Todo has been used by millions of individuals, families and teams for GETTING THINGS DONE. "Todo has stood the test of time" -Silicon Slopes.

Winner of the “Best Productivity App for iPad” (Best Apps Ever, To-Do Apps) and listed among the “Top Ten Paid Productivity Apps…"

"Appigo Todo oozes with awesomeness. I’ve tried numerous iOS task-management apps, and none to date have satisfied me as much as Todo.” –Macworld, 4.5 stars.

Four main reasons to consider Todo:
1. REAL PRODUCTIVITY. Unlike lightweight, freebie or cutesy list tools, Todo 10 is useful when you have a deadline, NEED to focus, prioritize and get things done quickly–from home or school projects to dozens of detailed work tasks.
Includes: Projects, Sub-tasks, Start Dates, Due Dates, Recurring Tasks (with detailed recurring options), Multiple Task Alerts, Overdue Tasks, Drag and Drop, Search, Print Lists, Folders, and much more.

2. PROVEN GTD METHODOLOGY. Todo uses the popular Getting Things Done approach with Focus To-do Lists, Starred Tasks, Multi-level Priorities, Quick Entry, Context, and Projects with Layered and Prioritized Sub-Tasks—all recommended GTD approaches.

3. BUILT-IN SYNCING. Sync automatically in the background with Todo Cloud Sync. Keep everything in sync, access your data from any device and never be locked into a specific service—your data remains yours.

  • Once Upon A Time…
    by PCDixon52 on April 29, 2022 at 8:59 pm

Once Upon A Time this was my go-to task manager. It had everything. But it seems like the company has not kept things up-to-date. The most glaring omission in their product range is an Apple Watch app. Why haven’t they developed an Apple Watch app like every other task manager app worth its salt?

  • Best to do app
by KenoBeanoBambino on April 13, 2022 at 6:08 pm

I've been using this app for over 6 years, it's perfect for all my needs.

  • Long term user
by Getting smarter! on March 2, 2022 at 5:16 pm

I have used ToDo since 2012 and it is a very valuable tool in my daily life. It keeps me organized and my wife can add to the list.

  • Been using for years
    by Jdc192 on November 14, 2021 at 6:40 pm

Basically happy with the app. Does what’s it’s supposed to. UI updates can be annoying. One major glitch that messed me up this year is repeat yearly events after a leap year being off a day.

  • Changed so repeated tasks require payment
by jlchi on October 23, 2021 at 1:25 pm

Was a nice app until the changed to require payment for repeating tasks. It is now being deleted from my phone. Not worth the $6 a month.

  • Used to love this app…
by kcpatti on October 18, 2021 at 3:13 am

I’ve migrated to this app due to years of electronic scheduling from the remote era of the “palm pilot!!” (Yes,I’m old!) I loved this app initially, however it has lost its appeal & much of the functionality. One of the things I loved, was the ability to create a “checklist.” I used it for shopping, packing & other things. It doesn’t work easily any more. I now have to reopen an old one & change it to meet my current needs. Really? Do I need to switch apps?? Is there anything I can migrate to that will carry over my existing tasks AND offer the features I need??? Please help 🙏

by TxEngr on October 16, 2021 at 2:59 am

There was a time that this app was great. That was in the day that it sync’ed with desktop outlook. It never was useful to me and most at my corporation when they decided to go it alone and remove that feature.

  • Awesome app

Love this app. It has made my life so much easier. I am never late with a bill or something I need to complete for work. Love it

  • Forced to Upgrade to Todo 10 and Data Gone
by embrauza on July 30, 2021 at 5:18 pm

When I opened the app today after upgrading my iOS version last night, I was told I had to upgrade from Todo 8 to Todo 10. I clicked yes, and it said it was preparing all my data and lists, but that was utter lies, since now when I open the app, it is all gone. Been using this app for years, but I’m deleting it now. Since I have to recreate all of my lists anyway, I’ll do it elsewhere. Such a disappointment.

