    I’ve been using this app for about 2 months now and it has helped me keep organized. There are defiantly some things that can be worked on. I also noticed we can vote on a change. There are some changes that a lot of people voted for that seem necessary but I haven’t noticed any changes yet. Overall great app but definitely needs to work on glitches and a few features that can help us a lot!

    I would give it zero however I am unable. Since the new update, my app will not open. It closes as soon as I open it. This makes working difficult when I am away from my computer.

    The app is a really good idea for condensed information in one spot. Customer service is great. The app is unbelievably glitchy. Definitely the weakest link in our process. Nimbus please get this fixed.

    The new mobile app takes forever to load and it doesn’t show all of our documents and photos like the old app. I miss the old app. This is no longer user friendly for my guys out in the field. Shouldn’t have updated. I pay over $2,000 a year for this software for it to always crash. Disappointing.

    I have to delete and redownload this app more often then I do with tinder. There is crashing at least once a week and a innate inability to connect to the internet regardless of having full signal with all other apps working fine. There are many days where I downright cannot use the app at all due to glitches and bugs. Good idea but needs a major overhaul of operations

    I have to use this app for work and I think it’s a wonderful tool and helps keep things organized, however, there are many small bugs and glitches that need to be worked on.

    The website is the best CRM out there hands down, but this app is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please redesign and put work into. Also add ability to add contacts to phone.

    After my onboarding call, I go to start adding contacts on the app and for some reason, it’s not working. No problem, I’ll just call and see if I’m doing something wrong (which I don’t think I am). OH WAIT, they don’t have a phone number you can call.... so far, this whole app and CRM is a complete joke and would definitely not recommend. $75/month and can’t even add a contact from the mobile app or talk to anyone about the issues with their junk app.

    The app almost doesn’t do anything. Notifications only open the app, it doesn’t bring you to the event. Almost impossible to add photos. Everybody at our office hates it - iPhone and Android users both. If you’re considering job nimbus, it’s good if you’re in the office all the time but most of us are in the field and are handicapped by this app. We already paid for a year so we are kind of stuck and we invested a lot of time into learning the system. What I usually have to do to accomplish anything is use the website on my iPad.

    We switched 2 years ago now and we love the program. It’s easy to use and they are constantly adding new features. The app sometimes has a problem, but it’s not been an issue for us. It’s usually due to your reception.

    We have a team of four, three are always are out in the field. It does have glitches here and there, but 90% of times it does it’s job. Map integration works great. It can be improved by adding secondary address. Also, I wish that under the same contact we can separately safe the name and phone number of each spouse. Sometimes I when I try to upload pictures, the pictures that I try to select - zoom in and I can’t pick the ones I need. And lately it was freezing when I was trying to open the app. When we needed help to get things adjusted support team was responsive, with good customer service. I used it in two different companies since 2016. I’m hoping that JN will continue to lead and get those things addressed.

    This app works fine when it actually works. They like to stop it from functioning once a month without letting you know. I have 20 sales staff working which I need to monitor activity and sometimes they just decide to shut it down. I will be changing CRM’s.

    Last wouldn’t update contact info and carry it over to invoices etc and then just did this update and can’t even upload a photo, create an invoice or so anything productive. Totally rendered useless and don’t even see an option to roll back

    Latest update meant to improve photo uploading actually causes app to freeze and crash every time when uploading. And uploading from desktop version is also much slower now.

    App never works, always just a blue screen that’s frozen and if by chance you’re lucky enough to have it pull up your contacts list, good luck trying to search for anything! The list is constantly changing and never gives you the specific name that you’re looking for. JobNimbus NEEDS to fix this!!!

    Not able to upload photos. It freezes on with a yellow bar at bottom that say photos to upload and sync. Which it never does and the only way to remove that bar is to delete the app and reinstall. Unable to review and edit budgets from the app.

    This app is by far the most glitchy iOS app I’ve ever used. I hope job numbus app developers see this review. It’s a good platform and I think it has a lot of potential. But again the iOS app is super glitchy, really frustrating I can’t do my job with this.

    The software itself is pretty good. But the app really needs some TLC. Constant crashes, freezes every 5 mins or so, and I have to restart to do certain takes. Desperately needs a programmer who knows how to create a better app.

    For people hire numbers and logic driven, this is an amazing CRM. There is a steep earning curve to understand the commands but again for this who understand CRM’s, are used to them, this is a one stop shop. I do wish the app had a better interface and was easier to use but I just set up a hot spot and use my computer.

    Unfortunately I have to agree with the only other review that I see on this application. The app locks up consistently, doesn’t allow you to login half the time and when trying to tap to enter new contacts etc., the text fields are completely non-responsive. The only useful tool in the app when one is able to login is the ability to place a phone call and make a note right after. Beyond that stick to the web version.

    Job Nimbus is a pretty decent CRM if you are a roofing company and the web version is decent. But this app NEVER works reliably. When I say never, I mean that every time I or someone on my team uses it it freezes, hangs, on and on. The fact that making ‘images swipeable’ is a milestone of the development of JN on iOS is an indication of how terrible this app is. Swipeable images should be available on day one. By the way, the best way to use Job Nimbus is on the web browser even on an iOS device because this app is so terrible.

