  • Great Glitchy App

    You fax and can’t back out unless you close the app. Listening to voicemails is a chore. Sometimes it allows you to listen via AirPods but then disconnects and doesn’t connect again. Very glitchy app. Otherwise, it’s a very good program.

    I work as a remote receptionist for a medical office and this app is constantly dropping calls, it glitches, so it’ll drop calls, looks like it’s hung up, and you try to call back and it’s still in the middle of the call. Or it just drops the call without it looking like it’s hung up, and you only realize when you’re getting another call from the same person it looks like you’re still in the phone with. It will drop calls when other people call in. And I wouldn’t be as annoyed if there were updates but there aren’t. There aren’t updates happening for the phone app at all. And barely any for the computer apps. Bad bad bad. Would not recommend.

    Weave has not fixed a problem in the appointment reminder system so it is inaccurate and patients are coming in at wrong times. Weave is embarrassing is with our patients and causing chaos in our schedule!! This is what I had written previously.: Weave has made our life much easier and they have been responsive to our needs. It is not perfect and we still have some problems. Right now when an appointment is changed, Weave still sends appointment reminders for the cancelled appointment as well as for the new one. I suppose this is more of an integration issue with Cloud9ortho. But be aware that not all integrations with your software are as smooth and powerful as others.

    Love that I can view my schedule while not in the office from my phone! It has been so helpful being able to communicate to my patients through my phone when I am not able to be in office!

    Being able to text patients, communicate with auto reminders, keep a quick list and be able to access it from my phone are my favorite things about weave.

    We’ve been using Weave for a little over 6 months now. There’s definitely a learning curve and my front desk had quite a few complaints with integration. Once the hiccups were resolved, we’ve been able to increase the Google reviews through patient engagement and the text feature to patients is useful.

    We signed up for WEAVE halfway through 2019 after my sister told me that it is a game changer. I was skeptical after having worked with Birdseye and Solution Reach. However, I was impressed at the deal we received as well as the month-to-month contract. We have never looked back. With COVID hitting less than a year after we signed up, WEAVE helped us stay connected with our team and patients even when the office was closed in observance of CDC guidance. WEAVE quickly pivoted adding things like Wellness Forms and Curbside Waiting Room instructions to the library of templates making the transition back to the office much smoother than we anticipated. The User interface is so easy to use and the accessibility is amazing. The whole team loves it. In addition, I’ve been so impressed with all the people at WEAVE. I’ve been invited to give feedback and have had the opportunity to speak with the people who make changes to the software based on that feedback. I’ve seen at least 5 of my recommendations be implemented within a year. That’s crazy! If we could give 10 stars we would.

    So far we are very pleased. Fairly easy to use and no dropped calls that we are aware of. Would like more training on it. Only have had it a few weeks.

  • Large Optometric Practice Loving Weave!

    We started with Weave July 1st 2019, we are a large practice, 6 doctors, 30+ staff and to say, we do underestimated our phone traffic before Weave, would be a simple understatement. The first 4 hours live we had 300 calls! ( you can track your call volume, calls received, calls missed, what employees are actually answering calls) The fact that all calls are recorded has also helped with training of staff to help maintain the quality we want. Weave is constantly upgrading to offer new services and features to keep you in business, during the recent At&t outage, we were still able to communicate via text with patients thru our cell phones even though our internet was down. Weave is the future of Patient care. Main thing you need is to make sure you have a stable internet connection with tremendous upload speed or weave will not be able to work correctly!

    The mobile app has further streamlined our business practices. Team members love checking the next days schedule and following up with the current days patients through post op DM or phone call and it’s looks like it’s coming directly from the office phone number. As the doctor, I find all the access wonderful as well. I like seeing our account reports and patient statistics quickly and easily from my cell phone. Great App!

    We have been with Weave for many years now & I can honestly say that it has improved our practice flow & communication without patients. We utilize the Chat feature, appointment reminders, two way texting and mobile features. They are constantly growing and adding new features. We would recommend Weave to other practices!

    Thank goodness for Weave! During the snow storm here in Texas I was able to reach out to our patients. Without out weave we would of lost contact with them and and not be able keep them update. It was awesome!

    We just recently got set up with Weave and are loving all of the features it offers for our office!! It’s so easy to work with and very self explanatory!! We recently had some power outages due to a snowstorm and having Weave on our cell phones was a blessing as we were able to contact patients from home! Would highly recommend to anyone!

    We absolutely love the weave app! This has literally changed the way we run the practice allowing us to better serve our clients and their four legged family members. We recently had to close the practice for extreme weather conditions and was able to do this remotely from home! Highly recommend!

