    Stuck verifying my ID for WEEKS with no outcome still! They have over $600 held and turned away my tax refund because of it. I am an elder on social security and this is ridiculous. At this point I would never recommend anyone to use this unless you can be without money for some time. Nobody seems to care to help.

    It says that there aren’t any monthly fees. But I keep getting $5 taken out of my account. I wouldn’t mind this if they showed as advertised. Sadly that wasn’t so. 🤨

    I love using this app, when I first download it I had problems with able to use it because of the login, but now that’s all fixed. My only gripe about this is, it says that there’s no hidden fees unless you don’t have $200 on your account then it’s $5 which, I was charged last month but I’m wondering, will I be charged if I keep $200 on my account by the end of this month?

    This Green dot Corp, has bad customer service. Don’t trust your money with them you’ve been warned. If you dispute a transaction they will not return your money or give you a provisional credit as they promise within 10 days even if you send the letter in on time. They’re a P.O. Box company no email address for customers and they hire foreigners. That can’t understand or comprehend your issue. They will say they’ll escalate your dispute to their fake investigations team. But it’ll be another 10-30 days and you will not get your money. If you have pending transactions, it will disappear from your account transactions as if it settles but you will not get your money back and they’ll tell you they have no record of it even if you have screenshots. If you use this online banking get your legal team ready, you’re going to need it! Record all phone calls. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

    I got the app and then I tried to put $100 onto the card and 5 days later they reversed it I talk to 2 people and they told me to email someone and I never got a response I will never support a scam like this I never got my money back and it’s just a run around

    This application is still relatively new to us but it has worked extremely well with all of our needs. I am about to use the cash deposit barcode for the first time, I photographed it from another phone I’m hoping that it will stillWork the way that it is supposed to when using the telephone that has the application itself. Wait a minute I’m just going to download the app to my personal phone! Great idea Greengoblin!

    The app is great. But every time I try to login either from the app or the website itself. It says to try again later. I wait fifteen minutes to an hour to try and see if it works that way but I keep getting the same error over and over and it’s becoming annoying. did you all provide any updates to this app? Maybe a minor bug fixes can help solve this problem.

    The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life I’ve ever having to deal with. If I had to give her verbal review I would say poor at best. I’ve had nothing but issue after issue you try to do it online chat with an agent he put all this effort into explaining over and over again what you need to get to the point where they say they’re finally going to help you and then they suddenly in the chat without you even being aware it’s going to happen and nothing gets fixed only for you to go back in and start another chat and have the same thing happen over and over again. When you call the phone number you get people on the line that can barely speak English you repeat yourself no less than six times what The issue is for them to either say they have placed a ticket to have it fixed so they can’t help you that their hands are tied and there’s no supervisor available to take your call or they say they’re going to transfer you to a supervisor only for you to sit on hold for over 30 minutes or longer and for the call to suddenly drop and when you call back you find out there is no supervisor available for you to be transferred to in the first place and that they cannot help you. When you call the one 800 number you’ll be waiting on hold often For 20 minutes or more after the automated message says you are next in line and it should be only one or two minute wait often times you don’t even make it to representative your call drops out for you waited over 20 minutes. I would not recommend this mobile banking app to my worst enemy.

    Go 2 has honestly helped me with my management of my own money. They don’t look at my credit as ugly and a mark. They view it as a building block for my future. They honestly don’t want me to have bad credit. They are giving me the tools to help build my credit back to its rightful place in the world so to speak. Thank you GO2bank

    I bought a debit card from them at a store, after i went home thinking i would just be able to use the card with the money i put into it but i was wrong. I had to activate the card and after many try’s i wasn’t able to activate my card for no reason all i would end up with after 3 times was looking at an error code saying “unable to process” after i paid for the card and added money to it, i even called the support number but they couldn’t help either. Worst experience i’ve had with a card like this NOT WORTH IT

    As far as a banking type establishment its what you expect, good and bad.. but the app consistently EVERY SINGLE TIME I CHECK MY BALANCE OR TRANSACTION HISTORY THE NEXT TIME I CHECK ITS FROZEN AND WILL NOT RESPOND AT ALL IN ANY WAY AND I HAVE TO DELETE THE APP RE DOWNLOAD IT AND THEN CHECK! Every single time! And I have a brand new iphone and a 2020 iphone it does it on both and my son has an android it does it there too so it isnt the phones. It never seems to have issues withdrawing funds from my account though .. NEVER! Funny how that works

