    This app has not been updated to work with the new iOS or iPhones. Extremely disappointed in the lack of development. Update to previous review. 7/05/2020 This app has many nice features but is terribly outdated. Unfortunately the developer doesn’t even care enough to respond to the reviews that users have left here.

    Currently, my main gripe with the app is that the signature capture does not capture the main details required for service ticket integrity - the date and time! How can we possibly submit our tickets, when billing our customer, with no time or date?? The signature capture includes only the “Promised Arrival Time” which is only the scheduled date (no year, mind you). In most cases this should be the same day the work is performed, but not always if we or the customer has to reschedule. But on top of that, the start and stop times are missing. How is the customer supposed to know when you were there and in exactly what day? We work around it by having the technicians add the date and time to the work done field, but you’re starting to lose what’s great about an automated ticketing system because, you know, it’s no longer automated! On top of that the app has started crashing often again, which makes sense as it hasn’t been updated in two years. We planned on moving to the Corrigo direct platform once we have over 10 of our 24 technicians onboard, but if it’s going to be more of this, we’ll have to look elsewhere.

    Apple Maps will not auto navigate from Addresses it will only show a turn by turn. Also add a dark mode please.

    Clicking on address causes maps to load the old style of navigation where you have to step through the legs of the trip instead of turn by turn. Invoicing doesn't auto log labor even though there is a start work tab. Display is obviously not optimized for modern devices.

    Works good overall needs bug fixes still have random crashes and emails take forever to send from the app also.

    It works fine most of the time, but recently trying to add equipment or Photos the app crashes with no error code. I’ve must’ve sent in 25 debug email reports in the last week. No response and no fix. And no way to get to the developers or call someone.

    Set aside 5 minutes each morning to delete the application and reinstall it. Once it opens, it has a lot of nice features.

    We've used Corrigo's Field Service Software for over 5 years. It does a good job but they've failed to make any updates. Most recently in the past few months our technicians experience a lot of frustration because the app constantly kicks them out when entering work descriptions, adding photos or text notes. All of their work gets lost and they usually end up having to call in their work orders for completion. We have 6 field users and 5 desktop users. We’ve made many suggestions when speaking to the Corrigo Tech Support and get a lot of finger pointing between Corrigo and Intuit. Neither of whom take responsibility for the issues we continually experience.

    Need to streamline the app. Need to setup a check in/out process. When you start a job it should let you choose a time When you check out choose a time, work description, amount, invoice. Whatever field you need to fill out to complete a ticket.

    Needs to be fixed. Have been using this app for two years and it has crashed daily for two years. Would be nice to have a few more options, like off of the desktop service. Kind of sad. Please fix for five stars.

    The app keeps crashing on my iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10.2!! Even if it didn't crash all the time, the layout is a bit confusing and too many areas to remember where to put notes, completions or flags etc. Everything should be put in one drop screen so it's easier to find and fill out the desired document. You should also save a step by filling out notes for completed jobs in the same page (although you can write notes, you can't use the return button to start a new line). It's just stuff like that that makes me say "Meh"...

    Running 9.2.1 on iPhone 6s. If app is closed for a while it freezes when you open it. I have to close out the app by double taping the home button, then re-launch the app and that usually works. Please fix issues for 5 stars.

    We are a business with 10 trucks in the field. We have paid to customize this program to our needs. I've spent years looking for a program that could accommodate our needs and this one has provided what we need for over 2 years. The ratings here don't seem to do justice to the potential of this program and the affordability of it compared to others that can't compete. Take a second look and evaluate carefully. This is a great program.

    This app is poorly built. It seems as though intuit has completely forgotten that smartphones are the workforce of the present and need apps that work intuitively for those platforms. They use an obsolete design.

    This update does not open google maps when you select the customer address. It opens pale maps and it only shows a 2D over map not turn by turn nav. Please bring back google maps

    I've spent hours trying navigate there confusing web of websites that are associated with this app. To then find an introductory site with 2 hours of videos you have to watch to set it up. Waste of time, not user friendly, way too complicated to set up.

    I had researched this type of software for some time before buying into it. Now I wish I would have listened to all the other negative reviews before getting this one. The user interface is poor and makes the program very difficult to set up. There's no information explaining the terminology they use. They were supposed to give me a follow up call to make sure everything is OK that I never received. They follow suit with their Quickbooks parents in the fact that every little thing costs another additional monthly fee. Nickeling and diming you out of any profits you might get. Every single technician, weather they have a log in or not, will cost an additional license fee per month. Completely opposite of what the sales guy told me. Oh, and the administrator can't also be set up as a tech, so if you are the admin and want to enter work orders from the field, it's going to cost you two license fees per month. Did I mention I wasn't impressed?

    This app works decent. I can't find a way to approve invoices in field so you have to approve on web browser, then approve again in QB. This app has helped me in the field tremendously though. I will continue to use it until there is a better app. Note, the app was written for all devices, for uniform appearance (blackberry etc), so do not expect colorful UI. It is basic,and has a few dead end menu links. But once you get used to it, it does have some cool features and can even email a work order or invoice from the field. I recommend this app if you use the customer:jobs feature in QB. This is one of the few apps that can handle that format with few glitches. DEV TEAM: please please please add a google calendar sync. Or to outlook where I can sync to google calendar. Please don't try to reinvent the wheel. Other companies have perfected calendars and the code is readily available to push to these calendars. All my techs use google calendar and it even tells them when they need to head to the next job based on current traffic conditions.

    With the most recent update you can no longer see the entire description field. This app is pretty worthless when I can't even see what it is the customer needs. As of now the process goes open app, get address etc, then call the office and see what the customer needs. It's one giant step in the wrong direction.

    This program has been nearly perfect but there a few minor details which are seemingly easy fixes that are being overlooked. For example, techs need to be able to see attachments; work orders/invoices should be able to be printed if email is not an option; the work done description should have fields for the tech to fill in appropriately... Minor improvements like this would really make this program outstanding, so get to it Corrigo! We love the program and want to see it reach its true potential. Thanks!

    In your description you don't mention that you need a monthly subscription to Intuit. Is that the case ?
