This has gotten us back on track
- This app doesnāt understand timezonesby Udjxdhdhstssjysh on 2021-04-11 at 2:11 AM
So this app uses incorrect an time zone, with no option to manually change the time zone. For an app with such a simple function is a complete failure. The whole point is help track when you take your medication and when it thinks itās next day @ 8p thatās broken functionality. I raised this issue with support, with no information or help given back.
- Good - except canāt editby RikSan50! on 2021-04-04 at 6:23 PM
This has been great for the first year I used it. Had to edit a medication from every other day to Mon, Wed, Fri (skip week end). Couldnāt do it. Tried several times. Had to delete the App - reinstall and start over. - - - - Update: After deleting and reinstalling I could get the schedule correct. BUT... the alarm canāt be heard. Used to be loud bells like a trolly that you could hear easily. Canāt hear it unless youāre next to the phone. Lowered to 2 stars and Deleted and installed another app. - - - - Another update: After trying again, the app sometimes tells me āno tasks todayā even after alarming. Double tap the home, close the app, then it shows me the med I need to take. Gimme a break, itās not rocket science.
- Don't survey before providing serviceby goddan on 2021-03-09 at 4:31 PM
I use this app to track when to take medication, don't feed me a survey instead of giving me the notification that I should take the medicine. That's like a server asking for the tip before getting your drink order. That turned a 4 star review into a 2, since it's still a useful app.
- Used to be very good, keeps getting worseby KerryOK5 on 2021-02-13 at 6:39 AM
Originally, it was great - all I wanted was a second/backup alarm for my several daily pill doses. Worked fine, though I accidentally found out that what I thought was an easy way to clear the item actually Cleared it - like marked it UNtaken - why would swiping basically erase it but going into it was what marked it as done? It should ALWAYS be harder to skip a supposed daily task! š Bad enough that you canāt mark it as handled from the Lock Screen. But now after their updates, the alarm doesnāt go off on the next pill, until youāve cleared the previous pill - and I donāt mean like Mondayās and Tuesdayās, I mean if I miss my first pill which is say Vitamin A, when the next alarm that day for say Vitamin B is supposed to chirp (or whatever tone is set), it will NOT! If I miss the first dose, the second dose should be LOUDER if anything! To remind me that now Iāve got two going - but stupidly the notification badge will show a 3 for the third dose of the day even if Iāve Already marked off the earlier ones. Itās crap now and Iām off loading.
- Needs more flexibility in remindersby logicality77 on 2021-01-30 at 3:42 PM
Needed to start taking a blood pressure medication every 8 hours, but the app would only set two reminders per day. Not very helpful if I need a third reminder, but have to manually set it up. I donāt want to have to add the same medication again just to have a third reminder.
- Buggy applicationby victorzhao1990 on 2021-01-20 at 1:11 PM
It made me skip dose and didnāt record the one that I took.
- So far it works goodby coco8ees on 2021-01-17 at 3:31 AM
I was able to preset a reminder. I get a chime and a notification. I click on the app and check off that I have taken my pills. It tracks how many I have left so that I know when to request a refill. I hate that I have to take meds daily but my heartbeat is irregular so I need a system that is reliable. This app helps me remember when I have and havenāt taken my meds so that I donāt take too many or miss a dosage.
- Elaineby gmaloki/buddy on 2020-12-28 at 10:03 PM
Happy for the reminders and additional ones if I donāt respond.
- Itās okby Meboy35 on 2020-12-17 at 10:35 AM
My nightly alarm picks when it wants to go off. Morning always goes off! Iāll probably delete and go back to good old reminders on my iPhone.
- Disappointedby Liberty372 on 2020-12-17 at 1:43 AM
I just added all my info to this app and realized I have 2 mental health meds that are prn which I can add. But it doesnāt let me keep track of when and/or why Iām taking them.
- Would be great if I actually received the reminder notificationsby rikafrie on 2020-11-29 at 4:20 PM
The settings for receiving reminders do not make sense which leads to not receiving reminders at (sometimes I receive a notification but no sound and sometimes I donāt even get the pop-up portion of the notification). I suspect that the āenable critical alertsā settings are the answer but they are misleading. Every time I think I figure it out and get a medication notification to work I trust that it will work the next time and miss another notification somehow.
- Great Appby Aimennnnn on 2020-11-15 at 6:16 AM
Great app and easy to use
- Only worked for first day.by Missed my dose on 2020-10-26 at 5:47 AM
Once midnight comes there are no reminders. What good is the setting for no end date?
- Has bugs, lacks functionalityby User23834847335356 on 2020-10-20 at 3:03 PM
Currently for me, the āChartsā view and the list when I click on a specific medication donāt match. The chart view says I missing/skipped a dose on Sunday, and the list view says I didnāt miss. It also for some reason double logs doses sometimes. Finally, thereās no way to go back and correct things. I accidentally deleted a day, and now I canāt correct that by re-adding the confirmation for that day.
- Used to work, but no longerby JitkaW on 2020-10-15 at 6:43 AM
I bought this app about a year ago, and mostly loved it (even though sometimes when I swiped an item to mark it as skipped, it would skip a second item and mark it as skipped as well, and then I had to try to figure out what got skipped and wasnāt supposed to.) Anyway, the last 4 months or so this app doesnāt work on my iPhone at all. Often it doesnāt even open, and when it does, it doesnāt allow me to do anything. I can mark an item done, I canāt skip it, or add an item. Very frustrating. I turned the phone off/on a few times, but no change.
- Great but buggyby galpaltristen on 2020-10-12 at 11:13 PM
I really love the concept and capability of this app. I have chronic medical conditions and this app is so helpful for tracking daily use of multiple medications, tube feeding, activity, symptoms, etc. This deserves 5 stars, but right now itās a one star. The app has had major bugs since I started using it in 2/2020. My main problem is the app freezing or glitching. Today it was really bad so I did an update and now the app wonāt work at all. It opens, takes forever, then gives me an error message with a whole page of computer coding. Please please fix this app so I can use it and change my review to 5 stars!!!!

