With a few taps in the OhioHealth mobile app, you can easily find OhioHealth doctors, get directions to nearby urgent and emergency care locations, and access your MyChart health record – anytime, anyplace!

You must have a MyChart account to access MyChart features. You can create a MyChart account in the OhioHealth app. Your doctor may have provided you with an activation code during your last outpatient office visit; however, a code is not required to create an account.

Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.

    I enjoy My Chart because it is very helpful. I can do so many things for myself. I order medications, make appointments, I get reminders. I also can find my COVID vaccines. So easy to use for many things.

    Great app and truly appreciate having all this information so easily accessible. Would really like to see the home page able to be customized. Some annoying reminders that do not apply are there and it makes it harder to weed through for the information you really do need. Overall great app!

    Unable to schedule an appointment for a covid vaccine since they are unable to send me an email to verify my email address oh and my home zip code where I have resided in Powell Oh is now invalid. So many bugs. They want to validate my email address but they have emailed me prior to past appointments

    Your app wants verification of my cell phone. However, I have requested a code several times and do not receive it. Doesn’t allow the patient to change what medications or over the counter vitamins and minerals. Other than that it is okay.

    1-no app support. (Clicking app support just takes you to OhioHealths General info pages, no way to contact app support) 2-appointments NOT working correctly. App says I need a vaccine, click here to schedule…clicking there takes me to an error page that says I’m already fully vaccinated. SO WHY ARE YOU ALERTING ME??? 3- payment not working correctly: trying to make a payment takes you OUTSIDE the app to a separate payment processing website. So many errors I cannot screenshot them all!! (I guess I see why they disabled app support, this thing is broken!!)

    Our first born shows up under my name but our second born does not. I am going to have to jump through hoops to get access to our second child.

    Your new verify system does not work effectively. Every time you log in it asks for a second verification whether you wish to do this or not. Then it asked to verify you email, then your phone number. While doing this you must wait for additional minutes to get your “verification code”. Not customer friendly at all. I guess I will take up the receptionists time in the office instead since it is so cumbersome to get this accomplished without getting kicked off (twice).

    I love all the improvements that continue to be made in this app. My experience this past early spring in scheduling an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccination was so easy and convenient. BIG thank you! I also love being able to pay my bills via using the app. And thank you for designing this app to work with my iPhone’s facial ID. Again, makes it so simple!

    I absolutely love being able to see my physician’s notes and test results so quickly; staying informed and current on my medical conditions eases the stress of waiting for phone calls and scheduled office visits. And my physician’s office has responded very timely to my questions, assuring my peace of mind.

    Not able to log in. Basically had a kid and they set up my daughter on the account and now can no longer log in. Keeps telling me user name and password incorrect or to try again later. Frustrating

    It constantly says my username and password is incorrect. I change it, try to log in.. same response. I can NEVER get into My Chart. You all need to fix the site!

    Billing needs overhauled or removed from MyChart. It’s always incorrect. I pay, then refunded, or I’ve overpaid or my account is overdue. The notices about appointments are way too many. For one appointment I’ll receive email reminders and phone calls. At least 4 notices. Even if they been confirmed by me. My appointment dates are also added to my iPhone calendar by the Ohio Health office while I’m still there. That is awesome. The redundancy of the app can be overwhelming at times.

    Signed up for my chart, downloaded app in preparation for vaccine eligibility. Ohio health document the process ... you get an email saying your eligible and time to schedule ( email never came). Logged into the app ... no ability to schedule shot. Helpline ... overwhelmed and basically not answering the phone. When I needed it ... it failed to deliver. I did see past visit and test results which why they did not receive lowest score.

    There is no website support for online issues on an ongoing basis this app does that mean that he needs and requirements of a patient nor is there a way to contact management to Brent make them aware of the issue. When putting in a request with a question you never get a reply back!

    It’s nice to have health info at my fingertips but this app makes me nuts because it’s constantly giving me notifications but when I open the app there is nothing to view. Poorly written wrt notifications.

