    I guess I wrote a review a while back when I was having issues with the new “update,” and guess what? They have not changed. Worst! Banking! App! Ever!!! My gosh, I’m trying to look at my banking history and I’m getting errors. The biometrics worked for a while, now they’re not working, again!!! Not to mention the slow logging in. This is so frustrating, and not a peep from the developer or the bank about fixing anything. I’m getting ready to move my money and everything else. I am so over this bank.

    This app has only gotten worse over the years. After 18 years, I am about to change banks (already moved investments). Why can the app not remember my login (yes the checkbox is marked) and why does it forget I have enrolled in biometrics (yes, that box is checked as well)? Was bad enough the app used to time out during login because it took so long, but now this... each improvement is a step backwards. Forget the app, get a new bank. —— Update —— Wish I could give *0* Stars... no response by the app programmers to fix issues... almost like the “For Military Personnel” bank wants everyone to go to another institution. It’s now 2021 and time to set a resolution First Command... fix this junk or continue to lose clients and eventually declare bankruptcy.

    This app works my nerves to the point that I want to change banks because of it. I hate having to put in my password AND get a passcode every time I need to log in. What’s the point of having a button that says enroll in biometrics when it doesn’t work? Please go back to the ok’d version. This one does not work.

    Have you ever wanted to play “Suddenly your money is all gone simulator?” Well with this app you can! For as often as about 50% of the time, you’ll log in to the app telling you that you have zero accounts with them! Isn’t that amazing?! Really makes you happy to do business with them...

    They just updated this app a couple weeks ago now it is even worse. I tolerated the SLOW login and interactions. Now it is nearly impossible to get into my account. A 40 second wait to get in, constant wanting to verify it’s me by texting/calling, gives me useless information they offer, tells me I don’t have an account, gives me error messages, freezes...... just to name a few. Since the update I have not once been able to sign in without an issue. I’ve been with FCB for over 20 years this useless app and zero support for it has made up my mind to switch to USAA.

    This app works terribly, crashes often, and has security flaws. Biometrics don't work so I have to enter my password every single time. Interface with bill payment is ridiculously complicated and not intuitive resulting in errors and late charges. Can't get any app support by clicking "app support" here in the App Store because that link takes me directly to First Command's main website and there's no link for getting app support there. Who the heck made this app or First Command and why don't they offer app support? I wish I could give this app zero stars. Scrap this and go back to the old app! The old app worked great without any issues. If it's not broke don't fix it! I never once complained about it, in fact I bragged about FCB and how good their services and app were until this new app rolled out. I've asked the people at the bank for help a few times and they sounded embarrassed and suggested I should use my computer instead. Not much confidence there in this app either. Please end your customer's suffering and your bank employees embarrassment by returning to the previous banking app ASAP!

    This app does show bank account information, which is good. However it does not display investment information brokered through First Command. It did this briefly a few months ago, which was the main reason I was interested in the app. Now that function is removed and I have little reason to use the app at all.

    I truly believe this bank could experience huge growth if they created a usable app. I would personally try to take some tips from NavyFed’s app. It is the best banking app that I have ever used. Until then, I have not been able to use this app to do anything.

    Check my accounts frequently. SLOW to log on and SLOW to navigate. Just deleted and reinstalled the app. Took 25 seconds after biometric log in to get to the navigation screen. On my USAA app It is twice as fast to log in and navigate. I am considering dropping FCB due to the sub par performance of the app.

    Very clumsy interface that feels rough. Face ID sometimes just disables itself. Sometimes interface gets confusing when transferring funds to external accounts.

    I have an iPhone XR there is nothing wrong with my camera. The only reason I downloaded this app is for my one and only paper check. No matter what I try the app won’t read it won’t let me turn on flash, it won’t let me turn on my light, it’s frustrating.

    It’s been almost a year now seeing the coming soon on everything, so when is soon? Never I expect. I want to see my investments and life insurance plans. Where’s my money going? Do I need to call the adviser and take there word for it all the time. NO STARS!

    Other banks’ mobile deposit features work. This one has not worked for me in most attempts. Despite dark backgrounds in dim light, in bright light, the app fails to read the check. Once again, I have to snail mail my endorsed check to the bank. One of the most useful features of a bank’s mobile app is mobile deposit. Please make it work!

    This app is buggy, freezes up constantly, and doesn’t transmit information accurately from the app to the main system. I’m actually actively looking for another bank so I don’t have to keep trying to use First Command’s app. The quality of their service has gone down over the years anyway and this app just seems to be consistent with their lack of attention to detail and declining focus on good customer service.

    Quick and easy to view account balance, easy to access insurance and track policy numbers. Can’t wait until if show account balances for my investments and AMS accounts. Love the PCS area and my advisor info so I can reach out if I need to schedule an appointment.

    Keeps locking my account every day, forcing me to reset my password every day. If First Command doesn’t fix this soon, I’ve got no choice but to bank somewhere else.

    Many of the functions of the app don’t work correctly. Various pages freeze often forcing me to restart the app. Sometimes icons don’t appear to be in the correct place on the screen and the links seem to be broken. In general, this app is just super glitchy and in dire need of someone to come in and perform a coding miracle.

    The app does what I expect from a banking application. I have no issues with an iPhone 5S operating IOS 10 and now with an iPhone 7 operating IOS12. Mobile deposits can be tricky due to lighting; I frequently have to take pictures multiple times to get it to read the endorsement. I look forward to the expanded investment and insurance features.