- No notes sectionby egbgzzz on 2020-09-04 at 3:11 AM
I just got this app and I really love it. U can search for a medicine and by dosage and shorten the name to make it easier to read. It has different alarms which Iāve enjoyed and an emergency function that lets it notify u even if ur ringer happens to be turned off so u never miss a dosage. The only function I wish it had a notes area in the reminders. Essentially it tells u what u have to take and how much but if ur like me and have to make a health shake with multiple supplements there is no way to note that in one reminder. It just reminds me to make a shake in the morning. Other than that I love the app and it has really helped me make my crazy supplement schedule more simple. š
- Useful... Could be amazing if...by MareBear2020 on 2020-09-02 at 3:33 PM
I wasnāt sure Iād respond to another app alerting me of something as I seem to respond onlyto alarms that donāt stop. For some reason I do respond to this app and itās helped me remember my evening rx. I like cruising it off my ālist.ā It would be awesome and SO helpful to have a section for To Doā items that we can add. I canāt add to activities and I wouldnāt want them there anyway. They have to show up in a different color as the other alerts are more important.

I loved this app on my Android, switched to Apple and my reminder goes off once and that is all. On my Android it went off every minute it seemed like. I need that annoyance to make me take my pills otherwise it is 5 and I say whoops forgot to take them this morning! Please fix!
- Would love more interaction for āmy teamāby Bella Ruppelt on 2020-07-27 at 12:40 AM
I love the app and itās been super helpful in reminding me to take my medication. However the my team aspect of the app is lacking and there are a few features I wish it would give for them send my team or members on my team a notification if I donāt record taking my medication by a certain time. send my team a reminder if medication is running low and allow them to register it as refilled. Let my team see and manage my appointments, measurements, and symptoms. Give me options to turn these on and off for each member of my team individually. If these were added to the app it would be super helpful for me and āmy teamā, and I would without hesitation recommend this app to both my grandmothers to use with the people in their households. Thanks for the amazing app!