    This app keep getting worse. Half of the time doesn’t long or take too long. Can’t click on custom phone number, can’t copy the address or email from the app. Lot the last 2 months have not loaded for me at all just sits on the blue screen. Updates are very slow to come.

    We have been using the job Nimbus platform for almost 2 years now and have all of our contacts set up in the system. We have employees who go out in the field and need access to this information to be able to go to the next job look up addresses and notes however most of the time this cannot be done because the app does not work or crashes. We have had issues with the computer version as well but not near as many as the app. It really causes us problems and is critical to our business as we need access to this information so we can look at notes on jobs in the field, call customers, look at work orders etc. We have multiple jobs going on in a day & when this isn’t working our business is on hold if we can’t access this info. We implemented this software b/c it was supposed to help our business run smoothly, however when it does not work consistently it can’t do that! I have multiple employees that have had to delete & re-installed the app and it still wouldn’t work. We have called in & been on the phone w/ tech support for hours for it then to be fixed for a day & go back to not working again. I’m so beyond frustrated and now to try to even switch all of our customers & info over to a new system will cost so much time & money, it’s like a monopoly of sorts and there isn’t hardly anything we can do without interrupting our business more to try to move everything to a whole new system! Do not recommend, it only worked for the first while to get you hooked in & has not worked right for months now & they have not fixed it!!

    At closes as soon as I open it and when I do get it to open when I try to click on the customers number the number just keeps glitching on the phone to where I have to hit cancel 100 times to get it to disappear

    I’ve consistently had photos and notes disappear... it’s cost me thousands of dollars and customer service keeps giving me the run around. I’ve asked them several times to call so we can resolve the issue with a discussion, because it’s taken them 2-3 weeks to respond via email, and they still haven’t fixed a photo issue that I reported in November regarding supplement photos that disappeared. Just today, not a single note that I’ve added from the app has saved. It just disappears. Haven’t heard a word from their support team. Very disappointing. Since I now need to back everything up on my computer or iPad, the app is pretty much worthless.

    I’m all for improvements. Emphasis on the “improvement” part. I literally use this app all day every day for calling my clients, emailing, and clicking addresses for navigation. However right now it is completely unusable. When you click to call someone a pop up of the number just keeps popping up and away over and over again where you can’t even call out. It crashes all the time. The scrolling is super buggy and glitchy. There are other things as well, but you get the idea. It’s unreal how bad it is. Please fix this asap as it effects my business massively!!

    I love the new app but PLEASE for goodness sakes, work the bugs out before launching a newly revised app. I can’t take landscape pictures with my ipad. I can send emails AT ALL. Please add the swipe to view pictures instead of having to click and exit out of each one. I have to clear my running job nimbus app every time I use the maps feature on the app, meaning I can only press the red navigation button on menu 1x and when I go to my next contact to navigate the red button is unclickable! I would love this app more if it just worked like it should.

    While the browser version of JobNimbus is fantastic for organizing you business, the app is woefully inadequate. Contacts don’t upload for days, if ever. The pictures you think you uploaded, do not actually upload. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the call from app that records the that call (If saved correctly) is very helpful in letting you know your customer has been contacted. Needs major work before it’s worth using over the phones web browser.

    Been a longtime housecall user. So I figured I’d try Jobnimbus. Unfortunately this app is pretty ugly in terms of interface. They have a lot of catching up with user friendliness. On iPhone X I have a green bar on the bottom then the back arrow write under my phones time display. Please fix these issues so that we can use the app. Don’t want to lug my laptop around just to use the site. I’d prefer a more refined app on my phone in order to get me up and going.

    Trying to post pictures from mobile device and when you open it up on desktop shows up as a question mark, also tried to uploads pdf files from cam scanner and it doesn’t upload just remains as “PDF still processing”

    Haven’t seen “Loading” since Super Nintendo. If you’re using this software for a digital rolodex this is the app for you. If you want scalability, digital signatures, and a real one stop shop...keep shopping.

    Easily the most frustrating app on my phone. I don’t get why they can’t make this app work but it continues to freeze and not work. What’s more is they don’t have a good customer service. I don’t like the online chat and that’s the only means I just want a number you can call.

    It appears nimbus has been having this issue for a while. I have been trying to get this new app to work on my phone. I had an iPhone 6+ and it worked there. I got the IPhone 7+ and now it does nothing! Blank screen, slide to the left with options that do nothing. It appears to not sync at all. I have tried it on Wifi and Cell service. Nothing. Luckily I can still use the old app which in my mind works well. 👎. To top it all off I get emails from nimbus saying I have to use the new app. Make it work and I will.

    I think JobNimbus is a great CRM. The original Job Nimbus App was pretty good too. But this 2.0 version doesn't even work. Each time I open the app and log in, it says to wait a moment while it syncs, and the sync never completes. I tried re-installing the app, but still the same problem. This issue started months ago, I've been waiting for an update that resolves the issue, but still nothing. I see that I'm not the only person with this problem based on other's reviews. For now, I will stick to the original Job Nimbus App, as it works very well. Hopefully they don't remove it from the App Store.