  • Moving on
by TurboKJ on June 14, 2021 at 6:22 am

Finally forced to upgrade from V8 to Todo Cloud. Got the warning the app (V8) no longer worked with the current iOS version and that I had to upgrade. Went ahead and upgraded only to lose all my data. Went ahead and paid for a month thinking the old items I had would show up. No dice. Lots of lists that I used are gone. Canceling the subscription and deleting the app. Been using this app for a very long time. I am pretty sure they had a lifetime option back in the day that I opted for, but so many of those lifetime deals were too good to be true. Bait and switch. Oh, that no longer applies as we have rewritten the app so it is a “new” version. Might have to go back to the trusty pen and paper lists.

  • App was great Todo 6 until it changed
    by Taskman847428 on June 12, 2021 at 12:16 pm

I’ve been using Todo 6 forever, I’m getting a message that says the developer needs to update the app before it will work with this iOS. So it will not open. I have a lot of data in this app that gets lost with any other version except Todo 6. I’ll update my rating if the developer makes the update so I can open Todo 6.

  • Transfer data
by AmazonMystic on June 8, 2021 at 3:55 am

App was great. Have been using todo 6 for YEARS. After last iPhone update app won’t open and can’t transfer data to todo 7. Help!!!!! 😭😭😭

  • Bring Back Version 8
    by Jenos33 on May 26, 2021 at 2:28 am

I don't trust this company. They should just leave ToDo 8 available to those who bought it, then release separately a new version if they want to require ToDo Cloud garbage that you have to subscribe to. I have read some of their claims that they can't "fork" it and all kinds of other made up stuff. Just make a new app and name it something new like maybe "New ToDo." There are countless names Appigo could use. Heck, you could even call it "Todo 2021." Anything you want - I'm pretty sure Apple will let you sell more than one App on the store as a developer. The way they made me buy this app and then removed its functionality and sign up for a subscription is simply criminal. If they had just left ToDo 8 alone and allowed it to keep working all would be well, but greed reigned supreme from Appigo and they will never get busy from me ever again. They simpy cannot be trusted. I still use ToDo 8 but with iOS going to 14.5 it doesn't work anymore because I think Apple did some ridiculous change to how they "sign" Apps. I have many Apps that have adapted to this just fine, many of which go years and years back. They just ran a simple update to adapt to the new signing process. Of course I can't do that with ToDo version 8 because they only way to update it is to go to version 10, which breaks everything I do with this App (I sync between my iPhones iPads and Macs via iCloud). I PURCHASED Todo for iPhone, for iPad, and for Mac. But they have been rendered nonfunctional because a developer is too greedy and lazy to release a functionally different product under a new name. Appigo has become the biggest joke of a developer I have ever done business with, and I would suggest that everyone look elsewhere if you need a task manager, or ideally just stick with using Apple's Reminders for free.

  • Great Organizing App!
by lspict on April 1, 2021 at 6:31 pm

ToDo is a great app for keeping yourself organized and on track with all the things that you have to do! It's very intuitive and easy to navigate. The support team is always there and very helpful if you are "app challenged" like myself. I have found it awesome for keeping track of those pesky repeating tasks that I can never seem to remember.

  • Overpriced
by Sparge on March 30, 2021 at 12:03 pm

Used this app for years to do simple task tracking. The custom repeats were good for the tasks I had. Went to add some new ones tasks with repeats only to find that I now needed a monthly subscription to do the same thing I had been doing for years. The old tasks still worked as long as I didn’t try to modify them but new repeating task required $$$. This app for the simple tasks that I use it for isn’t worth it. I’ll setup new repeating task in Apple’s Reminders instead. Legacy users should have to pay for these upgrades since we’ve been loyal users.

