  • Dont Bother
by User HQ on 2021-04-18 at 3:32 PM

This app used to be so helpful but it just never seems to work anymore when you need it. Schedule an appointment on line? Error message, try again later. Need to request a refill? Error message, try again later. Save yourself some frustration and just call and deal with the endless voice mails. Even that isn’t as frustrating as this piece of crap.

  • Last update
    by Homeade219 on 2021-04-16 at 11:25 PM

I use to be able to schedule appointments with any of my doctors. Not with this new update. All my doctors were listed and I could schedule appointments not since this last update. This needs to be fixed!!!!!

  • Echeck-in does not work
by Srjonym on 2021-04-16 at 12:37 PM

The echeck-in in is not working (I click submit and nothing happens). There is no way to report bugs on the app or contact about them on the app (only medical and billing questions) so I am forced to put it here

  • Too many “My Charts” - updated
by fraustypawz on 2021-04-15 at 12:50 PM

4/15/21 - oh, NOW I see but not previously stated, that if I swipe to the right I can see both. Yeah. That makes it a bit better 🙂 . For me, anyways. Even though within the group file name it just shows up as “My Chart”. I know now to do that. That helps me immensely. So because of that, I’ll tack 2 stars back on my review. I’m a happier camper now. 🙂 Outdated review It’s so confusing opening up one of these My Charts to find its not the one I intended to open. This is so freaking frustrating! At least you can do is add the org name associated with it - ie Mercy or WVU.

  • so useful.

    Love it. Never no mistakes

  • What happened to this app?! I’ve been using it for YEARS!!
by momma bear721 on 2021-04-14 at 9:58 PM

This app used to be phenomenal, however you can’t even read a message or document your doctor sends you anymore before it closes itself out anymore and goes to the main screen. It’s SO ANNOYING!! Trying to read after visit notes? Yea good luck with that, you will be sitting here all day trying to do so! Please fix this, I never used to have this issue!!

  • Not working
by gjydhjj on 2021-04-14 at 9:23 PM

Not working in Texas be a they hid all information to the client.

  • App Doesn’t Work Right
by Papa Yev on 2021-04-14 at 11:35 AM

Says to upload photos but photos can’t be larger than 500 kB. Are you crazy? Modern phones have high resolution photos. If I make it into 500 kB then the picture would be as blurry as a galaxy light years away.

  • Used to like this app.... not so much after last update
by Sheri Rose Berry on 2021-04-14 at 8:22 AM

After update, my documents no longer appear. No longer can see my results or doctor summaries. My Document section is completely blank. Can’t figure out how to find my information in the latest version. Way too clunky and not user friendly at all. Bring back the older version

  • Disgusting, and actively blocking access to care.
by Rain in Austin on 2021-04-14 at 8:07 AM

Hope you don’t enjoy privacy, accurate information, correcting literally anything that was recorded badly in any visit, accurate billing information, notices about anything you actually need, or even the option to opt out of features that explicitly state they can be opted out of at any time (until they coerce you to falsely claim to consent to sharing your information). It took WEEKS to be able to even make an appointment, and THIS APP prevented even a basic check-in process because of some serious oversight on the part of MyChart, or Austin Regional Clinic, or both. Disgusting. This app is actively preventing data accuracy, access to care, and any respect for adult patients.

  • “Manage all” displays (not manages) the “Care Team”
    by Hi-slkbn on 2021-04-13 at 1:26 PM

Tapping “Manage all” (under “Care Team”) displays the “Care Team”, instead of allowing to actually manage (e.g. remove from and/or add to) the list of providers in the “Care Team”. If we are not allowed to edit the list of providers under the “Care Team”, then “Manage all” should be renamed to “View all”.

  • Loading........loading....freeze
by Funchii on 2021-04-13 at 12:47 PM

When you go to make a payment it just loads. The loading screen just stays there and nothing happens. If you do make it to the part where you put your card information in it freezes. What’s the point of having the app if you can’t pay. The my chart support person said “Yeah it does that. Paying online is more secure than the app”

  • New Organization is Not Appealing
    by _d_a_7 on 2021-04-11 at 3:21 PM

The new version of the app seems really unorganized and there is a bunch of junk on the main page now. You can’t clear some of the things you want to get off your main page. I don’t get how the update and restructuring positively affected the app.

