I can’t apply anew registration

It’s a mess.

This app is just as bad as there billing system on there website.

You log in, and they ask to enter your account number, then your name, then how much to pay? What is the point of the app if I have to type in my info anyway? Terrible service per usual.

I have tried to load the app on my new phone iPhone. But I can not change my user name or password! And was informed when I call them that they do not take or give information over the phone? It is very confusing for us disabled, poor and elderly! Please tend to CMP

This app is a total waste of time and a joke! It barely works at all. Outage maps do not work. Outage listings do not work!! Do not waste your time. Classic power company monopoly ripping us all off.

Not able to login!😖

This app seems no more convenient than using the website for paying bills. As for reporting outages...if there is an outage, WiFi doesn't work, so reporting it is impossible by this method. Not worth the storage space it uses on my devices. Will delete.

Great, we have an app for that. Usage statistics would be useful but priorities.

This just pays the bill. It is worthless unless it connects to energy manager

The app redirects you to the website for all its functions. Just log into your camp account and skip the headache.

Easy to use app. Outage information is presented clearly with just a few clicks to get to my town.

Have to log in EVERY time you open the app, even if only a few minutes. No usage information. Outage map/lists are a joke—“assessing” always.

The download of the app and logging in went smoothly, but I am disappointed because I can’t see daily, weekly, and monthly usage. I don’t need an app to pay bills, but will keep it for reporting outages...

I texted “app” to the alerts number, got the download link and downloaded the app in less than 30 seconds. Enabled my fingerprint login in a few more seconds. So so easy!!!! Fastest way to get outage info and view my bill! Thank you CMP!

Another piece of awful software from CMP. Clunky, awkward. This application carried forward all of the poor qualities of the previous iterations. Mr Flannigan needs to clean house and hire an entirely new software contractor. Avangrid also needs to divest.

Smooth download, login, process. I love the outage feature at my fingertips! Finally a SCORE by CMP.

I remember seeing something when I downloaded and started using this about being able to see information about energy usage and time of day and things like that. Like the smart meter statistics so I could track how much energy I use when I’m not home and where most of my energy is being consumed, but it doesn’t seem to be a part of the app. Otherwise it works fine for paying your bill. That’s about the only useful feature.

Took forever to log in. Need too type all your information In again just to find out you can only make a payment by check no debit cards. Had to fight with it online. Congratulations on a useless app.

The app works on my iPhone but not on my iPad.

App is infested with bugs. Home screen won’t accept my login. Session expired error. CMP only cares about your money. They don’t have any sympathy or empathy towards their customers.

Fix your app before releasing, it doesn’t even log in. The website still works at least, but not the app.
