  • Great
by junior sandford on 2021-04-19 at 8:19 AM

Eleven sessions so far, great tool. Sleep apnea is a problem, info from this app is great.

  • They want your money
    by Guzest123 on 2021-04-18 at 10:11 AM

I’ve paid for a year’s subscription. It’s great and helps you narrow down remedies of snoring, but for the price? Also the “free”version has changed dramatically over a year. What’s the point of allowing people to download when majority of the app requires a purchase. Don’t offer a free download if the services of this app requires a payment. I’d rather download an app the has a price set to download and use the get weakly swindled.

  • Worth it
    by darlynn1 on 2021-04-08 at 10:59 AM

The app is very helpful in identifying patterns and remedies. Definitely worth checking it out

  • Helps me see the metrics
by Lazy guy blue on 2021-04-06 at 7:01 AM

It helps track the factors that occur before bed to show what works better for better sleep with less snoring. Also how much better I feel the next day. I’ve noticed that I feel better on nights I snore less. It lets you decide how you feel before you see snore amount. Also hearing myself snore allows me to see how annoying I am at night. I’m getting better as time goes on.

  • Very good
by TateryBoy on 2021-04-03 at 4:25 AM

    Helps me keep track

  • No way to distinguish between partners
    by sadi1999sadi on 2021-04-01 at 12:32 PM

Was using this a few days before I realize the data is pretty much useless for me because it tracks my snoring, my husbands snoring & even the dogs.

  • Neat, but overrides normal alarms
    by warddo120 on 2021-03-30 at 10:16 AM

The app is useful and has nice features. The only, albeit major, it overrides your typical iPhone alarms. My normal alarm hasn’t gone off 4 days now. The SnoreLab alarm also has not gone off. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe if the IOS alarm and SnoreLab alarm is scheduled for the same time they both counteract each-other. Useful, but unusable. Can’t sleep well if you’re stressed about not waking up for work.

  • Great App, but...
by Creinha on 2021-03-29 at 8:08 PM

Great for determining volume and how often you snore. Sensitive enough that it allows you to tell when you’ve stopped breathing. But for goodness sakes, please please, please move tends, insights, etc menu away from the options for rewind, fast forward, etc. It is EXTREMELY frustrating trying to fast forward and lose your place because you accidentally hit “insights” and have to go back and figure out where you left off.

  • Can’t find recordings
    by kiki,h on 2021-03-22 at 5:10 AM

It looks like it did work but I can’t seem to find where I can hear my recordings

  • Can be unstable at times but otherwise very useful app
by At risk for lymphedema on 2021-03-16 at 6:16 PM

I have used this app for years with great success, and found it extremely useful for monitoring how myofunctional exercises are affecting my snoring. I have had problems with instability recently, which coincided with an update. However, I have found that by closing background apps restored stability, for the most part. Kind of a pain, but at least I can use the app again. Overall I am very grateful for this app.

  • Recent issue?
    by Dg3314 on 2021-03-13 at 12:28 PM

I’ve had this app for a little less than a year and lately there’s been an issue where I can’t stop the recording? I wake up and the only options are either pause or resume.

  • Didn’t work
    by empty-tea on 2021-03-11 at 4:02 PM

Supposedly started but could not stop in am so couldn’t get results.

  • What a crock - BEWARE!!
    by joybe100 on 2021-03-11 at 2:15 AM

I subscribed for 3 months, and ONLY WANTED 3 months, only wanted to PAY for 3 months, JUST 3 MONTHS! BEWARE!!! The way the company set it up, you are put on a SUBSCRIPTION, no matter what you “sing up for!” I got charged for 2 cycles before I was even aware! I emailed to see if they would refund me, or AT LEAST change it to a year since I was CHARGED in 6 MONTHS WHAT I WOULD'VE PAID FOR A YEAR, and THEY REFUSED!!! What an awful company and horrible ethics!!

  • Eye opener
by Log Sawer on 2021-03-08 at 11:45 AM

So far this is a great app. Now I can see and hear how much I actually snore. I have had a sleep study done and didn’t qualify for a CPAP. I am seriously contemplating buying this app’s full version to see if I can take my snoring below 76%.

  • Extortion!
by AD London on 2021-03-08 at 6:18 AM

The free version limitations are just non sensical. You’re not allowed to record for two consecutive nights... Ok great. To. The. Bin.

  • Best Money I Ever Spent
by Bbbgames on 2021-03-08 at 3:43 AM

I purchased the full version of the app and I haven’t been disappointed. The sleep sounds alone have been worth the money! I’ve been tracking my sleep for about a month now and it’s amazing how much difference it’s made. Just a few changes here and there mean a better nights sleep. Well worth the few dollars it costs me.

  • I’m good
    by MyTang05 on 2021-03-06 at 12:24 PM

I’ve been waking up with bad to migraine headaches. I was wondering if I needed a sleep study. I saw this as an ad when I was doing a puzzle on my iPad and thought I would try it. I’m a 0 rating. Yah me! It’s been very helpful.

