    Looks like they lost my profile. I was once able to get my daughter’s records here but now I can’t log in. Talked to the tech support folks and they don’t have me registered at all. It was just two months ago the app emailed me to check into my daughter’s appointment.. now we don’t exist. Pretty lame when it’s faster to just go to the hospital and get records then it is to use this app. Thought we lived in the future.

    UI: when you enter the card number it stays with the normal keyboard Bugs: clicked pay and nothing happen. Had to go to desk and pay there

    Had to enter my email address 5 times and 3 out of the 5 are regular text fields that try to autocomplete (and change) the email address. Date field can’t parse all numbers to add slashes. Is this 1990 all over again?

    Text in the header of the app is nearly impossible to see. Test that has the words to maneuver such as “next” and “close” are a dark color. The color of the header in which these words are located is a dark color too which makes the words nearly disappear. I’m ready to delete the app because of this. My medical group uses this app to I am forced to call, wait in hold forever because of your incompetent design! Do you care?? I don’t think so!

    I really appreciated this app. It allowed to view my appointments, lab results, send messages to my doctors and even have video visits with them. However I noticed that my video visits keep dropping. I don’t know if it’s my phone or the app itself. I’ve checked everything on my phone and I have the latest IPhone and IOS system so I don’t know why the video visits keep dropping. Maybe the developers can look into it.

    It’s a pretty good app. I read some of the reviews & I guess I’m having better luck with this app. Just keep the app update as possible. I’d recommend it to other patients.

    When care team sends a multi-page attachment with messages, only the first page is received by app users, even though the full length document can be seen if logged in through a desktop browser. We have seen this in other hospitals apps from Epic as well.

    Unable to sign up a new account. Cannot connect after identification verification of third party. No option to contact support when u r not sign up / sign in. Would like to see Sutter to be more prepare for the vaccine distribution of the pandemic.

    I have never reviewed an app before.I am typing this with my hands in writhing pain (which I was trying to schedule an appt for). This app seeks to make everything difficult, nothing easy, and to add an extra dose of pain to your life.

    This is the second time I’ve tried to use the app for telemedicine and it crashes as soon as I click the begin visit button. I keep my apps and OS up to date.

    Every time I go to do a video visit with my physician, the app crashes. Every single time. I’ve tried signing out as well as deleting and reinstalling the app.

    I literally just missed an appointment with my therapist because the app wouldn’t allow me to begin my visit. every time I tried to click begin, the app would crash. The desktop version is even worse and there’s no one to help you solve these problems. The design is bad and the features are faulty.

    I had a video appointment so I logged in an hour before to make sure everything is working and it was fine. 10 min before my appointment, I went back in but could not logged in and instead got an error message saying: oops! There was a problem communicating with the server. Tried both the phone and iPad app a few times and it was the same result. Went in on my laptop and it wants you to download a chrome extension called vidyowebconnector, rated for 2 stars. No wonder this app is not for prime time because of their developer choice. I end up using face time instead.

    Have the iPhone 11. Went through all the precheck steps and even clicked on the test video and app says it detects the camera and mic. But after pressing the “begin video” it crashes and just goes to home screen. Plz fix this!

    The “Continue” button for the form required for eZ arrival is disabled and nothing I do enables it. I needed this app for one thing, which was to sign the form, and it can’t even do that.

    This app is very helpful but only about half the time. Depending on updates or recent notifications- particularly around COVID-19 - the login feature may or may not work, or errors out. I just wish it were a bit more dependable.

    I’m trying to update my insurance. On iPhone 14.0.1 the fields do not allow you to type in your updated information. I’ve tried both on this Apple App and in Safari. Neither works. Also, there does not seem to be a way to book a time for laboratory tests. Everything else has social distancing time slots. It’s not obvious if the labs do. The doctor communication and messaging works well.

    Trying to log into my video appointment. It’s insisting I join 15 minutes early. I have 3 minutes until the actual appointment begins and it’s saying I’m not allowed to join more than 15 minutes early.

    Super buggy. Payment gateway is BROKEN. Physician adoption of online booking is spotty. Physicians are unresponsive to messages sent through this app. Confusing UI.

    The app does not let you check in for appointments. It says you need to turn on location preferences to always allow, but there isn’t an option for this.

    The new feature allowing patients to check in through the app when they arrived at the office was not working. I have already enabled the appointment arrival feature and updated all my information through the app prior to my appointment but the notification did not pop up so I can confirm that I have arrived.

    If I need to leave the app all the time, might as well use the internet browser. The payment site never finishes loading and doesn’t store payment information even if there is check box to do so.

    Did a video visit with this app, super laggy. Meanwhile Zoom our other software all work well under the same network. Eventually we switched to phone call to complete the visit.

    It is a totally useless app. I logged in and it is asking me to enroll again or reset my password. That’s all what I see. When I am already enrolled, why do I need to enroll again? Uninstalling it, it is consuming storage on my phone.

    I love this app and use it all the time to book appointments for my son. However, as of the past couple of weeks, when I try to book an appointment and click “Schedule An Appointment” it directs me to a page with an alert. The page reads: “Online scheduling is not for emergencies...” in red, followed by “If you are still unable to find available time slots...” There’s no way for me to close out of this message. If I hit “Done” it takes me back to the page where I started to request an appointment. It’s this ongoing loop and I can’t get to the page where I can select a time slot. Please help!

    If I could give a negative star, I would rate this as minus 3 stars. One would expect improvements in an application with each version change. Sutter Health’s My Health Online used to be smart and user friendly. Not anymore with this latest version. Tests ordered can no longer be viewed. Previously, one could sort tests by category (lab tests, radiology, etc); in addition, one could view each test and could pull up results by date range and trend them even with graphs. Now all the test results that are released are by date performed only which makes it difficult for a look up function. Medications are not viewable. I could go on, but there have been no improvements at all. This latest version is a horrible downgrade. It is almost as if the original settings were for a college level audience while the new version is for a technically illiterate, grade school level clientele.

    I liked it in the beginning but then they messed up my payment. I wanted to pay $700 towards my balance due, the app asked me which service I wanted to pay. It wouldn’t let me choose more than 1 so I randomly picked a service for $500 assuming it wouldn’t just take $200 from me for no reason. Yet the app charged $700 but reduced my total balance by $500 only. I didn’t get any notes about possible refund or account credit for $200. Sent a message to customer support. Waiting for an answer
