    User interface illogical and hard to use, can’t find login to the site on google easily. This software was meant to consolidate and simplify and it somehow manage to make it harder than trying to use 3+ operating systems work together. This company desperately needs new developers.

    0 stars. The app doesn’t work after you open it more than 3 times. You will have to delete the app and re-install it many many times. Hopefully it’s fixed soon

    every time i use this app i wish that apple gave an option for 0 stars. this is the worst app the ever touch my fingers. i contemplate finding a new job even though nothing is wrong it, solely so u can stop using this terrible application. good luck trying to see your schedule without uninstalling and installing again. you literally have to take a trip to the app store every time you want to see your schedule because the app crashes more than the sun shines. if your new job tells you to download this app, run the other direction. i don’t care if you make $80/hr with a $10k signing bonus. it’s not worth it. seriously.

    this app never works. all of my coworkers used to have to come to me for their schedules because the app didn’t work for them. then my app started not working so i have to delete/redownload the app every single time i want to do anything on the app. it’s been such an issue that my managers have started texting out the schedules... wish the company didn’t switch to this app. please fix

    Just got this and to see my schedule i’ve had to redownload it every time, because every time you close out, if you try to Open it again and look at your schedule it won’t let you.

    I have never used an app that works as poorly as this one. It’s actually laughable how terrible this thing is. I can’t for the life of me imagine how a developer could release a product that just doesn’t even function at its base level of providing an employee with their schedule. If you want to see your schedule, you’re going to have to delete and then redownload the app EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CLOSE IT. The people who make this should be ashamed to have released such a terrible product, and I’m pretty upset that my workplace had chosen to use this service over what we had. The only reason I can imagine they’ve chosen this product is because it must be cheap- which would make sense because this app truly is a dollar store version of a scheduling app.

    The app if fine but if I want to switch shifts I can’t see who is or isn’t working. Hot schedules is so much better.

    This must be the cheaper alternative to Hotschedules because that’s the only reason I can think of why restaurants even use this. It’s absolute trash, not only does the app not work right now, but there’s glitches on literally everything. We have to use GroupMe to swap and pick up shifts because the creators of this app didn’t consider a way to work that one out. The layout is terrible. Managers simply emailing us the schedule would be just as efficient as this, if not more, and would cost nothing. Please don’t waste your time using or paying for this.

    This app is hilarious, since the update it won’t even show me my schedule. It just says “restaurant 365” in big letters LOL I guess I won’t be going to work next week💃

    App has gone through 3 updates yet it won’t show my work schedule. When requested a day off it will request a whole week instead and not allow you to be schedule for that week.

    This app logs you out automatically then tells you your password is wrong, doesn’t send you notifications even if you have that option selected, and doesn’t have a layout that flows making it confusing.

    Every time I save my stock count the app decides to erase my entire count that took me hours. They still haven’t fixed this bug so be aware of this problem if you plan to do your stock count without a hard copy.

    Stock counts could use a much better numeric keypad. Scheduling is not user friendly at all. Not nearly as easy as Hotschedules or PeopleMatter.

    I’m unable to even stay logged in on this app. It says I have an invalid username/password, but my combination will work on the mobile website. There’s also no way to take someone’s shift without trading one of yours. Overall, a very strange app.

    This app logs you out every single time you go to view the schedule. No way to drop or pick up a shift. I updated the app thinking that it would solve the problem and now it doesn’t even log in. It sits at the loading screen for 10 minutes and can’t recognize the domain name.

    This is the worst app. It’s impossible to see available shifts, or swap with other servers. The interface just isn’t user friendly, and you have to log in every time you need to check your schedule, it won’t save your info. I haaaaate this app. I wish my company would go back to HotSchedules.

    The employee portal for scheduling is terribly inefficient and lacks basic functionality. The app developers should actually look at and use some other scheduling apps to get an idea of all the vast amount of features it’s missing. HotSchedules was the best - sad my company switched over to this app that feels like it was created in 2007.

    App needs to fix the crashing issues. User shouldn't have to input login information every time they need to view it. It's a scheduling app not one for a bank account. Schedules need to be more reflective on the individual and not just a series of shift rosters. Announcements and messages need to be more streamlined and convenient to view. Updates need to be more efficient. Should never have to delete and re download to get updated. A lot of opportunities here to improve what could potentially be very efficient resource for the restaurant industry.

