    Hopeful the developers make the app landscape. It defeats using the app if every other app in my iPad works landscape and my banking doesn’t especially when I have the iPad in an enclosed case that sits landscape. Cmon fellas let’s get with the program.

    When I type a digit, the next digit I type deletes the first digit. This has been happening for a several months. My wife has a newer iPhone model and has no issue. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. No change. Deposit is the most frequent function I use on this app. Not sure why this began happening.

    This update is terrible. I use the app primarily on my iPad connected to a Bluetooth Zagg keyboard- and I use it often. With the new update the screen will not auto-rotate to a horizontal display- it only stays vertical, like for a cell phone. Makes it extremely hard to use. Also, there is no way to access the Messages feature on the app, only available on the desktop. Awful.

    I believe there must have been an update to this APP. Now I can no longer log in. Before this I would have given app a 4 star rating, no it gets none. I can even fined anyone to help with this issue. What to do???

    I have used this app daily throughout the year as I no longer live in Maine. I rely on the app to deposit money and check my balance. This past week I cannot get the app to open. I have deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. So frustrating especially since I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years!

    Northeast credit unions app is driving me to leave the bank entirely. It’s bizarre during a time in history like this that a bank wouldn’t invest heavily in their website and mobile applications. It seems as though they bought some off the shelf mobile application and shoehorned their credit union into it.

    App is ok; handy for a quick glance but absolutely can not be trusted for timely accurate balance updates which regularly appear a full 24-36 hours after transactions have already cleared. Caveat emptor!

    Have been a NECU client since September 2019. The desktop version of their banking application works relatively well. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the mobile version. Are use an apple I found running the latest version software.

    This is the worst banking app that I’ve ever used. It keeps trying to load ad infinitum! The only way to get it to work is to keep deleting it and getting it back. Terrible app! And it’s all they’re offering to us members!

    This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Constant errors when trying to GIVE THE BANK MONEY. Then it will log me out, automatically try to log me back in, which locks me out of my account! NECU you could find a middle schooler to make a better app.

    This app has worked great for me up until a few days ago. Every time I try to log in it gives me a “service failure” message. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it worked for a day or so and I’m getting the same message again. I use this almost everyday so I’m not impressed that it’s not working! Please fix!

    This really has to be one of the worst banking apps out there. If I could give a zero star...I would. Why do you need to register your mobile number with the app to use the app? You can login using a browser on your ph but you have to register your ph no to use the app? Really NECU...?

    Probably one of the worst working apps I’ve dealt with. I am CONSTANTLY getting blocked out of my account, face recognition and correct passwords it doesn’t matter, I’m constantly blocked nearly every other time I log into the app and it’s incredibly frustrating.

    I have never had a problem with this app until yesterday. I was trying to check my balance when it insisted I create security questions. (Note to developers: Put a “later” option in. It is not always possible to drop everything and do something so stupid, and people still need their information.) Today I did the security questions, and the app asked me to do three more. On top of this, it appears the thumbprint login is suddenly intermittent. Please, step one: remove heads from rectums. Step two: fix app. Step three: go to career counseling and find a suitable occupation.

    So I use Face ID on my iPhone to logon. When I am done with the app I click the menu to log out. I log out and then the NECUMobile app auto redirects me to the front screen of the app.... which triggers the Face ID which you guessed it.. logs me in again... I also have text alerts letting me know when someone is logging into my account so that just adds to the phun. I then have to log out again .. so I have to quick swipe up and kill the app using tile view... just a FYI.

    My review will stay at one star until this app works better than it ‘isn’t’ right now. I say ‘isn’t’ because my lovely, previously reliable app won’t even load!!! No other app on my current phone (new iPhone XS, with LOADS of space, it’s not that) or old phone come to think about it... None have previously had this issue, only your app. I used to love this app! D: I used it all the time, so convenient! Now? I can’t even check my balance! With the current problems I’ll give it 1 star. If I could, I would give a ‘zero’ to start with because that’s how much I’m getting out of this app! Until things change...

    PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX GLITCHES! My husband and I share an account and when I view “my accounts” there is a glitch that says there is $0 in each account unless I click on them to see the balance. I would like to be able to see all of the account balances right from the dashboard/my account tab.

    I honestly love this bank, I think you guys run things smoothly. However, your app needs to change. The user interface is outdated and needs a makeover. It’s come to the point where I might switch banks! Please fix!

    Horrible app my wife and I share accounts you can only have one log in for this app. I cannot log in unless I’m on WIFI. If I’m on cell network it’s says not connected to the internet. App is clumsy at best and seemed hastily written .

    App works okay. The balance listed in the main screen should be available balance. Gets a little confusing. ONE major question is where is the Apple Watch plugin??? It’s 2018 there should be a companion app.

    The most recent update broke the Touch ID authentication. The check deposit feature needs work. It is horrible at capturing a check. I have used better mobile banking apps.

    App worked reliably prior to April 2018 update, though it still lacked some features. However, with the April update, fingerprint recognition now resets after each logout, account view doesn’t load properly, and app crashes much more often. Either redesign or find an app developer that can release quality updates that don’t break a ‘good’ app.

    I had the previous version and had no problems with it and now they have to mess with something that was working. I have been trying for 2 days now to get my ap to open using my fingerprint and every time I get it set and switch to MY ACCOUNTS then go back to settings it’s OFF AGAIN. I didn’t do anything to provoke turning it off and I tried to set it up on their login screen.... doesn’t work. I give up on it!

    This seems like the first app NECU created. I am not liking it and miss the previous version. I am all for change as long it adds something but this seems like they went backwards. What’s with all the unnecessary white space? I haven’t tested all the features but noticed the awful login screen right away when I couldn’t use the fingerprint scanner on my iPad.

    Main reason I got this app was to do mobile deposits and pay my loan and credit card payments. This app does these flawlessly. It has never frozen or not opened. I did notice that finger print scanner was disabled...but I haven’t checked settings yet. The main negative I see is that if you have multiple member account #s, ie a shared account or business account, these can’t be accessed, only what is directly attached to to your primary member #. Many of the features people seem to be complaining aren’t there, actually are there, they are just under different tabs. And yes, it doesn’t specify uncleared transactions, but still shows you (2) balances, the difference in $ between the 2 are your uncleared transactions. I know 5 people with this app and ALL love it because it makes their life easier. Typically I only (like many) write reviews when frustrated with a product; but seeing all of these horrible reviews on an app that I find fabulous....I had to share!

    You are unable to find out what your loan payment is or when it is due on this app. It is not user friendly at all and so basic as to be useless.

    I can't even register for check deposit. It lets you fill in your info, but the "continue" button does nothing. Pretty useless. And irritating for those of us who work during banking hours. NECU just bought my credit union, and so far I've not been impressed.

    Useless app! Can't see any of the joint accounts, as another reviewer had already pointed out. Can't see why my available and total account balances are different because it doesn't show pending. Try to deposit the check and it shows up as "deposited"as per the app but if you were in the account it never went anywhere. Customer service is as useless as the app and can't figure out why! Barely functional, I can get better information from using my browser on my phone! This may end up being a good reason to move my accounts to another baking facility. 😤

    This app is very frustrating. For some reason, I can't see the balance on my joint accounts. I constantly am told I can't access my accounts "at this time" even though I can see in the background that it had loaded. I also used to be able to sign in without using my password but my fingerprint, but without warning or update it stopped letting me do that. Very frustrating.

    I can't see or manage my credit card or auto loan from the app. My other credit union app allows me too. This is a problem for me since I do all my monthly billings from my phone. Can't even make my payment from the app. Useless.
