I’m ALWAYS having issues looking at my Balance. It’s always locking me out. Won’t let me Use my password or facial recognition. Drives me Insane. Husband has the app and never has issues

Multiple occurrences of the app locking me out, saying my password was incorrect when it wasn’t. Never had this problem before when First Bank was our account holder before they sold their banks to Unico.

It constantly tells me “can’t validate your credentials”. I know I’m using the correct login info. Sometimes it works perfect. Sometimes it won’t let me log in and it makes absolutely zero sense. Please fix it.

The app is easy to use and looks clean. I love the new auto focus when making a deposit and the instant balance is pretty slick as well.

this is a great app when it actually WORKS. Half the time it says “we are unable to validate your information.” I know for a fact i’m using the RIGHT login credentials because I use it WHEN IT WORKS. Honestly it is supposed to be quick and easy. So many issues. Disappointed and not worth the time.
