Cleveland Clinic Express Care® Online offers 24/7 care from anywhere via your smartphone or tablet. During your virtual visit, a healthcare provider can offer a diagnosis, treatment, and medication if appropriate – no appointment needed.

    If you're sick folks. Go to the doctor. All these people do on here is get paid to tell you that you need the COVID vaccine. Sore throat? COVID. Cough? COVID. Left index finger hurts...you guessed it, COVID.

    Was on hold for a doctor for 40 minutes and received a few text messages which I was unable to respond to. All of a sudden they switched me to a new Doctor Who was great but it was inconvenient that I waited all that time.

    An appointment from home everything I was looking for instead of waiting at an office all sick and uncomfortable. Even if it takes 2 hours I’m at home in my nice sofa or bed ! Just make sure you have a good wifi connection or it will take forever!

    Doctors sign offline while you are waiting in line to see them! You’ll be informed “unfortunately this provider is no longer available , let me transfer you to a new one”. Then you’ll be kicked back to the opening screen, forced to fill out forms and approve co-pay all over again and placed at the end of a new line. When I was transferred to a third provider and had already waited 2.5 hours for doctors that signed off before finishing the queue, I gave up

    Express care disconnected from the first assigned doctor and had to wait for the second total wait time with the disconnection was 2.5 hours

    This is my third televisit using Express Care and each time I was pleased with the visit. Dr. Opacity was very knowledgeable and empathetic and my visit went smoothly. She was thorough and all around wonderful!! Thank you!

    My only complaint is that I know my insurance, United Healthcare covers virtual visits and has in the past, but my credit card is being billed.

    Thank you so much for the ability to seek medical care with the ease of a virtual visit. Ms. Katlyn was/is amazing…. I highly recommend the Express care to those I know, and for those that need medical attention for things that are non-emergent issues.

    Practioner Marek was so very knowledgeable and concerned about my health and well being. She covered all aspects of my condition and made healthy suggestions. She warned me what to watch for and even covered me for an option after Antibiotic therapy! So relieved to have this tele health option especially when away from home.

    My insurance used to be listed and I’m upset that I had to pay for my child to be seen. Especially during covid. I don’t mind paying for my children when it comes to medicine, but my insurance should have been on the list like it was before!

    Doctor case is good, however the app has no history of appointments, making it a terrible tool for ongoing help. I’ve had 3 appointments and nothing has been added to MyChart, there is no log or email of who I have seen or what the have prescribed. It’s chaotic. It seems like a sales tool. The last provider said I would get all of the information in MyChart but there is nothing, and no way for me to refind or contact the provider. Seems like a shabby app just market telehealth to make a little extra dough.

    I am totally disgusted with trying to setup a virtual Dr Appointment with my cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic. I have spent several hours over at least five attempts. Terrible website at this point.... I give up!!!

    The Physician Assistant Salvortore B made me feel so at ease in helping me navigate through everything I needed to talk to him about. He explained what I need to do and definitely made me understand everything I need to know. First time doing a virtual office visit and I highly recommend it as well as talking to this Physician Assitant

    To go to an office, or to the ER is not always necessary. It was good to be able to call and talk to the doctor. I now have a direction to go...to follow up with.

    The wait time was about 5 minutes with 1 person ahead of me. The practitioner who took the time to meet with me via video chat was a gem. Quite friendly for it being 6AM and seemed to ask the right investigative questions to get to the root of the problem and hopefully keep it from returning. Cannot recommend NP Katalyn Yenne enough!

    Really great app but it doesn’t let you link TriCare insurance... Virtual visit happened within 15 minutes of downloading this app! 🤘🤓

    I had a very long wait because my iPad would not connect to the provider. They left me a message to switch from my iPad to my iphone and wahlah it worked.

    Dr. Dawson was excellent! He diagnosed my issue immediately and followed helpful information. At no time was the visit rushed or felt like I was not be attended to as I would with with my pcp or ER. Thank you Dr. Dawson and Cleveland Clinic for offering this service.