- Good simple app, but...by ghnewport on 2020-06-27 at 2:13 PM
I take a lot of medications so itās very important that I know how many doses I have left in order to refill in time. And this is where this app fails. The inventory tracking simply does not work.
- Why canāt I snooze a dosage?by alfulaij on 2020-06-18 at 5:24 PM
Itās strange that my only options is to mark a dosage as taken or skipped. What if I simply want to snooze it and remind me again in 1 hour or whatever?
- Absolutely love itby pathans on 2020-06-16 at 3:47 AM
I was looking for an app where I can track medication for my parents. Itās easier to manage interface and reminders make it easy. I am using it for about 5 months now and itās works great
- Very Niceby pp plane on 2020-06-04 at 12:34 PM
I love it, helps me keep track of my meds and also helps me show my doctors when my symptoms occur and that helps them. I thought some part of it would be behind a paywall or it would have ada but is doesnāt, very nuce and i live the UI. Hehe nice heheheh
- My Therapyby Bonnice53 on 2020-05-16 at 6:44 PM
This app is amazing. I am on so many different medications and injections that itās difficult to keep up with them. This app reminds me to take them by setting an alarm. It even reminds me of an injection that I take every two weeks. I also love that it reminds you of how many pills you have left and alerts you as to refill them. Once you take your medication, you click on the confirm sign! No more wondering whether or not you took your meds. I love this app. It has saved me a lot of stress.
- Useful for MOST of my needsby Mage of Life on 2020-05-14 at 9:44 PM
Iām at the start of my experience with this app, and Iām pretty optimistic about how well itās going to be able to track my medication schedule. One of the things I like the most is how you can set a custom medication cycle. I have one medication that goes 10 days on and 20 days off that a different app couldnāt handle. But it isnāt perfect. I have to make a certain body measurement twice within a 30-day cycle: on day 1 and on day 10. The app canāt handle this. Iām going to have to set up two asynchronous 30-day cycles just to make it work. I wish the cycle setting for reminders was more nuanced.
- More than I wanted, too complex for me.by Stepinwolf on 2020-05-07 at 7:05 AM
I was looking for something to replace the broken Apple reminders that I used to use to remind me to take my morning meds, my noon meds, my evening meds and my bed time meds. I donāt want something that wants to document the specific medications. There are too many of those. I just need a check list. I may resort to pencil and paper.
- Taking care of my health one day at a timeby d.jabbor on 2020-04-30 at 1:13 AM
Very user friendly platform! I can keep track of all my daily meds and log temporary ones as well!! Very visually pleasing and allows you to see your past activity which I really appreciate. You can also log your mood and other emotional/mental symptoms!!
- Update a step backwardsby Mvivu on 2020-04-29 at 6:44 AM
The app used to be simple and easy to use. Iāve been tracking my breath measurements for month. Use the scroll wheel to the correct number and tick. Now you have to tap into a poorly located measurement area and type in the numbers.

- Superbby muzicaz on 2020-04-21 at 9:39 PM
I have memory issues and this app is perfect. I can schedule times and alarms, change my dose and specify number of pills. My favorite part is that it can track how many pills you haveāand you can set an alarm to remind you about your refills.

- Saved my life!by Hahpo on 2020-03-24 at 12:37 PM
Thank you thank you thank you.... My husband has epilepsy and takes numerous meds at particular times.... and I have ADHD and have to take my meds. Then I developed a bowel issue and have to take MORE meds. I have been so focused on my husbands anti-seizure meds that I was forgetting to take my own. Then I discovered MyTherapy. Wow, I am so relieved, it is awesome. The reminder ring tone is pleasant, and I can see what I miss in bright red. Thank you so much for making this application available. I love it and it has truly saved my life!

- A good scheduler, but not adaptableby SweetSammyJane on 2020-02-23 at 2:23 PM
I got this after surgery because I was having trouble remembering when I took my meds last. I like that you are able to set a schedule based on frequency and duration. Where it fails is if you set it for 4 times a day (for example: 5am,11am,5pm,11pm) and you are late getting a dose, it doesnāt change the reminder time. Example: I am not able to take the 11 am dose till 1230pm. It doesnāt change the time of the next dose to 830, it will only remind me at 5.
- Wonderful!by AJJ007 on 2020-02-18 at 5:53 AM
So far, this app is great! I have several medications to take at intervals, and some that are as needed only, but Iāve had to track all my medications and relate them to my symptoms for my doctors, and it has been a real challenge (to put it mildly). This app keeps me on my regimen and tracks everything I need. Iām planning to print out the pdf for my doctor at my next appointment; I think itāll be very helpful. Thank you SO MUCH for this wonderful app!!!
- Awkwardby goodnsimple on 2020-02-13 at 3:11 AM
Had high hopes for this app, in that it claims to provide reminders (donāt need) and keep track of taken medications as well as symptoms. However, while I could add symptoms to track, I could not find them later. All symptoms were under āsymptomā so how to tell pain from hives from shortness of breath. Couldnāt find a way without āopeningā the symptom. Also no help with name brands to generics for meds. The choices for all symptoms was a 1-5 scale. Or should I say 5-1 scale? 1 was bad and 5 very good. So not intuitive for pain certainly. Pain would be best measured as 0 or 1 for none and 5 as severe; For things like hives; a mild, moderate, severe scale seems like it might be more effective. (And would work for pain also.) Ended up deleting this app after a week.