  • Bugs came back
by LoneHighway on 2021-03-05 at 3:47 PM

A regression with the latest updates. 1. When you slide to stop recordings, the ratings appear and when I touch “don’t ask again” the results for the previous session is shown, not the current one. I touch the back arrow then forward to get last night’s results. 2. The ratings message comes back every day even though I press don’t ask again. 3. The contact button on the support page does nothing, at least on this iPad.

  • Very revealing and helpful
by cate n pups on 2021-03-04 at 11:28 AM

This app has let me identify my snoring patterns and see improvement as I implement strategies. The premium version is worth the money!

  • Seems to help
    by Beer-Run on 2021-03-03 at 5:47 AM

The feedback helps you avoid things that interfere with your sloop.

  • App closes while sleep
by gogohoffman on 2021-03-01 at 8:52 PM

Second Night in a row. The app crashes or something overnight and records nothing.

  • Excellent tool
by jsndjzhs on 2021-03-01 at 2:18 AM

This is a very good tool to help you understand the nature and character of your snoring problem. In addition, it enables comparison of different treatment options.

  • Bad algorithm
by Martinez Point on 2021-02-28 at 10:20 PM

The app doesn’t differentiate between snoring and other sounds - so your “snore score” is inaccurate. I don’t snore, and get a snore score of 100 + sometimes because of a fan in the background. Kind of fun to use, but getting a good pulse oximeter that tracks data is what you need to track sleep apnea, if that’s what you’re looking for.

  • Snore a lot
by Daryl Brillhart on 2021-02-28 at 11:43 AM

Simply put , if you don’t sleep well this app will help you figure out the severity and what works to help. Just a great app!!

  • Subscription required
by CraigTCJbookeater on 2021-02-27 at 2:20 PM

I would gladly pay a one time fee for the app. No reason to require a subscription for an app like this except greed. It’s a shame I can’t even test the premium features for a single night before committing. Without know how the premium features work, there’s no way I’m paying such a premium price just to loose the functionality a month or year later. Again, one time fee would be better. I don’t need or want updates for an app like this.

  • Amazing
    by Deeb1212 on 2021-02-27 at 12:43 PM

I love seeing a chart of actual snoring. This can save many people’s lives if they understand sleep apnea is the most undiagnosed illness of any. Get this aop and get help.

  • Worth paying for
    by rb84679535 on 2021-02-26 at 10:57 AM

This app is outstanding and an example of getting what you pay for. Really hesitant to buy, and would have felt better with a more typical one time fee rather than subscription, but I am very happy with it. Great features, easy user interface. It was really something to hear what others have been complaining about all these years. I have worked my score down with the basics of limiting food and alcohol before bed, and trending lower using the linked snore gym app (wish that were included in the price, but it is a small one time adder).

  • Like don’t love
by NoLikeyTheFees on 2021-02-23 at 4:51 AM

Wish you had snore music to go to sleep that worked with other apps. I sleep with zen music... without I snore more.

  • App

Works great for people who aren’t very tech savvy

  • Shocking
    by Ffmom3 on 2021-02-20 at 10:47 AM

My family has been complaining about my snorting. I thought they were joking. Now with this app I realized it’s worst then I thought

  • too restricted
by Long time meebo user on 2021-02-20 at 6:41 AM

i get there’s a free and paid version but the free one is so locked down it is impossible to evaluate. and the ONE thing it will do, it won’t even do for a full week. completely useless.

  • Very helpful
    by Wes_thesoundguy on 2021-02-18 at 6:47 AM

I have used this app for years studying my snoring habits. I thought I could figure out a way to reduce or solve my snoring, but I ultimately went to a sleep study and found out I had Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Anyway, this app actually help me find a tool to reduce my snoring. It was very accurate in its recordings and I could easily tell if it was snoring, or rolling over, or gasping for air.

  • Not me
by Quzisue on 2021-02-17 at 11:46 PM

I was told by my ex that I snore so bad he would always end up on the couch. I didn’t believe it until I found this app. It has help me tremendously

  • Excellent!!! Very smart app!
by lanazn on 2021-02-09 at 10:47 AM

I got a SnoreLab because one night my boyfriend could not hold it anymore and told me that he cannot sleep because of my snoring.... I decided to record it... the application was a game changer ... I can monitor my sleep based on different factors and find my solutions... thank you SnoreLab... very smart app!!

  • Whose snore score?
by bkilpat on 2021-02-05 at 12:23 PM

I think this is an awesome app in that it is informative and easy to use. The problem that I have is that both my spouse and I snore and I’m not certain that the app is able to distinguish between our snoring. If there’s a way to do that, I would certainly rate it 5 stars.

  • It’s interesting and helpful
by Periwinklepeony on 2021-02-05 at 1:50 AM

I use it way more than I would have’s a useful a d fascinating way to learn about yourself.

