App for redressal of problems. There is no inf regarding HELP lines for any problems/complaints. DO NOT USE APP TILL IT MEETS FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

    I have been with ACT for over 5 years and have never faced any problems... there have been outage on and off but then the service support given was extremely satisfying... especially with Mr. Raju calling in and checking if the internet was functioning. I am very happy with Act... kudos to them for managing the network so well👏👏👏

    Am using dis y5 since 1yr der is no prblm with the Internet Bt since 1mnth am facing the prblms dis connection I never seen dis worst service. Plz dnt take dis connection if u connect u hve to face lots of prblms dis is nt only me in my frnds circle max 20members using this connection facing the prblm pls as soon as possible take a right desicion nd remove ur connection since 1week I called a customer service der is no response nd simply saying within 4hrs to take time to solve the prblm still 1week technician also nt responding bettr to connect the Airtel network did is very bad xperience I hve Nevr seen dis is my job issue bcz of wrk frm hme dis is the way to respond customer care as a rash behaviour to speaking with the customer ?? Very bad connection 👎

    Really worst app in performance and not sure how it shows the usages even when I turned off the router and gone out of town. Also I tried to connect with customer support to disconnect temporarily, however they are not responding properly and asking 200 rupees to hold the port. I took 6 months plan and paid 7000 rupees. I don’t have any words to describe about this app and customer support...🤬

    Do not opt for ACT Fibernet. Services are pathetic. No coordination between Sales to Managers to Technicians. Sales one convinces you to make payment and later does not pick up your calls. Customer Care does not answer simply logs a ticket which will closed after a day. Had a very very bad experience. My advise to look for better alternate services.

    This is a worst app which ever I have seen, as it doesn’t help customers to write about their issue. Customers should have feasibility to write what issue they are facing with your network. But no, This app is just one sided version (what they wanna say that will only be mentioned) for the owner. They have their own questions and answers, which will not help customers always. Now I’m having issue with data usage and billing, but where to raise complaint about it?? There is no way that you can raise complaint on app. Except for predefined questions.

    Sales person says we will come to your house in Hosakerehalli and check if ACT is available in your area. Then tells me to pay for a package online. After that, engineer comes and says that he cannot find their ACT box nearby so a technician will come and install a new connection. Technician come and says that they cannot give a new connection cause he cannot fight with local cable providers and goes away. Now no one is answering my calls and I don’t have any internet connection. ACT says their are India’s fastest internet....only when you a connection.....for this kind of service I could have gone to BSNL!!!!

    I have serious problems with my WiFi connection. I tried to complain , called you, sent a mail etc but you never came to help us. While I am recording something important, it signal completely disappeared so I had to discontinue many times!! Most of the time our calls on what’s app never connects!! Please send a technician fast and help us. Thanks

    These guys don’t resolve the issue fastly. Raised the complaint regarding network issue. It’s been 2 days but still Internet is not coming. Customer service guys Please pick up customer calls.. Called almost 10 times Always saying it’s not in coverage area or please try after sometime.

    1st this apps not resolved the customer queries its just opens Service request and not able to connect with customer care. its was notice several times Bangalore customer care never pick up calls regarding complaints. Customer service is worst then your thoughts, even customer pay bills on time but service is not provided on time. i m planning to closed Act broadband service. I personally feels Act is not serious about provide services after installation.Good part without resolving Service request Act agent closed service tickets.

    Don’t go for this horrible internet connection, they won’t care to fix the problem, all they want is to give new connections and collect the monthly payment. When it comes to fixing problems they’re most irresponsible. Very disappointed! I’m going to disconnect my fibernet right now!

    Hello Act, Not sure who invested money in building your application, but it is a total failure. So many bugs, no direct chat with an actual Human agent, it has a robot that has minimal options. Also none of your numbers work in the website, even if you connect to one they have zero knowledge of what to do. I am really regretting why my mom chose this service. You guys take money right on time but delay a lot in customer service. Thanks for nothing.

    Act is very poor in its communication with its customers and often misses out on what they need to inform, particularly in billing. Their app is old, user unfriendly and slow. Old because it does not include the new developments such as switching between monthly, six monthly and yearly payments. The initial screen does not have the choice between mobile number and ID/Password combinations. There are hardly any perceptible security upgrades done and the speeds are still slow. Act is looking only at its convenience and not of the customers ease and flexibility. I am saying this because i am a software engineer from I.I.T with years of experience and i am worried they are not doing enough.

    Scenario: Wifi ( Internet connection was not working / no internet connection ). To use this app turn on mobile data and open this app then clink support link to raise a complaint. Here is the fun part : During this process the app tries to find if there are any connectivity issues !!! (Possibly there won’t be any issue because app os connected to mobile data). But this app says there are no connectivity issues, and cannot proceed. Please fix this.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!! Very difficult to downgrade your plan. No option to do so in the app. Downgraded payment will not reflect until the plan expires. So if you are traveling internationally forget about being able to make timely payment and incur late payment charges,
