  • Literally a life saver
by SynePDX on August 17, 2021 at 9:14 pm

I personally get great savings via Blink but some people can’t afford to live without significant discounts to medications they require to live. This service is such a life saver in a time when health care costs burden so many. Thanks, Blink!

  • Forget about Nurx & Pill Club!
    by kmbl859 on July 5, 2021 at 5:50 pm

I’ve been scouring the internet for two hours trying to find a birth control website that was quick and affordable for prescriptions and deliveries. I had just about the same luck with all of them; the initial consultation & prescriptions came out to $60 on every one of them, and most of the widely known birth control websites will turn you down for any medical condition out of the ordinary (pill club denied me for having Hepatitis C). The others I tried were GoodRX and Nurx who decided ultimately what I should take (due to my Hypertension) and denied me when I specifically requested the birth control I felt worked best for me. Blink actually ASKED if I had been on this medication before and what my preference was. Plus for initially signing up, my medication and delivery was only $5! So far, on such short notice and a tight budget I am VERY IMPRESSED.

  • Costs
    by blinkster69 on April 9, 2021 at 3:49 pm

Tbh just pay for your first script with blink and you get a lot of refills after that. Use one of those generic percription savings cards and just fill the script refills with cash and use the script card not thru blink just the pharmacy. My boyfriends script cost 38 with blink I just take the refills and fill them withou blink and use the pharmacy script savings card it only cost 17$

  • Terribly Slow
    by DM594 on March 30, 2021 at 8:52 pm

My one and only prescription from these guys has been in transit for 2 weeks because it was shipped UPS mail innovations which is a combo UPS/USPS that takes forever and neither UPS or USPS knows where my package is now. I’m having my prescription transferred back to a local pharmacy so I can at least get it. Will never use these guys again.

  • Error during login
by Robert S Price on January 14, 2021 at 1:37 am

This app and service use to be great! Now I can no longer login using the app, but I can login using the website. They are obviously having issue in the app development department.

  • Don’t get it!
    by Pulsar747n on December 13, 2020 at 5:32 pm

I have used Blink for a couple of years now. Initially they will give you good prices but later, once they have your prescriptions, the prices go up. Also they ship to you whenever they want, whether you need the prescription or not. You are better off using GoodRX or Walmart. At least you will have better control.

  • BEWARE of using mail delivery!
by Reviewer THX1138 on November 15, 2020 at 5:28 pm

App works fine, order processing is smooth. My first order looked like it would be great. BUT if using mail delivery for prescriptions, make sure to pay for expedited, end-end trackable delivery. Otherwise, Blink uses lesser grade shipping and now order hopelessly lost

  • Hm
by sirelvin on August 8, 2020 at 10:48 am

From what I can tell, if you’re not completely perfect the Dr. will deny you. Seems like a quick way to make $5 for the initial “doctor visits”.

  • Must go to doctor
by Jkruel on July 18, 2020 at 9:02 pm

This is very misleading. Trying to get a birth control I’ve already been prescribed. But I have to have been to a doctor or go to a doctor and have proof of my blood pressure. All blood pressure machines are closed due to COVID so I’m told to go to a fire station. So I do that. The firefighters/paramedics take my BP and tell me it’s perfect. But the app “doctor” asks if I was nervous because my heart rate was high. I said “yes you made me go sit in the back of an ambulance with four firefighters starring at me while I get by blood pressure taken. They said it was in the normal range” however the app “doctor” said I needed to go back and be more calm. What a waste of money. Also it automatically signs you up for a recurring subscription in the fine print. Might as well risk going to the doctor right now.

  • Takes Too Long To Receive RX
by treyfromtroy on July 8, 2020 at 2:34 pm

Ordered my RX on the 30th of June and won’t get it till like the 14th of July. Why does it take so long to receive a prescription but you take the money right away?

  • Good-bye, GoodRx. Hello, Blink Health!!
by Georgetown FNP on February 14, 2020 at 2:32 am

I used GoodRx for years until I heard about Blink Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, I am always looking for the best source of information and cost-savings for my clients. It doesn’t matter if my clients have insurance or not. I tell all my clients about Blink Health. I believe so much on Blink Health, I purchase all my prescriptions through Blink Health.

  • Can’t cancel via website or app
    by Jc171189 on February 6, 2020 at 4:58 pm

They make you call in ( and wait for 10 min) to speak to someone and cancel your membership... so wasting my time and money... Won’t be using again unless it gets fixed.

