Limited to forward and back navigation. No skipping drill in steps and just jumping to a sub slide in the middle. Ok but could get better

I am given ready made Prezi’s by my business, but the Free login cant save it so that I could use it offline. Come on! At least give us that function for free!

Downloaded app thinking I can edit and still useless. Can’t even edit on iPad browser. Not useful for high school student working on presentations. Fix this issue

What’s the point in app if you can’t create presentation there

I have a presentation in Arabic and when i started writing it was transparent.

This app has helped me study the parts for my trucking exam. It is really great and detailed, but the only problem I have is it keeps crashing. I find it annoying that I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work again. This needs to be fixed

It keep kicking you out when trying to view any of the sections

I couldn’t find my account settings nothing. I want to cancel this is ridiculous

On my iPhone 12 max the app keeps closing out constantly have to restart app 4-5 times before it’s run properly or I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work please help !

Don’t download it just get on a computer

As soon as I open a presentation it freezes. Deleted it and downloaded it again without success.

Love my prezi account. It’s easy and fun to use for my professional life and my personal life. I pull off fun and modern presentations, posters, ads, etc!!

You can’t even open your presentations to edit them on this app, only view them. And when you do get to just view them, the quality is trash

Despite how powerful iPads now are, it’s still not possible to make presentations on an iPad. Since I don’t have a computer, I’m out of luck; even though some classes require Prezi to make our presentations for class assignments. Infinite thumbs down!

But It cannot be used on iPad properly. I’ve tried to create a video and just isn’t happening. I can’t get anyone on the phone unless you’re paying for it and you can’t get anyone in chat. Very frustrating to you and knowledge base isn’t as helpful as you might think it should be without searching through tons and tons of videos and if you are lucky… you still won’t be able to use it

I tried all versions and even bought a plan; yet I have no clue how it works. On my iPad the page is blank, I downloaded chrome for it to use still the same problem. I tried on my desktop and still the same. I watched YouTube videos and they never helped. Frustrating .

I love to present in Prezi to impress my audience. It is dynamic and people don’t get bored.

this app has very unclear directions and keeps crashing

All I’ve wanted to do is delete old presentations that show up when I Google my name. The website on mobile won’t work and now the app won’t even provide this functionality.

Can I please ask, why should I pay this app to keep all my presentations private? I mean I didn’t know that and now they are posted public with my name on it. Please do something!

It won’t allow me to update and glitches a lot. It might be my iPad, but it doesn’t do this for any other apps. Also, all the nicknames are taken but it forces you to add one, that might be a thing for the App Store though, as I don’t normally write reviews.

It’s telling me I have to update it but there’s no update available for it...

After paying a year in advance for Prezi Plus and actually putting in the effort to get good at some of the basics, I have missed three important meeting opportunities that I could have used the tools and presentations that I have spent hours creating. The update shut my app down and now I’ve uploaded a different version of the software that doesn’t allow me to use the camera or log into Zoom with my program. USLESS AND EXPENSIVE and a huge WASTE OF MY TIME. I will gladly retract this review should I get some help from my messages to the company asking for a resolution.

Totally don’t like it

This app is not user friendly. It is difficult to navigate and there are no ways to rectify it.

Not good. It wouldn’t let me access the design I saved online and when I went to work on it online it was very difficult and there was so much I couldn’t do. Very frustrating, zero stars.

“Prezi”s have all the disadvantages of a slide deck combined with the tedium of a poorly-produced video. I have yet to encounter a Prezi that got a message across of any sort. To add insult to injury, the app’s ecosystem is a mess—there’s no obvious way to open a Prezi by URL from the app, for example. Stay away! Stay away!

I already knew you couldn’t use this app to edit but the fact that you can’t use the browser either? And that the only way you cqn make and edit Prezis is with a computer? Dumbest thing I’ve heard yet. And the fact that people have been complaining about this for YEARS and still nothing has been done about it deters me from using Prezi at all, whether with my laptop or not. I’d rather find a substitute that actually meets my basic needs than stick around and see what other nonsense is in store with this company

I have been charged twice (nearly $200) and I’ve never even used this app. When I call to speak to a rep they hang up. Terrible. I do not recommend.

The whole purpose of Prezi is to edit. For non desktop users, the program is useless. Also on Safari and chrome, it’s literally impossible to edit. Text cannot be erased/backspaced if you navigate away and then return to the text box and you cannot move things around like images and also text boxes as well.

Prezi is a wonderful platform for educational presentations. I purchased a 1-year subscription last fall however the account is no longer available and shows it to be “locked” but the licenses is valid for 4 more months. Technically support isn’t great.

My 7 year old had no issues using and creating his presentation.

Just getting set up was difficult. The links for resetting a forgotten password did not take me to the right page. I wanted to use a separate login from google, but it kept giving me error messages.

This is an app designed to steal your personal information. Beware. Do not give them your email.
