    This app has a huge problem with refreshing, date and time, its very slow and alot of time does not update. You really need to fix ASAP as we agents depend on when out if office

    There’s so many CRM’s out there that blow this out of the water. I like the web version of market leader through Coldwell Banker but WE NEED AN APP THAT WORKS! It’s 2018 late 2018 and we are in a world full of mobile friendly apps and software. We need something for on the go that work with the web version. I can’t even use this app. I will be using other CRM’s for now until this nonsense is sorted out.

    The app is not optimized for iPhone X. The concept is great and it actually has a lot of features however they seem to be a little buggy and it is not updating my CRM in the web browser, market leader please update this app it will be a great tool for your clients.

  • Can’t log back in without computer

    I like the option to have access to my database in the app. However, logging in can be a pain. You’re automatically logged out (I’m assuming for security reasons) periodically. In order to sign back on, you have to be logged into to the desktop version to retrieve a code. This is such a pain. I never think about doing this when I’m on the computer - Deleting the app for lack of accessibility.

    I need to get a pin every time I want to use the app. This is annoying. Wish I didn't need a pin every day just to use the app.

    This could be a great app. I see my contacts and reminders at my fingertips. It will even dial my contact's phone number for me on my phone. This is the BEST part. The problem is it's full of bugs and they won't fix them. I've reported them before. After I place a call the message to place a call doesn't go away. If you cancel that message then it goes away and you can proceed with the call you've already placed. And talk with your contact! When the call is done there is a place to put comments about the outcome of the call. These comments go into "history" tab not the "Notes." Nevertheless the app records the history comments and updates your database, which is good. But the app continues to prompt for comments instead of closing the contact and going back to the dashboard m. And whether you say "No, cancel" or "Yes comment" the screen won't go back to the dashboard to choose the next contact to call. You have to close and reopen the app to call the next person. That's a pain. And really annoying. I reported this bug months ago and there are still no updates in the App Store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still buggy. The first call is fine. Everything after that isn't. This is the only use of the mobile app that I have. And it's frustrating that it could be great. But is a pain instead. So, what to do, write a review. And maybe they'll debug and fix it.

    I hope the developer is aware of all the issues this app is having. If they haven’t done so already. Download this app on their own iPhone and try to send emails or use any of the other basic functions so they can get all the bugs fixed. As a Market Leader Pro account holder I am extremely disappointed in this App and I wish they would fix it sooner than later.

    App is terrible, it’s not worth the space on your phone. Crashes all the time even after updates, trying to send an email it freezes or you hit “send” and have no clue whether it sent your email or not. I’ve reported the problems and seemed like they could careless. Support is terrible too. Talk down to you but you most likely know more than they do about software. It’s perfect reflection of the company. I can’t stand them but I have received a few solid leads. App is terrible. Don’t waster your time or space on phone.

    The app is only designed to read and respond to your emails, but it doesn't have any settings, it won't even allow you to customize your signature. The worst part - you cant even access your templets or respond using "quick text". For a major software company like Market Leader, introducing an app like this, Is VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    This has a very limited application. Worse is that those limited applications do not work a better part of to time. It allows me to see when a new lead comes in, but other than that, I’m using the desktop application for anything else.

    I liked the older version of the app much better. This is enough to make me find another application to use. It doesn’t allow me to save a email signature line. I have to type it or copy and past for each email. I can’t use the pre set text when sending email either. I trust they will update this platform soon.

    Such a shame. This could have been a great tool. But, it’s a disaster. The functionality doesn’t work consistently enough to make it worthwhile. If you have limited space available don’t waste it by installing this app.

    If I could rate his a zero, I would. The platform is a disaster, and it's a shorter list to list what actually works on it... which, at this time, is NOTHING! The worse part is you can not use a third party email system and can NOT forward, so you're stuck with it. If need a functional email, AVOID THIS APP!

    Soooooo disappointing!!! They removed 3rd party mail option, to force you to use their miserable CRM app. The app is slow beyond belief, I had to buy a new version of my phone just so that the app would open. I like to organize and task manage, but the app has no features, doesn't even allow for an email signature. They keep saying changes are coming, but seriously how do they expect me to work on a mobile device? When the app wasn't working at all on my old phone, I asked if they could forward my emails, they can't. Told me to use my web browser to log into my mail. I'm trying to convince my team leader to make a change and take our team somewhere else.

    You guys need to update the app... It hangs without opening... I did all the needed troubleshooting as closing apps, restarting iPhone, still does it. This is a needed great tool, hope it gets fixed real soon. Thanks in advance.

    Had to reinstall the app several times, several times apply the access code, aggravations are priceless. The concept like others app to respond quickly is the same like others CRM out there

    This is poorly designed. Phone numbers and inquired properties should show on a contacts main page but don't. App is more or less useless as is.

    I have downloaded this app and have been in contact with my company. The app works for 2 hours. Then anytime I open it just freezes. As per the developer I must deactivate my account online first then uninstall the app. Then I must reinstall the app and recreate a pin online. Then activate it. Hopefully works for more than 2 hours. Cause if not, and if I want my email to be received on my phone, I will need to repeat this procedure all over again. This is horrible and in desperate need of an update. I am actually considering leaving my company due to the lackluster support and this app is definitely one of the main reasons why.

    I'm happy to have this app, but I'm finding a lot of bugs. While typing an email to a lead, I noticed the curser jumping around, words autocorrecting to words I didn't type, and on occasion what I was typing would disappear. Also the words I typed would merge with the menu bar above.

    I like that I have an app dedicated to my company email but a few things... 1. No options for having folders to move emails to in order to clean up inbox. This is the same with intouch Pro desktop so hopefully both will work that out. (I moved from ZipRealty and that was a much better system for that.) 2. Doesn't put you "signature" in email. No option to add and doesn't use the one from the online platform. Very annoying 3. Needs to be better at downloading files, attachments, images, etc. I have to open in my iPhone email inbox to download and view files and pdf's at times. Also annoying

    Problems 1. After most recent update I can only access my recently active contacts instead of all contacts. 2. There is no way to easily view contact info (phone number, email) when in the app. 3. Can't view email history of contact.

    Crashes daily. I have to delete app, reload, log back in. I'm good for a couple of hours and then the whole process starts again. Very painful.

    NEED to be able to view groups in contacts. Also would be nice to see more contact details such as what campaigns the contact is on, etc. groups is the most important thing though.

    The support tab on the app doesn't work and there's no way to add notes or change the status of a client. This app only lets you call, text, or email.... Things that I can do... On my phone... Without the app....

    I do not like the fact that this app does not allow you to turn the iPad landscape to accommodate my keyboard. This is a big problem for me since l find the keyboard to be a big timesaver for my use.

    I like that there is finally an app for this CRM. I don't like that the log-in is as complicated as it is. You should think about allowing each member to generate their own unique pin and allowing them to sign in with the same information they do on the website.