  • Absolutely A Joke
by eatdck on February 2, 2020 at 2:13 am

Went through the tela health process and received RX from Dr for 20 tablets and only 10 was filled . Contacted customer service and they never responded back. Got email update that order has shipped but USPS is saying they are still waiting to receive shipment and that was 4 days ago. I got 11 refills and can’t imagine how long it will take to receive them. I have used HEY Doctor app in past with great customer service and received meds super fast. Maybe I need to go back to them as Blink seems to take your money and then take there time to get your meds to u.

  • Takes way too long!
    by ron666i$$ on January 15, 2020 at 6:00 am

So i’ve had a few problems with them they have my prescription and it still takes 3, 4,5 days to process then the slowest snail mail Service ever Last month took over 2 and a half weeks to get my prescription they need to do something about this before I go to honey!

  • Stay away
by Xznzn on December 23, 2019 at 10:59 pm

Overcharged for me a prescription and didn’t even let me know about it. I had to call and they still have yet to initiate a refund. Charged me for 30 pills when they only gave 10. They are extremely slow with everything, shipping, replying, etc. Then when you call to help, they can’t do anything or contact anyone.

  • Above and Beyond
by Jëśš on December 18, 2019 at 1:15 am

I am NOT exaggerating when I say Blink Health SAVES LIVES! When I did not have insurance it was the only reason I could afford my medications and even with the good insurance I have now, I always double check because sometimes Blink is still cheaper. Also the ONE SINGLE time I have had an issue over the past 4 years (pharmacy’s fault not blinks) they called the pharmacy and fixed it IN MINUTES and called me back!

  • So cheap and convenient!!
by Meh, it's okay. on December 12, 2019 at 8:56 pm

I don't know how Tadalafil went from $400 to $13, but I'm glad it did! And instead of ordering from a sketchy overseas pharmacy, and waiting 3 weeks, I can pick it up at my local pharmacy the same day. Frickin game changer!

  • Mail order option
    by grg454 on December 10, 2019 at 8:01 pm

Don’t do it! For years I’ve used the app and gone to a local pharmacy to get the meds. I thought the discount for home delivery was too good to pass up so I chose that option. No where during the process was I prompted to put my pharmacy info in, as why would I need to since my pharmacy is in my profile on the app. I found out this glitch a week later when I called to inquire about my meds, then the nice gal informed me I needed to term them where the prescriptions were so they could get them (again, huh?) I told her and she says oh yes, here it is. So that’s a week wasted. Then I called yesterday, 5 days later and what a mess. The app isn’t updating my account, my meds are pending acceptance at a local USPS facility, but no, UPS is now taking over delivery. (Huh?) so another nice gal gave me a $15.00 credit. Cool I called just now and a cool dude confirmed meds will be delivered by end of day today. But still no update on my app. In my opinion it’s not worth saving a few bucks to go through this. I’ll be picking them up from now on. Hopefully in the future this will work. 👍

  • “Participating pharmacy’s”
by jjjjjjjjjrolo on December 2, 2019 at 7:36 pm

I never had trouble with this app until recently, I feel something has changed. I had purchased my medication through the app and brought my prescription to three separate pharmacy’s. Two had no idea what blink was and couldn’t figure out how to process it and turned me away, not necessarily the apps fault but in no way convenient enough to use it again. The third pharmacy’s is the one that bothered me and is cause for this review. The pharmacy’s manager had stated that they had never signed up for blink and would never except it because they loose money doing so. I had contacted Blink support and they had no idea why they wouldn’t take it and recommended trying another “Participating pharmacy” eventually with much time waisted I requested a refund rather track down a pharmacy that was actually participating and knew about it.

  • Is this a joke?
by User 93476 on November 15, 2019 at 1:49 pm

Flu vaccines are available without codes for $30. Blink lists at $1050. A steroid cream (generic) usually runs $50 without insurance, Blink has it at $185.

  • Scammers/ Scam
by serious bad apps on November 13, 2019 at 12:06 am

Attention! This app is a scammer, I once purchased from online Blink Health, and I call the company to make sure I can go to the partner Pharmacy. I called that if I can used at Publix Pharmacy, they say yes. When I went to Publix Pharmacy, they say they don’t accept Blink Health because, they got nothing from the company. Basically, they scam u with discounts. I called Blink Health about this, and they told me they will transfer the money back. But they never did even after a month. Be careful guys

    by Hot99999999 on November 7, 2019 at 8:32 pm

Need to rewrite policy about each person having an email. Company needs to think about minors. Hope they fix this soon. I will not let my daughter be on the Internet with her own email. Come on that is dumb.

  • I got scammed
by AhmedKafi on October 18, 2019 at 4:58 am

I visited a doctor for an online subscription and got denied. I went to cancel my order, but blink kept my money.

