BIBD app was used to be the de facto standards for all Bruneian in terms of mobility banking. However, they becoming laidback so much that their apps becoming ancient, and other banks has released a more powerful responsive, exceeding the expectation. The loading icon is annoying. Quickpay is slow and too many clicky2 process. The app not even optimized for new iPhone design. Wake up and do your job.

It can’t be my wifi or my credit, i could load other apps and safari quickly. i sometimes encounter loading problems with bibd app. Its frustrating when i need to check it quickly. Updating the app doesnt help

Problematic with face ID authentication after iOS14 update. Have to delete and reinstall the app to get it working every time. Also, How do you store favourite numbers like powerkad it’s tedious having to key in the number everytime.

Im using face id (iphone 11) as biometric. After successful attempt of face id, there’s a loading screen and one moment later is says "incorrect login". Please have a look on this. Thank you.

I love the app as it fulfills my online banking. Unfortunately in this past few month the apps starts to slowdown, almost regular timeouts, slow login then fail, slow quickpay process and more issue related to the slow apps. Hope this can be resolve soon.

I keep on having trouble with biometric scan while other banking apps are just fine. It keeps on saying incorrect login and I have to keep on deleting this app and reinstall it again cause i can only use the biometric scan 1-2 times per log in then after 1-2 times it will not recognise my biometric scan log in not until i delete them and reinstall it again.

Im using my ipad for about 2 yrs now and i see that the bibd app for ios have not any updates recently

i used to be able to login now it just says maxiuma attempts exceeded even after a month

A few times while logging into the app, there were issues. A bubble would appear either saying Error too many http directs or lost network connection

Unable to log in all a sudden. After face recognition part, the apps will not reach the point where I would be prompted to enter the password. It would merely show invalid login as a message, even when I haven’t even attempted to enter the password yet.

This app is good actually, its just that im using iphone xs max & and its a bit annoying that i can’t view it as full screen on my iphone when i can view it as full screen on Samsung S8+.. can u update to make the display compatible with all iphone’s screen size... thanks a lot..

I am more happy to use the app if the mobile app can pay financing and put favourites account into list. after several updates still this options are still missing in the mobile apps. looking forward to seeing this features. thank you.

After the update, its impossible for me to login using biometric login. Im using iphoneX. Before it's not a problem for me to login using biometric login.I would give 5 star for it but for now juat 3 stars. Please fix this.

Everytime logged in, kept asking to go to settings to enrol biometrics, which i have, but doesn’t work. I tried unenrol but it kept saying invalid device. 🤪 Please.. fix.. this.. and.. make.. me.. happy.. once.. again.. 🤣 anyway, good job so far.. 😊

Ever since the new update, there’s notification everywhere!! Wherever I logged in my account e.g my other phone, my friends phone, etc.. after that every time I tried to login, all the previous I logged in is sent a notifications saying successfully logged in. My friends keep asking me why my session is notified to them. Please fix this wrong notification error

Hi. I’d like to point out that whilst the fingerprint scan feature is convenient, it is not so stable unfortunately. This is my second time reinstalling the app into my iPhone because I keep getting login error. Please fix this.

Still not fast enough. Still require 3 long steps before we can actually login. Standard chartered still the best in terms of biometric login in the country, it only requires 1 step before login. Besides, why “eTunai” and “send” not using biometric??? still using old fashion PIN number Overall, bibd gives best banking experience in the country. Keep up the good work. 👍

It says face is not detected on the image. I am at a very well lit room though. Gave it a few tries and it still doesnt work.

Good apps so easy!

The update was supposed to make your debit card usage and overseas withdrawal tracking more convenient. Basically, it yearns to make your life easier. But the new update is unstable and buggy. Not only does it repeatedly crash, most services like transfers were unavailable. When the app is basically your main (and sometimes, sole) connection to BIBD while travelling, it can be such an inconvenience!

Add touch ID support to log in, yeah? 😁

Update: The apps didnt work, stuck at loading circle!!! Please update, you better fix this!!! The apps excellent, but please update for iPhone 6 and Touch ID lock features for Apple devices, the rest is excellent, thanks.

I'm a blind user of the app (IOS) and i'm able to access it using the built-in screen reader "Voiceover". The app is great because it allows me to manage my finances e.g. transfer funds and make payments online and this for a blind user like myself is very liberating. Unfortunately, the latest version prevents voiceover from reading out the "select account" section when attempting to pay or transfer funds from one account to another. Could someone please take a look at this issue as it makes it extremely difficult for me to perform my online transactions. Otherwise, the app is great!

Stuck in loading screen after i put my mobile password, when i close it down and open it up again and put my password again, its says user already log in. Please fix this.

I got so excited when I saw this App's update. I quickly updated and was ready to see that the bug was fixed. But for some reason, I couldn't even get passed the login screen. There's a message saying "MiB000002.MPASSMOBILE", and the only thing I could click was "OK". Am I the only one with this problem? My iOS is 8.0.2, it's up to date btw.

Im using this apps for a while already, very convenient indeed! Great work!! But recently transactions cant be made thru this app.. Cant do payment nor transfer.. Hopefully the admin can do something to deal it.. Many thanks..