  • *iOS App No Longer Properly Syncing
by DaManahjah on January 21, 2021 at 12:37 am

Tasks are out of sync on app (from the scheduled rhythm I set them to), and noticed they ARE correct online. App is useless until fixed.

  • This app gets worse and worse with each update
by ShibaSHUnurse on November 30, 2020 at 8:37 pm

This app gets worse with each update. The new version is so confusing. And I pay for the yearly cloud - probably will be ending this subscription soon and finding a different app to use !

  • Why’d You Ruin It?
    by Bluedevil2k on November 28, 2020 at 1:22 am

I had no complaints with this app, I’ve used it happily for 5 years. Yesterday’s update ruined things that were working just fine. Creating a Todo is screwed up now - you either have to attach a date and time to it or it will go in the Someday category, which you’ll never see. Adding a reminder X mins before the Todo’s time is now multiple additional clicks. The new date/time/all day thing is so counterintuitive and the UI for it is so bad it’s made me start looking around for a replacement.

  • Due date
by double not pleased on November 27, 2020 at 5:20 am

Changed all my task due date to a different date on latest sync how stupid is that

  • Disappointed
by Billywam on November 3, 2020 at 4:28 pm

I will be migrating to another task application now that this application requires a monthly subscription in order to keep using features as simple as recurring tasks.

by Docchui on October 29, 2020 at 3:36 am

Used to be good until they became greedy. Microsoft to do is a worthy alternative!!

  • Keeps crashing
by mbzing on September 2, 2020 at 1:49 pm

Just updated my phone and this app keeps crashing. In fact the only thing I can do is rate it and write this review.

  • Update erased all data
by Bdoneig on August 31, 2020 at 2:52 am

I’ve used this app for years. Format was good. The latest update erased all my data/lists and now I’m forced to sign in to access. Thanks for taking all my lists and setting me back. This is the opposite of productive. Appigo contacted me and said if I log out and then log in again, all my data would return with the sync. IT DID NOT. My one star rating will stand for now.

  • I can’t use it anymore
by shagge on August 28, 2020 at 1:15 pm

Appigo ToDo was by far the best productivity app out there and I was a loyal user for a decade. I could open it on any device because I synced it to Toodledo which used to be a great web app. A year or so ago Appigo decided to stop syncing with ToDo and tried forcing us into some crazy cloud model so I had to choose. I chose Tooledo because I already had a subscription and the sync was flawless to their new iPhone app. The Toodledo app is pretty bad and I find it hard to manage tasks there so I spend most of time on web app - not very efficient. I tried to move to ToDo but there is no import from the app they used to sync to (how crazy is that from a business viewpoint) so I’m stuck with my almost 400 tasks. They said I could email them over - another crazy thought. So I and likely many others are unable to switch.

  • The Top Tasking App!
by tpwpny on August 23, 2020 at 12:56 pm

I’ve been using ToDo for years. Can’t live without it. I don’t think anything else has enabled me to me more productive. Updates keep making ToDo better and better. Love the Siri support as well!

  • Lost repeating tasks... HATE subscription!!!
by Jlliv on August 16, 2020 at 5:01 pm

I used this app for years and loved it. I did not sign up for the subscription, but my pre-existing repeating tasks always worked (grandfathered in?). Somehow today one of my repeating tasks just stopped repeating. I tried to recreate it only to learn that *creating* a repeating task is now a subscription feature!!! I have to pay $5.99/mo just to get a basic capability like repeating tasks. I’m so disappointed and angry. Obviously I upgraded and installed this Trojan Horse that I didn’t know about. I’m so angry I will find another app that I don’t have to pay $6/mo. for!! My business has been hit hard by COVID... I’m struggling and I’m not sending you $6/mo just to restore one repeating task that worked fine. Hate these subscriptions!!!!

