    I’ve tried to login multiple times this weekend and keep getting an error message. If the network is down they should tell us how to connect another way.

    After update the app quit working, properly. I keep getting oops server not responding or available. After 5 to 10 connection Attempts it will connect. This was not happening before, the app updates.

    Still unable to access my Swedish Account. It didn’t inter grate as stated. Needs improvements. Also, some information has been deleted. This is supposed to keep ALL DOCUMENTS AND LETTERS AND NOTES. Some of my “Letters” have disappeared. Please fix. Otherwise pretty good app

    The app is pretty easy to navigate and very functional. I use it for the whole family and manage all the data. My only contention with it is that you can’t clear items from the to-do list. Kids see a pediatrician that doesn’t use NorthShore Connect, so every time I login there are a ton of bright red notifications I cannot clear. There needs to be a way to snooze and/or clear them.

    What I was really looking for was consolidating all my health & medical data in one place. Though this app claims it can, it doesn’t. Besides, lab results and vitals are only presented in a report format. I’d prefer a graph to follow a single detail’s peaks & valleys accompanied by an overall overview report that includes advice on how to best improve myself & what to avoid. I was hoping this app would sync all vitals & labs to Apple’s Health app. That would’ve been the best. It doesn’t, & even though my doctor claims the’ll eventually get around to that, I personally doubt it. I don’t believe I’ll be hanging on to this app much longer.

    I did not appreciate being woken up by the North Shore Health app at 4:30 in the morning to receive a notification that my billing statement was available!!! #FAIL #ANNOYING If you download this app, be sure to turn off sounds notifications or else they will send nonurgent messages in the middle of the night.

    I guess I’m somewhat old fashioned, but I would still like to talk to the doctor when test results indicate that there are new significant health concerns, instead of receiving cryptic messages through the app containing misspelled words, medical terms that require Googling and warnings like “URGENT- see the first available cardiologist!” Imagine getting that message and having all weekend to sit around and ponder it because the phone lines are closed until Monday! A simple 5 minute phone call saying “here’s what we have learned and here’s what we need to do next” should still be the norm when circumstances merit it. Maybe once they figure out how to bill for it, the personal touch will make a comeback.

    Everything from billing to electronic copies of paperwork, results, follow ups, “homework”... It takes the guesswork out of everything. To be fair, I give credit to the doctors, too, who see results from a separate visit at a different location and follow up with a note acknowledging they’ve seen it and providing more insight or assigning additional tasks/appointments within the app. It relieves a lot of stress and minimizes personal legwork and time chasing information down.

    I think the app is pretty easy to use but it’s missing some features. One that’s been bothering me is that I can see my inbox to read my doctors messages but can’t see my Sent box to see what I emailed them. Is this something that can be added? Thanks!

    Used to work well. Now, the appointment scheduling functionality is glitchy and ineffective, forcing me to call the office and *gasp* talk to a human.

    When a medical app/records site can’t support a person changing their name, it’s a problem. People change their names for marriage, divorce, and identity alterations. The majority of WOMEN will do this at least once, many more than once in their lives. This system assigns user names as first and middle initial with last name - and then no changes allowed. My reward for being a loyal NorthShore user from the beginning, is that 11 years after a divorce (and six years after a new marriage) my log in is still my ex husbands last name. I can’t update the user name to MY LEGAL NAME. My doctors get messages from me, or send me reminders, and the user name isn’t even my name... that’s confusing for everyone, and just stupid all around. Do better NorthShore. Fix this.

    I wanted to send a message to my doctor from my iphone app. I wrote the message and noticed that send button is disabled. I could not minimize my the keyboard. This app is junk.

    Signed in yesterday after a few years and very easily was able to reset my password to gain access. I emailed my doctor last night about few questions and got a call from the nurse today at 8:30am with answers. So simple and effortless. I also made an appointment with my doctors, which was also easy. Love this app.

    I have sent messages through the app and they never get answered. Test results don’t show until a phone call is placed first. All the app does is give the doctors and staff cover to ignore you.

    This new version is a nightmare. You need magnifying glasses to even be able to see or read what is presented. It took me over 40 minutes to “sign in” with the misleading options to start looking at your personal account. I cannot believe how horrible this is. The last system was PERFECT. Always responded in comprehensive way and ALWAYS easy to interpret your medical tests and reports. PLEASE GO BACK TO OLDER APP VERSION. Joan Berg This won’t even let me submit my Review. Terrible! Tried 10 “nicknames” and this tells me they are already used!! Ridiculous!

    Since the 12/4/18 update, the app does not really work. It asks me to find my organization. When I find my organization, it tells me i need to download the new version. I click the link to download it, it takes me to the App Store. The App Store says I have the app so I click open. It takes me to the app which says I need to download the update. And the cycle continues.

    Great to know that I was notified of new billing available in the app - opened it up and found my ex of 13 years overdue invoice ready to be paid if I just hit “Pay Now”. No support, no privacy. I wonder what she is seeing of me on her app? They better fix or my attorneys will - like today.

    I’m in chemo so have a lot of appointments. When one comes in on connect, I load it to my smart phone.The connect reminder comes in, and I see I have it on my phone so don’t go back to check with connect. Several times the hospital has changed my appointment time, and I didn’t know. A special notice stating TIME CHANGE should go out when appointment time and day is different then originally set.

    I love that I can schedule my doctor visits, message my doctors, view my test results, pay my bills and also act as proxy for my Mom. I never talk to anyone anymore just use the app or my PC!

    This app was great for a few weeks but I’m finding the last few weeks it just doesn’t load. I don’t know why it doesn’t connect to any servers but I can’t even log in. I enjoyed having the capability to send direct messages to my doctors, set up appointments etc. as opposed to constantly being on hold but this just doesn’t work anymore so I have no reason to keep this app.

    First the good list Email communication with doctor Setting up appointments Tracking and listing test results List of medications Checking in for appointments Updates needed Latest update claims it supports iPhone X with facial recognition but it doesn’t Ability to scan in your insurance card Use facial recognition to log in Transfer all medical data to Health App If they add the updates I could give it a 5 star rating

    It’s ok for communicating with your providers. Although the “reply”, “delete” or “compose” buttons are very hard to see. I’ve read some of the other reviews and agree regarding the Apple Health app features

    Works for a few minutes then freezes. Slow to load. I’ve had to deactivate and reactivate my account a few times. An overall horrible app.

    This app allows the user to pick a calendar type when you save an appointment to the iPad Calendar. It allows you to switch from the default google calendar to a different one. But as soon as tapping the option, the app crashes.

    Terrible app and website; doesn’t load at all . Then doesn’t let me login some times . Like this is real health stuff that I need to see test results and such . Not something that should be unreliable for some things that are very important.

    This app has improved, but my biggest issue is that I need to be connected to WiFi to log into the app, if I’m just in my cellular network, the log in spinner just keeps spinning. As soon as I’m on WiFi, I can get it. I feel that my personal cellular network would be more secure than a shared network. Otherwise, most of the features I use are in the app now.

    When scheduling appointments through the app, a drop down calendar would be better than a daily scroll. Having to go through six months to get to the date I wanted is not patient friendly. Also, the screen asking for the appointment type-established patient yearly exam had redundancy when you have to fill in a box stating what the appointment is for.