  • Can not connect to HomeKit
by TZapparoli on 2021-04-10 at 2:26 PM

The app works however it can not connect to HomeKit. Many other providers can do it but Lakeland MyChart can not.

  • I Can’t Pay Bills
by Irving Osorio Lopez on 2021-04-10 at 12:30 AM

I’m trying to pay an overdue bill and it keeps loading. It also gives me option through online and I put credit card information and nothing….

  • App is useless
    by BrenL58 on 2021-04-09 at 8:31 PM

My Username n password works over main site but when I put in password on app says OOPS TRY AGAIN!!! obviously not useable!!!

  • Data Privacy
    by Jgg20 on 2021-04-09 at 12:17 AM

I had downloaded this app since it works with the provider I use and to find my C-19 vaccine records easily. However, when I saw that private data such as financial and sensitive information would be linked, I decided to delete the app. I can see where the app would possibly need access to some photos (maybe) for app functionality. However, there is no reason for the app to collect data on financials, health & fitness or other sensitive information that is linked to my device. Due to this, I will avoid downloading the app for security reasons and opt for my secure web browser, which eliminates trackers and access to other data that this third party really doesn’t need.

  • User-friendly
by Mdwpsyd on 2021-04-08 at 10:48 PM

they clearly spend a lot of time and money on usability tests and continually improving the user experience, unlike some other apps in this category.

  • Great app
    by Munkey😊14 on 2021-04-08 at 7:04 PM

I'm glad this app is accessible with voiceover. I would recommend this app to my mom. This app has a great setup.

  • Unusable for me
by bohotechie on 2021-04-08 at 12:52 AM

Unfortunately, the state of Arizona chose to use this app to organize Covid vaccinations. That is the only reason I added the app. Also unfortunately, I can’t get past the opening of the app because it insists that I choose a healthcare provider and I don’t use any of those listed. I was able to login on the MyChart website, where I chose a username and password and set up an appointment. However, I can’t login to the app and access the appointment information. Removing the app forthwith.

  • This is a crap app
    by fralex4 on 2021-04-06 at 1:53 AM

It takes 2 - 3 times to sign in; 2-3 tries to get to you appointment or messages.

  • Is this app being discontinued?
by theneverafter on 2021-04-05 at 11:33 PM

It doesn’t work as well as it used to. Every single time I log in it says, “Your data cannot be retrieved”. Booking appointments or sending messages takes several attempts because the page will just disappear over and over and I’ll be told, “Your data cannot be retrieved”. I’ve loved it every year I’ve used it until this year.

  • Another EPIC flop
by mudhurn on 2021-04-05 at 4:59 PM

Poorly designed and hard to use

  • Horrible
by blusuade on 2021-04-05 at 1:32 PM

This app is awful. It’s yet another example of technology designed to make your life better but in actuality makes it worse. It won’t integrate separate physician offices, so you have to set up a separate account for each one. The refill my prescriptions function doesn’t work either, which is terrible because that’s the only way my provider allows you to fill your prescriptions. The idea behind this app is good but they obviously skimped on the development process and didn’t do enough testing before releasing it. Do yourself a favor and go to the website on a desktop browser. I guarantee you’ll save yourself a ton of time and stress.

  • More like my spinning loading icon
by Aimetti on 2021-04-05 at 12:02 PM

This app is pure hot garbage. If you are expecting you view charts, billing info, lab results, letters… really anything “available” within the app you won’t be. 9 out of times you’ll get an indefinite spinning loading icon. Get it together.

  • Meh mine won’t work
by babbyash on 2021-04-05 at 11:42 AM

I try to message my office to schedule an apt but always tells me message unable to sent. Never will.