  • Poor customer support
    by 4real333 on September 3, 2019 at 9:26 pm

App is terrible customer support is even worse 7 phone calls 2 days more hours than I care to admit . Crap

  • Great when it works
    by Suemom22 on August 2, 2019 at 12:53 am

Spent over an an hour on the phone on hold today trying to get my login. I have to have three separate email addresses and passwords for three different family members. Great discounts when it works. But cannot get a human to help me reset my account. So frustrating - was on hold forever - cut off- forwarded to no mans land. Please fix your service and help me.

  • Game changer
    by user a c hairy on June 25, 2019 at 3:30 pm

Blink health is a logical step forward in medicine. They offer online doctor appointments for some conditions that it would be silly to have to go to a doctor for. Then The prices for a home delivery prescription are way cheaper than if I went to the pharmacy. There’s no comparison. The only low point is the app itself is not the most user friendly, but it’s good enough for now.

  • Almost perfect!
by CynicalSir on June 8, 2019 at 2:31 pm

The only feature missing is Apple Passport support! I’d love to be able to just open my Apple wallet and have them look at it.

  • Really good
by Fruityfruitfff on June 5, 2019 at 6:59 pm

My prescriptions are all more than half the price. I had to change pharmacies to another local one, but it’s so worth it. I have $20 prescriptions that are now less than $4. I got a free $15 toward my first purchase, heck yeah.

  • Not for me
by brudder buddy on May 28, 2019 at 7:24 pm

I put in 2 meds that my daughter takes and my 3. One was the same price I get at Costco, the remainder were from $10 to $100 more than local cash prices. Not helpful for us.

  • Simply Amazing
    by Mickey1428 on May 5, 2019 at 3:32 pm

I was a bit skeptical about this service. I mean the savings offered was far far below my prescription. It was a Saturday and I was heading out of town when I realized I was out of my meds. I would have waited until Monday to have the pharmacy call my doctor to get it refilled. Oh and this med isn’t covered by my insurance so the price is over the moon! I downloaded the Blink Health app and found my medication. Answered some questions for an online doctor to read. They had some follow up questions which I answered and they replied with their approval. In a matter of a couple of hours I had my meds and for less than 35 bucks! The meds were sent to a participating pharmacy in their network. So I know the medication was legitimate. No junk from out of the country! If you want to save money use this service. It’s a life saver!

  • Bad Service
by ToneyToneyToney! on May 3, 2019 at 9:55 pm

You get what you pay for. It’s your health. You pay for cheap meds and service. That’s what you get is bad service and probably bad meds. I signed up, finish the consult, sent photos, answered all the questions and paid with my credit card. HeyDoctor, their collaborating company doesn’t get my consult after I had finished it. Blinkhealth has my info, photos and credit card info but they cannot send it over to HeyDoctor. They just took my money and they keep emailing me to finish the consult (I finished it). I called, they keep giving me the run around for a week. The consult eventually cancelled because of non activity even though I was actively calling them. This is very unprofessional. It’s your health. Advisory. You get what you pay for. You pay for cheap meds and service. You might as well put your life on the line. What’s fishy is that they had a messaging system, you could only speak with HeyDoctor NOT Blink Health on top of their navigation to the left of my accounts. After, I complained the messaging system suddenly disappeared. Fishy business going on.

  • This app prices are too expensive compared to GoodRX
by Apple Fan JCE on April 23, 2019 at 12:26 am

Prices for the drugs I take are 3 times more expensive on this app than GoodRX. I highly recommend the GoodRX app and prices.

  • Worthless.
by leoken on April 2, 2019 at 6:35 pm

Impossible to actually get a prescription for a pickup. Called multiple times to clear it up, even switched pharmacies and still doesn't work. Everyone at blink seems clueless.

  • Affordable prescriptions finally!
by cangela on March 22, 2019 at 11:45 am

I thought this was a joke or scam! It was not! I can afford my prescriptions! Thank so much!

  • Not a good app for monthly prescriptions.
by spine scare on March 20, 2019 at 12:18 am

I had used blink for a month ago and a month later trying to get my pain meds after spine surgery and they won’t allow me to purchase my monthly meds again. I won’t be using this app again.

  • Very affordable
by Mom Ibarra on March 6, 2019 at 9:34 pm

I always get my medication at Walgreens and never had an issue. Sometimes the price was affordable and sometimes a little on the expensive side but still doable. Well this time it was on the EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE SIDE and I began my research. I came across Blink and not just affordable for the same medication but even extremely affordable for the generic version and I opted for the generic. I would Definitely recommend Blink Health to all.

