The app isn’t as sophisticated as some others but I’m able to check my balances and make transfers easily. It does what I need it to do.

I’m happy they have updated for Face ID.

Electronic automation should provide automatic updates even on the weekend. That’s the only thing missing.

Nice to be able to pay or transfer within the app easily. Only issue ever is the abrupt message to redo biometric password and sign in then that password having expired. Easily fixed with a call...unless it is evening or weekend.

The biometric login is great but the requirement to re-enroll periodically is inconvenient especially combined with your various password requirements. I wind up locking myself out. The location on your website to sign up / re-enroll in biometric login is not evident. If you are going to set a time limit on requirements to re-enroll in that service then the link on your full site should be impossible to miss.

The app is definitely convenient. It provides me the balance for accounts associated. However it does not give me a list of recent transactions. Whenever I choose to view recent transactions it says that there are none. But if I access my account through the actual site, the list of transactions come up. Disappointing

Waited a while for the credit union to come out with an App but this was worth the wait, excellent app!

No problems

Camera doesn't work to deposit checks. App freezes on camera screen.

With the latest iOS update, I can no longer deposit checks. This app is no longer able to access the camera to take the required photos of my check I'm trying to deposit. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

Come to a bank where they truly value their customers. You won't be a number here.

I'm so happy we finally have an app. It looks awesome and works great.