  • If I could give a -negative star rating I would
by DFWMikey on August 12, 2020 at 11:06 pm

The biggest draw back is being unable to make task recurring on same number of business days every month. Been charged multiple times for the same product and now tags no longer work. They could have been so great. Customer support has been non existent trying to find help

  • Noticeable Performance Improvement in 10.1.0
by Aprevoir on August 1, 2020 at 12:00 am

Responsivity is near real time now. Must have hired new talent because you can’t teach this stuff.

  • Don’t Upgrade!!!!
by Another Thought on July 29, 2020 at 11:56 am

I made the mistake of upgrading today. Do not do it! Now you have to buy a subscription to be able to make repeating tasks. I have been using this app for years, but now it is worthless to me. Keep your old version!

  • Lifesaver!
by B*tch pudding on July 28, 2020 at 11:26 am

I’ve been a loyal ToDo user for about 5yrs (I think) and it’s been a great way for me to keep organized. It’s great for habit forming when you are just starting your method for making to do lists and as I continued to use it, I realized I could combine my long-range plans, my immediate tasks and my email reminders into it. I haven’t used it with a team or group yet, so I can’t say whether it makes sense for project management with multiple users. But the mobile app combined with the desktop app on my Mac is basically how I organize my life every day. The one thing I would probably like to add to it is a history function. Yes, a task is gone therefore you can assume it was marked off, but occasionally a fat finger will edit or move a task or project and you can’t get it back if it’s been more than a day. Otherwise, I use this religiously and I make checklists all the time for small tasks under projects so it’s really a great tool for all the crazy competing Information I have to maintain all the time. Would recommend to anyone!

  • Date Errors
    by RonP16 on July 27, 2020 at 9:50 am

Even when using the date sequence like 2020-07-27, the program doesn’t always always place items in date sequence as it should even if I start the comment off with the date and then the day. This element is important in many lines of legal wor or journalism. This factor needs to be corrected. If you correct it yourself, then all future entries have to be self corrected.

  • Over the paid BS
by tinawpdx on July 11, 2020 at 4:23 pm

Ok. I have used to do for a long while. They have taken away various functions as they added pay service and subscriptions. Syncing etc. Today my last nerve broke when I tried to add a repeating reminder. This now too requires a subscription. For a “hey do x every week” reminder? Done. I am moving on. This is ridiculous.

  • Terrible platform change
    by KDalton777 on June 29, 2020 at 3:33 pm

I have used this app for years and have been very satisfied with it. Now I am forced to pay $4.99/mo if I want to do something as simple as having a repetitive item. That is ridiculous! A one-time fee for some basic features is reasonable, but $5/mo is not. I am just using this for personal use, no syncing across devices - please rethink your pricing!

  • Disappointed after loving it for so long
by dmcndks on June 28, 2020 at 2:07 pm

I have used this app for more years than I can remember. This newest version is terribly disappointing. What was once a smooth application is now clunky and not at all user friendly. And apparently I must now pay a subscription to use features I once loved about the app. No thanks.

  • Relentless subscription attempts
by Professor Uisge on June 18, 2020 at 1:20 pm

I have used this app in it’s basic form for 10 years. Like the model for so many other Apple Apps, the developer wants you on their subscriptions model. Constantly trying to get me to go premium. I am deleting these “subscription hounds” apps. I’ll use something else. The whole new “pay us a subscription “ model is become rediculous!

  • Do not download this app!!!
by PA Jane Doe on June 13, 2020 at 3:21 pm

This is THE WORST company to deal with!!! When I updated my app all my lists disappeared. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I had to send two messages to get any response. They said they could see my data and could fix it. Nothing was fixed. I have made three more attempts to contact them and none have been answered. Do not give these people any money!!! There are a million other To Do List apps out there. These people do not deserve your business!!!

  • Extortion
by GrumpyIphoneUser on June 13, 2020 at 3:05 pm

I paid for this app and used it for a few years. Now, the developers have disabled some features requiring me to subscribe to their service for either $6/mo or $30/year. I plan on buying another app and deleting this.

