Update: after digging around for hours on the website I discovered that you have to change a verity if steins in order for the app to function. Go to my account and set the preferences there. I’m still giving 0 stars because this should not be a necessary step and it took me far to long to figure this out. Customer support was no help. But it does function mostly well other than that. The other problem I have is that it doesn’t notify dispatch when you complete a job and the job sort if disappears when you do. Not the best for billing or records. Again. Might need to spend another 10 hours to Figure out the setting for this Original.- Nothing like the pictures all that shows up is a little dot where the job is. There’s no way to click on it. Get derivations. See what you have to do. Or anything. It’s completely useless and really one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Looks like a middle school programming assignment that went bad

This app works nothing like the pictures show. It’s has no functionality, the stops show as a number on a map, but you can’t get any information or click on it. It simply shows your current location and dots on a map. Useless!!!!

The app is not at all intuitive to use. Getting directions to a dispatcher location takes way to many clicks to get to and finally get routed to your destination. On top of that all the controls the user needs to click on are too small and not intuitive that that is what they need to click on to get more information or to continue. Great app for 2001!!

The app is completely useless without being able to show the stops as the place/geofence name. Also the drivers should be able to look up any place/geofence and get driving directions.