  • Really awful
by BonniSR on 2021-04-03 at 5:05 PM

It is a username, Password nightmare

  • Great app, never works
by Clevelandphotog on 2021-04-03 at 3:06 PM

Every time I open Medications, notes from my past visit, or pretty much any option - I’m met with 500 error. The strangest part is that I know it’s getting a response because it will momentarily display what I am trying to view (for example, my meds will pop up for .5 second, then display the 500 or a display error). Interestingly enough I have almost the same experience when accessing via the web browser, which makes me think it’s something related to my account not the app.

  • Printing Diagnostic Reports!
by Angie E. Watts on 2021-04-03 at 12:36 AM

I like The SCL My Chart Website APP and viewing my appointments and all of the current lab and diagnostic tests, but now I don't have the option to Print my lab and diagnostic reports like I did on the regular SCL My Chart Screen!

  • The Worst Customer Service
    by Ndc3 on 2021-04-02 at 4:21 PM

My Chart has the worst customer service of any app I’ve ever experienced. No matter what the problem is, customer service’s response is some variation on No. There is never a suggestion of an alternative. There is never an offer to forward a communication to an appropriate person. There is never an acknowledgment that a complaint or suggestion has any validity. I don’t know why anyone thinks a health care whose constant message is WE DON’T CARE deserves to be preserved.

  • Not loading my info, error.
by Dzekoibarra on 2021-03-31 at 4:36 PM

This app had been working great for me, for some reason after filling out the proxy for my kids MyChart I got access to it and all was working fine then it just stopped. It won’t work anymore it’s been a while now. I would like to know how I can fix this!!

  • I hate this app
    by noah12142 on 2021-03-31 at 3:43 AM

Appointments don’t work, providers disappear. Worst of all, it deletes messages after 20 minutes when it logs you out. Copy and paste function does not work after it logs you out and so the only way your message saves is if you copy it into another document before. I had a concussion recently and this was so frustrating that I got a painful headache ADD A DRAFT FUNCTION

  • Glitchy
    by Jiji25 on 2021-03-30 at 11:06 PM

This app keeps glitching on me. Every time I log in, I get the following message: “Oops! There was an error!” So I log in again, then it’s fine. I get that same error for checking messages, labs, etc. Then I try 2 or 3 times again and it’s fine. I can’t do the “quick” e-Check-in. When I try to save my results: “Oops! There was an error!” Its a frustrating experience that pretends to be saving time, but isn’t.

  • Delete
by age 3 yrs old! on 2021-03-30 at 4:37 PM

I can’t seem to delete any providers or other things off this app once it is on. If no delete, is there anyway to block info access from a provider you no longer want on the app?

  • This app doesn’t work with my providers
by green liner on 2021-03-30 at 2:35 PM

M Health Fairview merged with Healtheast and now I can’t log In. There is an infinite loop of click here. Does not work. Zero stars

  • Worked great at first, now not so much /:
    by perks22 on 2021-03-29 at 12:06 AM

I used this app to keep up with my prenatal appointments and it worked so well, but recently it goes pretty slow to load the main page when I use the app and safari and once it’s done loading it gives me the message that it is unable to load my information; I’ve tried loading with my Wifi connection and my LTE and it’s the same thing.

  • Issues with server
    by kgk1990 on 2021-03-27 at 9:29 PM

Takes multiple attempts to login. I keep getting unable to retrieve results error for most of the test results. It only works after multiple taps on same option. Needs more stability.