    I registered a COVID-19 vaccine through the app. When I showed up for my 1:00 pm appointment they told me I wasn’t registered!!! I work nights driving a tractor trailer so instead of getting some sleep I stayed up so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP!!!! Consider yourself warned!!!

    After entering the username and password, the app displays the following error: Oops! There was a problem logging in with your username or password. Please try again. Initially I used to be able to login without any problems. Both my wife and myself (2 different users) cannot login on the iPhone or iPad. Thank goodness we can access MyChart through the OhioHealth web application.

    Suddenly this app does not recognize my log in credentials. I deleted and re-downloaded the app to no avail. Hopefully they will fix this, as it was nice being able to visit my chart without sitting at my pc.

    Tried to sign up online thru Safari & Chrome, but received errors every time. Downloaded the App and got the same thing. Seems useless if you can’t even sign up!!

    With this app I can reach my doctor and get immediate answers and responses. Going thru the phone to get any answers or any requests is horrible. The people who are answering the phones for the doctors office are not knowledgeable and the requests that I’ve made get ignored. I prefer to speak with the office directly, as it used to be. And I understand why it was changed, but I don’t have to like it. So, it’s better for me to use the app.

    I received excellent, thorough care from both Dr. Scism and Jeremy. Also the lab tech did a quick, painless blood draw. It was a very positive experience and test results came back quickly with a follow up call the next day. Great way to baseline my health as I started into Medicare.

    It’s ok. It can be difficult to find what you need quickly, especially when trying to navigate between the different “areas” of the app (e.g. the home page and its tools, your separate personal info page, your separate personal settings, etc). Notifications and pop-ups are annoying and tend not to disappear. Sometimes it crashes. There’s some redundant pieces and parts. The telehealth appointments aren’t without glitches/problems and for some reason require you to download the zoom app which is not great (and doesn’t inspire a great feeling of security). But at the end of the day, despite the frustration and clunkiness, it provides services that are relatively convenient, so that’s nice. The fact that it constantly logs me out makes me feel a little more secure I guess, but I still hate having a portal to such personal info on my phone.

    The app has been invaluable to my family. We’ve been able to keep in touch with our doctors between appointments. But now the app will not open and only crashes. I have the latest version and it’s still doing the same thing. Please fix!!

    To get into my info it says I have to update the App. I try and it keeps cycling back to update. I hate these stupid things and now I cannot see my information. Someone should get tossed on this one

  • Copies Clipboard Data on Launch

    The OhioHealth app is pasting data from the clipboard on launch. This can be seen with the clipboard notification in iOS 14. The OhioHealth app will vacuum up any personal information that a user copied to their phone’s clipboard prior to the app being launched. Private photos, passwords, and anything else a user may have copied will be processed by the OhioHealth app. There is no non-nefarious reason to paste clipboard data on app launch.

    This app worked fine for a couple of weeks, then it simply crashed. Every attempt to sign back in results in an immediate crash, making the app 100% useless. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app but the result remains the same. The supposed support link for the app does not direct me to any IT support, just the normal contact us page. Unfortunately those contacts all claim they do not offer support for the app

    Arrived at Riverside Methodist Hospital ER with chest pains and shortness of breath. Coronary was immediately stabilized with open heart surgery few days later (cabg4) very impressed with exemplary care during, and post hospitalization. Everybody all the way along; the ER admins, surgeons, nurses even the kitchen were kind, friendly, gentle, informative, professional and caring. I actually kinda miss ‘em 🙂

    I have been a patient of OhioHealth for thirty years and during this time I have nothing but the highest regard for the handling of my health events. Whether it is something as simple as inquiring about a location of a clinic or being cared for an acute illness and or surgery the people taking care of me, doctors, nurses or aides the attention to my well being has been and is nothing but top notch.     Dr. Miller is amazing and so is her assistant Susan. They are caring, compassionate and truly listen to you and care about you. Anytime I send a MyChart message, it is always answered so quickly. The office staff is so friendly as well. I would highly recommend this practice.
