I have to constantly call to have my account unlocked because my password is not recognized, and the bill pay doesn’t seem to work on this app.

The app works maybe 6/10 times you need it. It’s always slow. I sometimes have to go through the website to get to my account, but even the website has problems. Honestly, this app makes me want to switch banks due to the amount of times I couldn’t view my account information because of Insouth’s software.

Great bank to do business with. Great people. Always friendly and helpful in all my needs .

I love technology! When I began banking with Insouth 30 years ago, I had no idea that this would one day be possible. Bravo Zulu to you Insouth!

I do not like having to go through so many steps to pay my bills. I do love the internal transfer ability

I have an iPhone X and have the app set up to log me in with facial recognition. Most of the time, this doesn’t work. It scans my face then locks up. I can only access my accounts by canceling facial rec and entering my password. Other than this, the app works great for me but this needs to be fixed.

Terrible app! My password works for about a week then it tells me my password is wrong and I can't log in. Done this every time I fix it. This app is junk! And the bank is always closed when you get off work. Thinking about changing banks!!

App crashes allot. Even tho it have remember id feature but it does not remember my id. It would be great if they improve it and add finger print login feature.

Glad to have this app. Did not see an option for on-line deposit. (May have overlooked it.) If not, would like to have the option.

I honestly didn't expect there to be an app. I wish it was wide screen for iPhone 5, but its great since I didn't have one before now.