    Absolute the worst switch from HotSchedules!! Why do I need to log in every time I open the app?! How do you release and pickup shifts? I got no notification that the next schedule even came out. Thumbs down!!!

    This app is god awful, very clearly designed BY managers, FOR managers. It is not part time employee friendly in the slightest. To begin, rudimentary shift related information (such as section number) is nowhere to be found, which makes it very difficult to release/pick up shifts with coworkers. If nobody knows what they may be picking up, trades are FAR more unlikely to occur. Speaking of trades, the only way to know about a released shift is if a shift swap is specifically initiated with you. I've had coworkers release shifts, tell me about it, and when I find the shift in question, I tap it, and a dialogue box briefly pops up saying "Getting shift details". Shortly after, the app crashes to an uninteractive white screen, effectively forcing you to close the app out. There may or may not be solutions for these issues present in the app, but if they are, chalk it up to horrible intuitiveness and poor user friendliness. My restaurant switched from HotSchedules to this, and, for the life of me, I cannot understand why. 0/10 would not recommend.

    The app doesn't load things correctly, doesn't remember my username or password. Constantly tells me the username and password are wrong even though they are the same as before.

    My work decided to switch from HotSchedules to this for god knows why.. this app is literally awful. First off, you can’t see just YOUR schedule. You have to scroll through a list full of EVERYONE working in the restaurant. It doesn’t list days of the week, just dates. You can only request one day off at a time, but it almost always gives you an error anyways so you can’t really request anything off. Just literally an unorganized mess. Seriously needs improvement. Or an entire rework...

    This app is incredibly inconvenient for servers. Let's start with request offs… you have to take off each day individually (which is pretty annoying when you have to take a week off of work). Once it is approved, you are still able to get scheduled. I know this is a fault in whoever is in charge of the scheduling, but it simply should not be an option and it should be blocked off if it was approved. This, I could get over, if it weren't for everything else: While the schedule is being worked on, you received a ton of notifications that your schedule is ready. There should be an option for the manager to work on it, and then publish it to the servers when it is finished. Once it is finished, you can't see anyone's schedule but your own. This is very inconvenient for servers, who often switch and trade shifts. Since you are not able to see who is and is not available on the days you may want to get that shift covered, you just have to message everyone. You cannot do this through the app, however, so you have to resort to emailing everyone which defeats the purpose of communicating through this app. When you drop a shift, a manager has to approve it in order for it to be available for others to pick up. This does NOT mean your shift has been picked up, even though you can no longer see it on your schedule. When someone DOES pick it up, there is no way they could know whose shift it is to let you know that they picked it up because they can't see that part. Because of this, you have to continuously ask management and coworkers if it has been picked up, which is annoying for everyone involved. A huge headache and an inconvenience. I wish these things would be fixed, or my restaurant would stop having to use this app.

    This app is horrible. While the premise is great, it lacks intuitiveness. You have to request each day off of a vacation individually, without being able to request a block of days. It also periodically inputs random schedules and doesn't match what others have on theirs. It also completely removes a shift when trying to drop it and have it picked up. Meaning you are still scheduled the shift, but it won't show up under your name because you dropped it for pick up. It also has this really horrible feel-like an app from 2007. Restaurant 365 should take a leaf out of When I Work's book. That app is clean, intuitive, modern, and efficient. If possible I'd rate this a -100.

    So many things wrong with this app. For starters, it doesn't show you the day your shift is. Just the date. So you have to refer to a separate colander to see what actual day you're working. Another issue is when picking up an open shift, it doesn't tell you what responsibility (section) you're picking up. I tried to pick up. Serving shift and it ended up being a host shift and didn't tell me it was for hosting until after a manager had already approved my pick up. There's a ton of other glitches and issues too. Like you can't delete a request off if you don't need it off anymore. Or when you drop a shift it completely disappears from your shifts even if someone hasn't picked it up yet. That's quite confusing. Basically, this app needs a crap ton of work for it to be actually usable and right now the restaurant I work at is a hot mess and has everyone full of confusion.
