The Pearl Hawaii app helps you to manage your money wherever you are. Sign-in to your accounts one time to use all of the features. View your account balances, review recent transactions, transfer funds, pay your loans, pay your bills, find ATMs and branches, deposit checks with SnapDeposit, PearlPay, plus so much more!
To begin, you will need to be an existing PHFCU Online user. When you log into mobile banking, the system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure we have the right person.
To sign in to mobile banking, use your Pearl Hawaii username and password. If you do not have one, visit pearlhawaii.com or call us at 808.737.4328.

This app is so slow. You would think that during the pandemic mobile deposits would have raised from the $250 limit which is a joke. To open multiple accounts you need to open multiple memberships. That is how I do my budgeting. Pearl take some tips from Hawaii State or HawaiiUSA. Although updated this app is still dated. A 1994 version of a mobile experience.

When accessing your bank account you should be able to do that quick and fast. I have had this app for about 2 years now and it still has problems with logging in, my login and password’s are correct it’s just the app that makes everything so slow. NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Compared to First Hawaiian and Bank Of Hawaii this is a terrible app. Its takes forever for the icons to populate and thats the best part about the app. Moving around the app is worse. Pulling data - I dont even bother any more. The only thing I like is snap deposit upgrade. Its easier to use now.

Horrible customer service and terrible phone app! The app won’t send me an Authentication Code, so I cannot log into my account. This is ridiculous!

The app constantly crashes. Takes forever to load just the login screen then takes equally as long to load account balances. The app needs work ASAP!

APP constantly freezes can’t access account. Have to shut down ipad and start again in the hopes to access account that does not work all the times. How come no one is listening. This is not acceptable. Customer service is just horrible none existent, unprofessional, they could care less. I lost all hope with them.

I absolutely dislike the current balance reporting after each transaction goes through.... old former is way better. New format does not provide balance...