  • Missing Features
by Dread Lord CyberSkull on 2021-03-27 at 5:02 PM

MyChart is missing many features I’ve come to expect from an iOS app. While it works fine for its primary purpose, it is still very rough around the edges. Notifications: I personally hate the “you have a new message” notification. I would like the option to choose to enable rich notifications to get more details. (Let me choose from the current bare minimum to “message from Doctor X” to putting the message in the notification.) Badges: I’d like an option to enable badges on the app telling me how many unread items I have in my various accounts (excluding the items that just won’t go away in the todo list). This would be handy because notifications can be missed. Wallet Passes: I really hate it when apps give a barcode/QR code/Aztec code to scan in somewhere but do not give me an easy way to access it, like in Apple Wallet as a wallet pass. To get a code, I have to sign in with the correct provider, go to my appointments list, then open the appointment to get the code. If I have spotty (or no) internet access in the area where my appointment is that will only cause further delays in checking in. A wallet pass once save to my phone does not need internet access to work and can be updated over the air if anything changes. It can also be set to be pulled up when I am at the location of my appointment. It is a simple and time saving solution for everyone involved. Apple Pay: The payment forms presented in the app are not friendly at all. I can’t use my stored credit card auto fill from Safari and I’m just sick of filling these out all the time. I’d really like to use Apple Pay to just pay the bill in a few simple steps and be done with it. Calendar: HTML tags keep getting put into the notes of some of my appointments. A rich text to plain text conversion should be run instead of directly copying the text “as is”. I’d also like an option to allow MyChart to add the appointment to my calendar automatically so I don’t have to do it every time.

  • Horrible so far
by liztex on 2021-03-26 at 7:30 PM

I first set everything up on laptop and after downloading app on my phone it tells me my password is not valid. Went back to my computer and it is valid. Is there some sort of time period I should consider before attempting usage in my phone?

  • Pretty awful
by Black Cat on 2021-03-26 at 2:25 PM

    Doesn’t really work. Why bother.

  • Terrible
    by F.Tarlton on 2021-03-25 at 8:41 PM

The Prisma Health version of my chart is difficult to figure out, difficult to figure out& a pain in the neck to use. I dislike it immensely. I used MyChart from Palmetto Health& loved it. Not complicated, easy to navigate & worked every time- this Prisma one doesn’t have all My info transferred so I’ve lost lots of data. Go away Prisma!

  • Never got Security Code!
    by Actor2k on 2021-03-25 at 7:04 PM

I would love to use an app like this but after trying literally 7 times, I never received the stupid security code thru my email. And this is after they verified personal information with my social security. If you can’t figure out how to send a stupid code I’m not sure I can trust this app.

  • Hard to Use in a Rush
    by Paperboy64 on 2021-03-25 at 5:51 PM

All UI and UX experiences are made worse when a user has to rush, but this app’s initial startup does no favors. It initially asks you for an Organization you belong to and I misinterpreted that as health insurance organization instead of healthcare provider organization. After eventually guessing the correct meaning by scrolling through many names and images of other groups unfamiliar to me, I got into the app proper. The rest of the UI is super busy but technically provides everything you could need. Seems functional and informative enough to figure out where to go from here. My advice to others would be to give yourself extra time before using this app for anything time sensitive.

  • Worst app ever
    by nonicknamesforme99!! on 2021-03-25 at 4:24 PM

This app is horrible! I’ve tried multiple times to establish an account, only to be kicked because “the server is currently unavailable”. If you finally manage to establish a login and password, it then tells you your ID is not valid. Hire some developers to fix your app!

  • Looks great, works bad
    by FreedomFro55 on 2021-03-25 at 3:09 PM

App loaded quickly and easily, and could get into it easily with thumbprint access. However, tap on visit details, billing, check-in and all you get is a spinning icon. Cannot access information. Why bother?

  • It's generally not a good idea to force people to download your app
by Audrey Noir on 2021-03-24 at 2:01 AM

The online form changes so people will download the app and it's pretty sneaky and rude.

  • Have to wait to get access to account
by YoungEyes on 2021-03-23 at 6:56 PM

Now that my medical account was switched over to this new system my old login will not work. So frustrating when someone needs to contact a medical provider. There was no notice of the change except there was a message I’d need to read in the portal. Possibly about this, but how you gain access when online or the app will not allow you access. It might be okay if I ever get access.

  • Where’s the print function
by Xenodevale on 2021-03-23 at 5:51 PM

Why does this app not have a way to print out a Covid results test with all the information needed? Every junction does not want to see your phone. This should have been an obvious one.