  • Bad updates, misleading and makes you pay twice
    by Fightnsulli9901 on June 12, 2020 at 6:00 pm

Updates have slowly ruined the app, now they are requiring users that paid for the app outright to sign up for a subscription to use basic features that came with the original app that was already paid for. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD

  • Was great, now an overpriced subscription app
by MeSoFly on June 5, 2020 at 10:24 pm

I PAID for this app and enjoyed it for years. They then forced an update and where they removed many of the abilities of the previous app that I PAID for. And started requiring an overpriced annual subscription to access very basic features that were a part of the app I already paid for. You can’t see any task you previously marked as complete unless you pay $30 a year for basically nothing. The features the paid app offers are nothing. It’s all fancy sounding crap few people need. This app is trash and whoever runs it is unethical. I recommend you find a better app that works better and is more affordable or low cost and run by better people.

  • What is with the massive time delay?!
by Jills Hawkeye on May 14, 2020 at 11:00 am

I’ve been a user for years & years. Great product. Recent update and really down the tubes. Pretty much unusable due to a huge time delay / hold on the product any time you make any change to a PRODUCTIVITY app. Now basically impossible to use.

  • Delayed reaction
by BFS waste of time on May 13, 2020 at 1:45 am

I’ve been using Todo for many years and as with any upgrade, it’s hard to get used to. With the most current upgrade, the app is slow to respond to touch and then will open the same task 5 times... a delayed reaction. Also you can just add a task fully with date, time, etc... you have to save it essentially, then open it, then add date/time due. I still like this app, just not as much as I did a year ago and especially last update a week or so ago.

  • I’ve used this app for years...
by xendikabu on May 7, 2020 at 6:33 pm

...and it has only gotten worse over time. Here are some but not all of the issues I have had: Updates that duplicate all of my entries. Dumping individual items from individual projects and placing them loose in lists. Forcing me off of iCloud and onto their paid server. To add insult to injury, I received an email couched in new age language stating that the version I own would no longer be supported and I would have to migrate my data yet again—and how we all should be brave and adventurous. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Try any other app first.

  • Annoying
by FtnpCKG on May 6, 2020 at 12:19 pm

The latest update flashes a banner page every time you open the app. Why? know what app I’m opening. Can I just get to my tasks?

  • V10 still does not stand up to V8!
    by Doc'sDad on April 21, 2020 at 5:51 am

Still waiting on you to put back the features v8 features that you left out of v10. I documented these at the time but will document them again if you will seriously consider putting them back in v10. They would make a better, more flexible product for handling repeating tasks.

  • Lost all data
by PFausti on March 23, 2020 at 10:13 pm

I accidentally updated from version 8. As warned by so many, my data is now lost. All of it. Just a blank screen. So that shows what a horrible company this is. They know the app is unstable but force the upgrade trying to force those of us who bought the app before to now pay again. Why pay for something that doesn’t even work.

  • Data lost during upgrade.

  • Screw subscriptions
by Paul Henson on January 7, 2020 at 2:42 am

I’ve used todo for a long time. The first version I bought they stopped developing and released a new version. I kept using the old one until iOS stopped supporting it and ended up buying the newer version. I used it a long time again, then they stopped developing it and released another new version. The new version is subscription based. I don’t believe in subscriptions for simple software packages like this. If it would have been a new purchase, I might have bought it someday when the version I had stopped working. Instead, I planned to just keep using the older version until iOS didn’t support it anymore. It worked fine for my needs. But then they released an “upgrade” to the older version that wasn’t an upgrade at all, it switched you to the new subscription version whether you wanted it or not. I don’t care if they gave you a “free year”, I wanted to keep the version I had. But that’s gone, no longer available in the App Store. Taking the app I paid for away, when it could have worked for me much longer than a year is fraudulent. I will never do business with Appigo again. I’ve purchased Things 3 and will not look back.

  • Update destroyed my data!
