This app does so much. Way more than any of the big banks I use. It is user friendly and well organized.

App has been down for two hrs. Unable to contact support. Star stays at 1 until fix or update is available.

Fixed the crashing.

This app is fantastic at improving the whole banking experience when you are a busy mom of five with a full time job and in the tail end of your masters program. I don’t want to have to worry about time and delays when I’m checking balances making transfers or paying bills. I’m sure it will continue to only get better with each improvement 🙂

App is good when it doesn't crash. But it usually takes you 5 minutes to log in, as 90% of log in attempts will crash.

I have been having issues with the app these few months. It always crashes at the point of starting the application. I will appreciate if this can be fixed.

The Advancial app used to be awesome! Now, it crashes more than it works. It also lost some items that it once had with this last update. I have removed and reinstalled this app multiple times and done phone updates to have the same result...

Advancial is the best financial institution in ACADIANA hands down! It’s not in the name but in services and appreciation of their banking family.

So many new features - I'll never have to log in to my desktop again! Way more advanced than the old app. I have no problem seeing my loan details or paying my loan like the other reviews are reporting. Touch ID is awesome.

The previous version of this app was awesome. This update was just a colorful 15 steps back. It's a nightmare trying to get to the point where I can just pay my auto loan through them. And I can't access how much I owe and when I need to pay now. Honestly they should have left it the way it was with the old version. Simple and easy to use.

The previous version was very basic but at least it was possible to pay the credit card loan. The new version is full of color and pretends to be fancy but is absolutely useless. I can't pay my loan anymore and the navigation is a nightmare. Please fix it! Advancial, you're better than this!

I could never get the thumbprint sign-on to work on my iPhone 7+ I use it for all my bank accounts without a problem. Their solution was to delete the app and reload it (which I did to no avail). I just tried to add a major bank for transfers and that feature doesn't work either. So far, I'm batting ZERO with this app. Love the CU. Hate the app.

Terrible update

Since update (iphone 6), the app shuts down after trying to log in.

The new update is amazing. So many new features and LOVE the fingerprint login. Way to go & thank you!

Since updated never worked again in my phone

Remote deposit option is horrible. Took at least 50 good images of check and app did not accept any of them then timed out. Makes being a member difficult since the banks branches are few and far between.

They really need to fix the remote deposit function on the new version of the app. It is impossible to use. I used to be able to deposit checks quickly and easily and now it is simply impossible. Please fix!!!

I despise the remote deposit feature of this new version of the app! It won't accept my photos of my checks. My other credit union's app works perfectly. Please fix this!!!

I love this app and it's very useful on the go, but the new update makes it impossible to deposit checks. Once I finally get two pictures it says "session timed out" because it took so long. I tried this 3 times and I'm now light headed due to the fact that I'm holding my breath in order to keep the camera steady. Please fix this. I used to be able to deposit checks quickly and easily.

I can't deposit checks anymore. Every time I take a picture I get an error message. Never had this problem with the last version. This is disappointing and very inconvenient to say the least.

Even your update to your update didn't work well.... Now the passcode doesn't work. Really???

I have an iPhone 6s Plus, and when I try to use the passcode feature the app crashes.

Running iOS 9 on my iPhone 5S the app will not launch. Promptly closes after the splash screen briefly shows.

Just updated to the latest version and now the app crashes every time I open it -

Great app for keeping up with my finances but I can no longer view my pending activity need a update!!

This app is handy for viewing your latest statements and balance due, among other things, but the bill payer function never works! Needs an update!

This is a great added function. Better than using a CPU or laptop to make my payments.

When I first downloaded this app it worked just fine but over the last two months I haven't been able to make a payment on the app or the full site on my phone.

Has tons of functionality. Love the bill pay and Deposit functionality all in one easy to navigate menu.

Need to be able to add multiple accounts. Currently only able to login to one checking and savings

On an iPad I find the site has very poor resolution and the page doesn't rotate when the iPad is turned on its side.

Yeah!! They finally came out with an app -- thanks, Advancial! Very convenient and easy to use; it has everything we need. :o)
