I loved your mobile app before you did your upgrade. The updated app constantly does not believe I am who I am I have to verify it, it has to call me or send me a text or I have to answer stupid questions about who I really am. Fix this now!!!!!

Please update. Touch / Face ID, proper screen sizes, balance quick view, etc. Added a start after update. Much better now.

This new update is great. The app it really easy to navigate and keeps it simple. I didn’t even know the bank had an app so I was overjoyed to see it work so well! Great work FNB!

The website promotes mobile deposit on the app, but the app does not support that feature.

I like the bank but the mobile app is weak. It needs Touch ID support. Currently the app only supports passwords but if you have a secure unique password for each website you won't be able to remember it. So I have the app on my phone but it never gets used because of this....

This app didn't recognize my login credentials and locked my account after three attempts. The hotline to unlock it was closed because they don't have 24/7 support so I couldn't even access my account on a computer until I called the next business day. Guess that's what I get for trying this third-rate app again after giving up on a previous earlier version.