    Weave was very useful and helpful during the pandemic lockdown and on snow days. I was able to mass text my patients and reschedule appointments easily. It reduces no shows with reminder texts 1 week, 2 days and 2 hrs before the patient appointment. Patients can opt out any time. But when people won’t pick up their phones because of too many robo spam calls or they have 10,000 emails they don’t read, texting is the fastest and most efficient option. I’m also able to see my schedule easily and receive and read efaxes. I’m also able to use the app to call patients without giving out my cell phone number—only the office number shows. Calls to the office can also be transferred to my phone.

    We switched to Weave in December 2020 and absolutely love the new phone system, plus the merchant account service that we opted into as part of the package. The staff at Weave are super friendly and efficient.

    It’s not 100% perfect all of the time as it sometimes looses the “sync” with our EMR and there is no system for Weave to realize this... we need to calll it in. And sometimes making a phone call from phone app doesn’t work that well... but in general we are glad to have it and would recommend to friends

    We have been very pleased with the Weave system! It has been very beneficial to our office durning the pandemic. We are able to send out COVID forms to our patients via text. We love the ability to access our schedule from anywhere. We highly recommend Weave.

    The Weave mobile app has been a game changer for our practice. Being able to communicate with team members and patients when I am at home or on the go has been a godsend! The Weave App has made our office so much more efficient and up to date on the latest technologies. The new features- Message Tagging has been so helpful to be able to send a message to a specific department and team members. I also love that I can mark messages as Read, Unread and can delete multiple messages. The Weave App handles all my work needs while at home or wherever I go!! Highly recommend!!

    I used weave in a different office and it was so easy to use! I loved that I could listen to every conversation that we had Incase something was taken down wrong. I know weave has come out with a lot more tools and I hear nothing but good things about them!

    The office I work for uses weave to communicate with patients, and even lets us know who has confirmed for their upcoming appointment! Weave also allows us to send pictures to patients, when needing certain information, which is a lot more convenient than using email. Highly reccomend this application to any public/private practices that want an efficient and easy way to communicate with their patients!

    This app definitely has its good points but of course still has its glitches and room for improvement. We use it in our optometry practice to communicate with patients and each other. Some things our office loves: Easy texting Automated texting Inter-office chat (much better since the recent update that lists new messages first) Phone trees It is easy to set voicemail overrides whenever needed Listening to voicemail on the computer Multiple lines for incoming calls on the phones Some things that could use improvement: Inter-office chat has some kinks such as not being able to mark a chat notice as read from the notification Incoming texts recently changed and are harder to navigate Glitches such as texts not going out or coming in on time (rare but can be very frustrating) Individual voicemail boxes would be super helpful Wish we could manage our own phone tree!! Chat wait times can vary widely so you never know how long you’re going to wait for help We are definitely not using this app to its full potential and are still learning about some of the things that it can do. It has way more features that we have yet to utilize that I’m sure would enhance our experience. But overall, it’s useful and helpful to our practice. I recommend giving it a try!

    I’ve been a weave user for a while and it has been absolutely amazing! I am able to see my schedule when I’m away from a computer, call patients using the office number and manage appointments and messages. I can also request reviews by sending a pre-populate text to patients and take payments. They have recently upgraded their messaging and it is sooo much more organized. Being able to quickly sift through messages that need action saves so much time and energy. And being able to mark certain types of messages as read makes looking at the messages not such a tedious task. There are so many more great features. The price point is on the higher side, but with the value and features you get, it’s so worth it!

    This app is the best one out there! I’ve used several apps and let me tell you, Weave is so convenient when you’re busy doing a million things! I can even access all of this from my phone while I’m in bed! Highly recommend for anyone trying to organize their office!

    Their service makes client communication a breeze. From the txt to faxes we are able to manage a lot of client communication from 1 platform. When we have emergencies or meetings it is easy to turn phones over and make hour adjustments. I would highly recommend! I took off 1 start because I wish there was direct integration with our practice management system (ezyvet).

    We love this app at our office. It allows us to preview our schedule, contact patients, and have someone take calls while working from home. The analytics that we added last month are VERY helpful — now we have a good way to track unscheduled patients and recheck them.

    We been using weave for our calls and marketing emails since 2years now and has zero problems. Easy mobile app and software keeps you connected with the patient database always. U can also use it to charge your patients. Great customer support and quick resolution in case of issues. Highly recommend it!

    We used to use Solution Reach and Weave by far surpasses our expectations! We love the ability to group message and that we can see right from the schedule who has opted out. We do wish Weave integrated with our patient preference settings a little better and that we could see the archive all at once of which messages have been sent. Weave support is AMAZING and so responsive! We are very happy we made the switch to Weave!!

    We love Weave. This is one of the main reasons why is this app! We have all our patient information at our fingertips and can call and text while we are away from the office. It helps a lot when we have an emergency patient while we’re closed. We can get back to our patient ASAP. Highly recommend!!!!