  • Can’t wireless charge any more
by ksattic on 2021-02-04 at 11:40 AM

I paid for the 1 year subscription and have been using it for months with no issues. However after a recent update (iOS or app) the screen no longer turns off and lights up the room at night. It won’t record with the screen off. However, I found that if I go to the iOS Home Screen after starting recording, the screen will then turn off and recording will work.

  • Wireless charging makes this app annoying
by ghvgffgunvgjjcfg on 2021-02-01 at 6:54 AM

This app requires your phone to be on constantly.... screen lit up for the entire night. This makes it completely impractical if you use wireless charging, unless you can sleep with your bedroom lit up like Christmas. Doesn’t work for me.

  • It was dairy! 😞
by donettap on 2021-01-30 at 2:48 PM

My husband complained about my snoring and often times would sleep on the couch because I was so loud. I had a hard time believing him that it was that bad. Well, Snore Lab helped me hear for myself. Once I believed him, I started researching ways to make it stop. I tried different things and used Snore Lab to check the results. I no longer snore! It was dairy all along! I clearly snore on days I eat dairy and for a couple of days after. Then back to no snoring again. I miss dairy. But I’m glad to have my husband back!

  • This app is broken
by Asandler on 2021-01-24 at 6:02 AM

It worked 3 times and now it force closes every time I hit start.

  • First ever review
by Allygabu on 2021-01-18 at 11:31 PM

This is my favorite app! It’s definitely helped reduce my snoring, thank you!

  • Snore lab
    by dearpne1 on 2021-01-18 at 9:33 PM

Works great until developer tries to extort you by locking the app at your bedtime. Granted it was locked for 5 hours. But just when you were going to use it and it’s pay up or don’t use it.

  • Helpful App
    by Gymnastics43211234 on 2021-01-18 at 11:43 AM

This app has helped me a lot, figuring out what makes me snore! I have been making changes and the score us slowly going down! Really thankful for this app!

  • Family sharing?
by Rutvegas on 2021-01-17 at 3:33 PM

For an app that is supposed to support family sharing, one of my family members could not get it without having to pay for it after I had already bought a subscription.

  • Hmmm....
by TommyLa on 2021-01-16 at 12:48 PM

Ironic; learned of this app after I bought a mouthpiece from a big name company. I faithfully recorded for 12 nights, had minimal improvement after I learned to list ‘sleep factors’, and choosing a mouthpiece. As I looked at the various sleep factors last night, I discovered the product I am using, listed by its brand name. Naturally I chose it! Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning with a ‘Sleep Score’ of 7!!! The problem with this score is my average prior to last night, has been 27!!! Ironic I went to virtually no snoring after I selected the brand name.

  • A good app
by Tekatha on 2021-01-14 at 12:17 PM

This is a really good app but would be a lot better if I understood what each variation in the line/sounds mean. The app picks up everything! From a rumbling stomach to a cat meowing outside the window, but other than the obvious cough, throat clearing, etc., I don’t understand the other variations in the lines.

  • No longer able to curate audio events
by Javenu on 2021-01-11 at 4:54 PM

The latest update doesn’t allow you to set an audio event as “not snoring” from the main waveform overview. Instead, you have to go thru a list of 374 recorded audio events on a separate screen, one by one, which is painstaking and entirely impractical. Now I can’t remove false positives, for instance when I move around in bed or get up at night. Without the curation, my snore score is no longer accurate. Thanks for degrading the functionality of your #1 tool. It was working fine before the latest update. Also, now when I press stop on the audio from the main page, it closes the audio view and I lose my place in the 8 hour waveform. In order to return to where I was, I have to hunt and peck in the waveform to find out where I was. This is frustrating and impractical. The app was working fine, why was it changed to make it unusable?

  • Poor accuracy
by Eggiers on 2021-01-11 at 2:50 PM

If you use this app for a long time and also listen to many recordings of your snoring you will realize the algorithm is weak. Many times just breathing a little loud is marked as snoring and sometimes some really vigorous snores do not get marked very highly. Sure, it differentiates between a lot of very hard snoring (snore score > 50 or so) and very little snoring (snore score < 15 or so) but that’s essentially it. If you are in the middle, the snore score is not reproducible. In other words it is inconsistent. In still other words, not useful. Bummer.

  • Problem with recording fan noise
by ajhqt on 2021-01-04 at 6:13 AM

I really like this app, but it registers my fan as light snoring all night long and elevates my snore score. Even when I remove all the fan noise from the samples, left with one or two light snoring, my score is hardly changed and the diagram shows “light” snoring all night which is in fact fan. Seems a steady consistent noise occurring all night would be simple to remove when calculating snoring.

  • Not accurate
    by CloverNic77 on 2021-01-03 at 11:50 PM

This app incorrectly labels sounds as loud snoring. I sleep with an air purifier, and the app picks up the sound as snoring when I’m fact it is quiet. Also mild snoring is sometimes labeled as loud. Would be more helpful if it could distinguish between my air purifier and my snoring.
