Members can sign into the app using their My Molina User ID and Password to access our secure features, including:

• User friendly navigation
• View Health Coverage
• View your benefits and eligibility
• View/Download and share ID card
• Make Premium payments (Marketplace Only)
• Manage your payment profile
• Save Favorite Doctors
• Change PCP
• Access to other services

This app integrates with Apple Health app. Within the pregnancy program dashboard, steps and weight are displayed to the user from Apple HealthKit.

When you use the Molina Mobile app, identifiers for your mobile device are collected within Google Firebase to create a unique identifier for each application when downloaded.

    I had to submit my payment 8 times because there was an error that pop up when submitting the payment and for whatever reason it went thru on the 8 attemp! Happens every time I have make a payment!

    It refuses to let me pay through my bank account I am forced to use a card. Every time I submit with my bank account it goes to an error screen.

    App says authentication failed every time I try to sign in. I use a password manager and all of my credentials are automatically copied. Works just fine on the website, but the app doesn’t work at all. Called support and they said to reinstall the app. That didn’t fix it. So I guess this just doesn’t work now.

    This is such a horrible app. Nothing is consistent or convenient. It’s full of non helpful links and the ones that are helpful are always broken or glitchy I.e the payment portal. Just use the website. Not sure why they even bothered with this mess.

    Got sent to an urgent care that doesn’t accept Molina then got sent to 2 pharmacies that don’t accept Molina. Update the app

    The telephone number and addresses are for FastTrack not Molina.

    We are a family of five! I was hoping to be able to at the very least be able to list my children on my account with their insurance as well. You can’t! It’s one person per email and I don’t have 5 emails. I have one and their dad has one. So this app is really no help when it comes to my children which is who I made it for. But since I entered my info bc that’s what you typically do first, now I’m Screwed. I think it’s really silly that they didn’t make this app that way in the first place knowing that most people at the least have some kind of state insurance for their children.

    Provider Search and anything related to it don't work well. I enter a zip code and it only shows results in the middle of the city the zip code is located in, not near the zip code itself.

    Found this insurance through the marketplace. Horrible. The app has not worked all day on my iPhone 11 with either WiFi’s nor my phone’s service. Cannot view basic information such as ID. Cannot search for provider for any area of expertise. Looking at canceling. What’s the point of insurance if you can’t access your information to set up appointments?

    After trying to make a payment and entering all the information. When I went to submit it gave me an error that the server is busy. Multiple times. So I had to go back through and re-enter all the information over again. And now just trying to put a nickname on here to submit this review everything is taken. This is ridiculous.

    If you have to register online then why is there a register button in the app? I called the customer support number and they said it glitches “because it is secure”. That makes me feel kinda weird with my private medical info, like just remove the register option and note that it has to be done online like other apps do instead of trying to “sell” me that the glitch was deliberate. Sorry, I might try the online portal but this app seems kinda fishy to me.

    If you click contact, it doesn’t work. The FAQs? Blank. If you try to call, it references a 6 digit phone number.

    I was given no information about a mail order drug program or what company did that. I called customer service and she had no idea about mail service for long term drugs— saying I could go to cvs or Walmart. She didn’t know if I could save money thru a mail order service. Not at all impressed so far.

    I like many features on this app. HOWEVER, maybe double check some information displayed on the app. I found what seemed to be many doctors in my area, claiming to be accepting new patients at this current time. I called 4 or 5 different doctors, who either said they currently were not taking new patients, or they would accept new patients in 6-8 weeks. So I called Molina over the phone and I got my situation covered. This is at fault of the doctors, or Molina? Not entirely sure. Please update false information so this won’t happen in the future.. Thanks!

    On top of providing low income people like me to have insurance, this app has been great in saving time from having to be on the desktop to change providers or communicate with personnel for help with insurance info.

    I cannot log into website or app. When I type username and password, tells me there is an error and that I need to log in. I have been redundantly logging in all day. I signed up through Marketplace in November 2019 because I am sick of Ambetter but this Health plan seems worst. I just wanted to download ID card since for some reason Molina will not send me one.

    Trying to do a few things with a message I got in my inbox. It won’t load a page that I need to complete the contents of the message, then I click a link in the message for more information and the app force closes... SO ANNOYING! I keep trying hoping it will work, it doesn’t. The definition of insanity. 😫

    You can be able to retreat a lot of information from this app, the only system update I advice is that as parents of more than one children we should be able to add more than one person in to the app like a family plan add type of option in the app . I have two children and I can’t have the same app running twice on my phone to be able to have both of my children information because is only one per app and not every body has two emails. Please advice if you have a solution or working on one.

    I do indeed love the interface—being able to access quite a bit about my plan, however if I get too far into the app it never fails to crash or glitch. Frustrating. I suppose I’ll use my PC to do it all. Just needs an update—solid start.

    Unable to log in. After changing my password and updating my security questions through a desktop browser, I am still being told to update my security questions. Nowhere on this screen does it give you an option which makes the whole app completely useless.
