Funded are supposed to show in the account 2-3 business days but in reality it is 1 week, which is ridiculous. Also, to endorse a check you have to write that it is for “mobile deposit only”with your member number. That is absolutely inefficient.

I keep getting messages that I don’t have network connectivity when I’m clearly connected for all other uses. Apparently their latest update is not working well

The app goes down more frequently than is normal, and always at very inconvenient hours of the day.

I'm hating the app. I've tried to log in several times and every time I do it continues to asks me for my phone number and then kicks me out. When I go back to log in it repeats the same process; asks for my phone number and kicks me out...

I've been having the same issue, every time I try to log in it gives me a log in error. This bug needs to be fix ASAP.

I read the last couple reviews about having the same log in issue .... it's simple you just need to log in your computer and click on mobile and enter your mobile number then you will receive a text with the link download the app and is all set use the same log in but if you having a issue not able to found were to enter your number on your online banking contact them and let them know that your banking app is not working provide them with your phone number so they could link your mobile number to the app and just download and is ready the same log in

I was asked a million security questions, a bunch that were not even my original security questions, questions that I have no answer to because they do not apply to me. Now I am locked out of my account.

I can almost never log in with this new update!!! It's always giving me a system error, I've been able to log in about twice now! Something should be fixed!

I enter the correct username but it's asking me irrelevant security questions that I never assigned. Best man at wedding? I'm not even married! Fix please!

I can't even sign in to the app without it asking me a million security questions repetitively. I know this is a new app and there are still some bugs and glitches to work out but seriously it's very annoying and frustrating. It says it needs to verify my identity by having me answer questions. Some of these questions are information that I have never even provided to Ecentral so I don't know why it is asking me these personal things. I guess I will delete it for now and try it again once they work on a fix 😑