  • Deliveries are a joke
by Keeana Ivy on February 19, 2019 at 6:38 pm

Twice now I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my birth control order. This is not a medication that I can keep going on and off of!! It should not take 2 weeks to ship out an order this is ridiculous. I now have to go without my medication AGAIN. Never using the home delivery option again.

  • Even better pricing than insurance
by Happy w Blink on February 15, 2019 at 3:16 pm

Being uninsured and paying out of pocket, Blink has been a savior. I can only say good things about them. Never a problem. The savings are amazing and being credited for referrals makes this app a win win for me!!

  • My prescriptions were lost in the mail and Blink said “Too Bad”
by ChelseaLF on January 26, 2019 at 7:13 pm

I switched my prescription over to Blink Home Delivery to save some money, and my FIRST delivery said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. USPS was no help, and Blink would not help me either; just telling me to file a claim with USPS. USPS said they had no idea where my mail was delivered and had me file a missing mail claim that they said could take up to 60 days and was very unlikely to actually find my mail. These are MUCH NEEDED medications and it is an emergency for me to not have them and Blink offered no assistance when the shipping method they chose failed. Beware if you actually need your medications; you may not get them if you order home delivery and Blink will not help.

  • Don’t use Blink health! Beware!
    by Nancy702boo on January 25, 2019 at 4:32 pm

I received wrong medication, called them...30 mins later after being on hold was told that once the medication is shipped, you can not get a refund?! There’s nothing they can do?! Not an exchange or refund, neither is an option. What a joke of a company.

  • GoodRx is much better
by JustCallingItAsISeeIt on January 13, 2019 at 9:57 pm

Compared rates quoted and overall GoodRx has much better pricing. Sure there are the occasional Rx that is cheaper here. Check both. Good luck.

  • I used another app and saved $100 more
    by ***BAM***BAM*** on December 31, 2018 at 9:59 pm

The med I needed was $375 for 90 days, this app lowered it to $245. I checked on another app and I saved another $140, making it $105. This app is not a one stop shop for all your med needs, SHOP AROUND... I had to give it one star because it’s mostly hype and they want your personal info, and your money...

    by Parks38285838 on December 15, 2018 at 9:36 pm

Does not function the way it is advertised. The “free shipping” method doesn’t exist. When you try to use it, the app just fails.

  • Well, at least the app works....
    by K2DCG on December 1, 2018 at 9:02 pm

Don’t waste your time. “Participating” pharmacy wasn’t participating and never was. I even received an email and a pop-up that the Rx was filled when it hadn’t even been transferred yet! They scam you into thinking coverage is larger than it actually is and when you call for assistance, the only answer is to cancel the order and try again.

  • It helps sometimes
by bmwrigh on November 16, 2018 at 3:52 pm

I used to love Blink, and it saved me close to $100/month on prescriptions. But the cost of my prescription has gone down at my local pharmacy, and Blink is now more expensive than the current cash option price. On the flip side, Good Rx has started getting better. My prescription used to cost more through Good Rx vs Blink, but currently I can use them to get a $60 discount off a price that is still cheaper than the Blink price. So definitely check around with different apps/discounts, and see which ones work best for your situation.

  • Cool but..
by Scottztotz on November 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm

I liked the app and the idea of having my medications all together in one account, shipped to my house when I need them. I signed up for this reason alone, but was immediately turned off when I realized that Blink doesn’t accept any prescription drug coverage from your insurance company. So essentially, they’re just an app that identifies (out of their relatively small pharmacy network) where your prescription is the ‘best deal’, throw on a few extra $ for themselves, then bill you BEFORE you go to the pharmacy to even get it. If you have any kind of prescription drug co-pay on your current insurance plan then Blink is likely going to end up being more expensive and less convenient. If you’re paying cash or HSA for your prescription drugs currently or don’t have any kind of insurance, you might find that you can save a few $ with this

  • The best kept secret
by Reddie hare on October 20, 2018 at 8:53 am

My meds would have cost me $290 at WALMART.......AT BLINK HEALT ....$14.44. Need I say more?

  • Billed random pharmacy?!
by Ren SM on August 29, 2018 at 6:03 pm

I recently paid for a prescription with Blink, and they sent it to a pharmacy I have not used for months. I don’t understand how that is even possible without my permission. It clearly states on the website refills must be requested yourself and you must show the pharmacist your Blink card. It doesn’t say anything about possibly billing a random pharmacy. I called Blink when my prescription was denied and was offered no help or apology. I spent a lot of money on this, and now I am forced to spend half my day driving to different stores and trying to figure this out. I don’t recommend using this service for medication you really need.
