I love this app but, my daughter moved schools and it won’t let me delete her old school so now I get alllll messages from her old school.. it says sorry we hit snag..”every time I hit leave school.. please fix this or tell me how to delete the school. I don’t want to follow anymore.. thank you

I’d like to give a big shout out to this application (Remind) If it wasn’t for this app, a lot of parents and/ or guardians wouldn’t know half of what goes on in the child’s classrooms. They’ve helped my grand daughter’s teacher and I converse and we touched base any time that was needed. The kids may not like this application because their teachers send progress reports out and kids can’t change the lettering of their grades if they wanted to. Plus there’s more help to offer the the kids during summer break. All I wanna say is, try it cuz you will like the convenience and it is easy to operate. Thank you Remind!

Love how you can keep in touch with the teachers. It’s like texting them without having to have their personal number. You get quick response back and it’s awesome

I love this app, but have 2 pet peeves. The first is that every time I clear my cache and cookies I have to reverify my pc with a code. I do this about 1-2 times a week. The second is the limitations on the push reminders. I wish we were allowed maybe 25 more words or characters. Multiple push notifications back to back to students is annoying when it could have all been sent in one message. Due to limitations on characters multiple messages is unavoidable.

I’m very surprised this has as high a rating as it does. You can leave conversations but can’t delete them? I still have conversations from schools that we don’t attend anymore. This isn’t basic beta design, it’s Alpha. I hope my next school doesn’t use this horrible app.

Great tool to keep with school updates and communicate with teachers.

For the last 2-3 years I have a icon number that said 16 notifications but literally have no new notifications‼️ Today I realized it now says 19 and I have read all my notifications and tried everything in the “menu”. Idk messages work tho

I need a reminder as to why I downloaded this app. What. Does. It. Do.

The app was working fine in my old phone. I got a new phone and reloaded the app. Now it is stuck in an endless loop that takes me to an add for Remind Hub. There is no way to exit the add, only option is to hit “Learn More” which takes me into a more detailed add for the pay version if Remind Hub. From the detailed add, there are more options but all roads lead back to the original add with the “Learn More” button and won’t let me rejoin the class I was already linked to in the app on my old phone

Do not limit your characters that can be used to type in a message, or at least expand the limit.

Not user friendly

This year characters have been limited. It is very inconvenient to both sender and receiver.

I love keeping my team informed with the Remind APP! it is super easy to use, and a great way for people not to have to exchange personal cell phone numbers to communicate. The big downside however, is the limitation of characters with messaging. Besides my team announcements… I also have to limit the number of characters even when responding to a parent as a coach which can be annoying. Often times are as too much information and I have to split my messages into multiple parts to get the info out there.

I would love for remind to allow more than 1 photo or file to be sent at once. Also for it to allow videos to be sent.

I started using Remind a few weeks ago and it has truly been a blessing to me in notifying the various groups in our church of meetings and other announcements. How do you delete groups or classes? I have over 300 unread messages and can’t access them to delete them because I am no longer in the group. I don’t want to see schools or groups that I am no longer a part of. Can you help?

App is great! The only problem I have with it is that I need more than 10 people to a group chat. I’m in band and we have more than 10 people in my section so I wont be able to contact them all at once and texting them separately makes it not fair because they aren’t in the group. Please make groups up to at least 25-30!

This is ultimately the worst app ever I tried to log in and it wouldn't let me and tried to make me a new account then it wouldn't let me back out of the new account screen even if I closed the app so this app is dumb don't get it.

All of the sudden it like logged me out and I still receive notifications and its trying to get me to sign up.

I use this app for work and it great except for getting random notifications from the app saying that I have an unread message when I don’t, I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and I have the most up to date version, but it keeps happening.

Excellent and reliable

If I want to log in, it’ll tell me to log in with google. Then, if I log in with google, it won’t allow me to do so because I had cookies blocked. I unblocked cookies. I delete the app and redownloaded around five times, with cookies blocked, and nothing changed. The only thing that helped was when I logged in on the website, and then redownloaded Remind, and finally was able to log in on the app. Overall, everything about the app is great except for that one thing, and that one thing is really irritating.

I didn't get any notifications for a month and had to re-log in with no idea it had logged me out. Unreliable.

Useful but should be able to ask clarification or allow to comment on the posts/ messages sent by messenger who trusts / allows select connected members

I wish you still had a direct link to Quizlet. My 2 links to google classroom did not work for parents today, but overall I have used remind for years. Very user friendly. Great way to connect with parents & students! Easy to share study links & student pics safely to your class!