    I never had difficulty balancing my checkbook before. Now, ever since the “new and improved” app is in place, my check book has not balanced and it gets more entangled with each passing month. Why can’t I access my estatements easily as I did before? There is nothing to click on to bring it up. I am practically in tears after each aborted attempt. If it ain’t broke, don”t fix it...as the saying goes. What gremlins did you hire to botch this up so badly? I would give a negative star review if I could.

    This app is elementary compared to other banking apps. If First Command wants to be taken seriously, they will fix it. If not, I’ll take my business back to USAA.

    There was a long time between updates, but this version is even worse. The actual mobile site isn’t much better. I’m sure it looks a little better on non-iPhone X models, but it’s clear the creators of this app are more concerned with a homogeneous look, even if it sacrifices basic functionality.

    This app does a decent job of showing account info for the last 30 days. But viewing all transactions = app hang up that can only be resolved by closing/re-opening the app. And mobile deposit hardly works... even after 6 attempts! Upgrades are definitely needed.

    I can’t mobile deposit checks on the app!! The app fails to recognize the back of check endorsement even though it has all required info IAW the new updates. How am I supposed to get paid?

    This new app is difficult to see or read. The light grey color numbers blends into the background, and I am constantly trying to switch from landscape to portrait because I can’t see all the information on the screen. The screen to pay bills or make transfers is no longer user friendly.

    WHY DO I NEED TO ENDORSE MY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER STATING “FOR DEPOSIT ONLY FIRST COMMAND”? IF I SIGN THE BACK OF THE CHECK OR MONEY ORDER WITH MY SIGNATURE AND ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE BACK OF IT, THAT SHOULD BE ALL THAT’S RECOMMENDED. I AM ON THE ROAD ALL TIME THE AND I DON’T HAVE TIME TO RUN TO A POST OFFICE TO MAIL IN MY DEPOSITS. I BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS AND EVER SINCE 2016 THERE IS ALWAYS SOME STUPID CHANGES TO THE WAY THEY DO THINGS. AS SOON AS I PAY OFF MY LOAN I AM LEAVING THIS BANK!!!!!

    I do not enjoy the new app at all. I had no issues with the previous app because it worked well. Now, I can see my recent transactions, but when I attempt to look at ALL transactions, it brings me to a huge webpage that looks like I should be on a desktop to view it. Even in landscape view, I cannot see what I want and I am forced to scroll side to side and up/down to be able to view what I need. It is not convenient. It is not pleasant and it is almost worth the effort to change banks to get a better mobile experience. The same issue occurs when you attempt to pay a bill. You are better off using your desktop as the mobile app brings you there anyway. It does not scale to the smaller screen size of a mobile phone. I have read reviews from those that complained about the screen being too small and did not fit the larger phones. It is just the opposite. It is too big and does not scale. Development should have tested this app a little more prior to roll out. It should not have been released.

    Finally after 3 years the app is updated to fit bigger screens. That's crazy. It shouldn't take 3 years. It still is put together poorly because the app doesn't fill out an iPhone X. I can't even imagine how bad the iPhone XS Max screen looks.

    I complained when the app changed from the previously beautiful interface to this awful version on Android. Now I’m on iOS and it’s even worse, there’s absolutely no support for higher resolution devices. Apple makes this very easy to enable support for all of their device resolutions, the developer just has to take the initiative to design the app for those devices as well (people do buy new phones for the record). There’s no FaceID support, this is an absolute must on the new device without TouchID. This app is useless on the iPhone X, XS and XS Max because it doesn’t support the native resolution and I have to resort to the mobile site which is a major pain. You guys really need to look at apps like USAA, they have their act together with mobile banking. Your new app developer is incompetent.

    First, why did you change the way we make payments. You have effectively forced me to go to the computer to make payments. That’s a huge step backwards. Next, update your app! It’s been a year since you updated. Who knows how many versions of iOS we have gone through in that time. Makes me want to go back to USAA for my banking services.

    Not worth one star This new mobile app is NOT GOOD. Each navigation takes 5 seconds. If I inadvertently touch an entry, it takes me to a more detailed view THEN puts me back to the BEGINNING I liked the original app.

    I've had the app for quite awhile and up until recently, found it very useful. I have use it to pay bills, transfer funds from one account to another, and to keep track of account activity. It was all good until I logged in and found I can no longer see any account activity for the past few days or even the month before. I balance my register every few days and was using the app to do that. But now I am unable to do that. I am very disappointed, dissatisfied and unhappy with this app at this point in time.

    I hate this new app-it's so aggravating. Reading the reviews, I believe the app developers see something completely different than the users. First, I can't even find the place to activate the fingerprint reader. Second, if I Choose send money, there is no SUBMIT button-my only option is cancel. Sometimes I can get lucky by tapping the middle of the screen and it will progress to another page that allows me to finish the transaction-other times it just times out. If I use PopMoney, the only options on the app are Person or Charity - no bank, credit card, etc... I've tried deleting and reloading, I've deleted cookies and tomorrow I have a rep calling me to help find solutions. While I do appreciate that piece-I shouldn't have to take 30 minutes out of my day to maybe fix problems that never existed! The old app was great - lets go back to it!!

    This new update has made it very difficult to manage my day-to-day activities! Not worth the hassle! Been a member for the last 18 years and because I do much of my work online, I'm considering going somewhere else to bank!