    I’ve been with GoBank for years and switched over to GO2bank. Getting my money switched was frustrating and confusing, but it worked out in the end. (I originally gave it 1 star due to the frustration, but it all fixed itself in the end.) The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because many useful financial apps like Experian or Acorn do not recognize GoBank/GO2bank. They are never listed. I can’t even request GO2bank to be added to Experian cause there’s a digit in its name. Even when I tried to connect my GoBank account to GO2bank through Plaid, nothing came up when searching it. It’s ridiculous that other companies don’t recognize it even though it’s been around a long time and I was online banking with them way before other online banks started such as Chime. I think if there is a way to fix it. It would help customers out so much. One more small critique is I liked the simplicity of the GoBank app home page. I don’t like GO2bank’s. I’d like to be able to clearly see my account, see any savings, transfer funds, etc. in one place like GoBank.

    Forced to this joke of a bank from Greendot. Lost my direct deposit and offers no customer support at all. Good luck getting someone who speaks clear English.

    I logged in my account on the website it logged me in but when I want to log in to my mobile app It tells me am not able to login at this time Am fed up of all this My friend also complained the same thing to me I deleted the bank out of anger And I have my funds in it Over 300$ On the website I can’t send money only on the mobile app and that is not login in Please fix this issue unless you will loose so many customers

    it wouldnt let me cash a check thru the app because it wouldnt allow me to get pass the verification page, activating the card.. which i did already on the site😤 i deleted the app to reinstall thinking thatll help, now i cant even install it because its gonna ask me to verify with a credit card😤😤 then say its a fail because i can’t verify ur card on ur app.

    They are offering a $50 sign up bonus if referred by someone. Per there referral bonus promotion terms of service it states that one must sign up using the person unique link share directly or shared through email or social post and receive a qualifying direct direct of $200 or more within 45 days day of account opening and that deposit must be made by employer, payroll, provider, government benefits or unemployment benefits or payor by ACH deposit. I met every requirements and did not receive my bonus and they refuse to give it to. Don’t bother using someone link you discover or shared with you through social media because it’s an excuse for them to not pay up despite what’s in their TOS. This company is a trickster and lair. I wouldn’t want to business with them the fact that they don’t honor their promotion. You have been warmed, proceed at your own risk!!

    This app is virtually useless it freezes up constantly! I scanned my card to activate it as the app request and it says the information doesn’t match their records (they think it’s still shipping) I’ve used it more than a week they don’t even know it’s activated there’s too many inconsistencies and blunders in 1 week to trust them with my money I’ll be removing it before they decide to freeze it thinking my card is bogus

    I was excited to join online banking. Everything is cool and their website works. HOWEVER I can never get the app to work properly. EVERY time I try to log in I get an error that reads “there was a problem while logging” or that I have an invalid email/password. In the last few weeks I’ve been successfully able to login through the app less than 5 times. This is the worst because I can’t check activity on the go. I can only get in on my computer…

    This is the ABSOLUTE WORST banking I’ve experienced… I have over 1k in my account and they froze my account out the blue!!! I use this account for my unemployment.. I’ve never had an issue until now. This is beyond ridiculous it’s stealing peoples money!!!

    It started out really good banking with GO2Bank. So much so that I endeavored into a GO2Bank secured Credit Card. Then I noticed twelve unauthorized transactions and opened a dispute claim. I put in the leg work and submitted a dispute packet as directed that included all supporting documents like a police report, correspondence with other parties and banking institutions that were involved, and a detailed dispute letter. The packet was submitted via USPS mail as it was the only option; so one can imagine the lengthy timeline from opening the dispute claim to finally getting GO2Bank’s response and outcomes. Well, in the end it did not go in my favor and lost hundreds of dollars. The unfavorable dispute ordeal made me divide to change my direct deposit from GO2Bank to my other checking account. I later realized that the GO2Bank secured credit card payments could only be made from the checking account. So I aimed to utilize the Debit Card Transfer feature with GO2Bank but that isn’t going so well with transfers being rejected my funds have been held for 7 or more business days before being available. This makes making the monthly credit card payments challenging. I am still in limbo about closing my accounts with GO2Bank but hesitant for it may influence my already low credit score. I thought using GO2Bank banking services was going to help me to improve my credit score but so far it does not seem as such.
