Cant check in for flights or book new flights. No error information

App does not retain your flight information when adding a fight to My Trips, you must reenter the flight information every time to view it. Could not add boarding pass to wallet, only resulted with a constant error. Download pdf option for the boarding pass never downloaded a usable file. Had to go to the website to add boarding pass to wallet. Recommend programmers look to the KLM to see how a truly good app should work. But really no surprise. For as long as I can remember Air Europe has never truly gotten their app act together.

The app booking does not work. Enter the information but screen goes blank when trying to search for a flight to purchase.

Terrible, will not show reservation purchases, not user friendly, etc... Desktop website has similar issues....

Simply doesn’t work. Had to register on desktop but desktop site wouldn’t accept payment. Booking on app is slow and not intuitive. You guys can do better

En general, es lenta. Cuando intentas añadir tu boleto de embarque en el Wallet, ocurren todos los errores posibles y termina cerrando tu sesión. Entre michas otras cosas.

The application is not very intuitive

Making my first flight on Air Europa. Downloaded the app to get flight info. App would not function properly. Could enter my flight number but got no information, just a blank screen. Deleted it within 30 mins of downloading it.

This app is so confusing and never works. For a simple check in you can take almost 30minutes if it doesn’t shots down itself.

If you want to be constantly frustrated by the app telling you it can’t download your boarding pass because you aren’t online (whether on WiFi or LTE), then this is the app for you. Even when you manage to get checked in, the boarding pass inevitably fails to load the QR code. If you are one of the magical lucky ones to see a QR code, I would recommend you screen shot it immediately because it might take 30 more tries to get it to show up again.

I fly a lot (180 segments a year, 250,000 air miles a year). Air Europa's app is garbage. Awful workflow. Inflexible. Simple tasks are needlessly difficult. Changing a seat for example. Much much harder than with competitor's app. The app won't let me simply add (and remember) a booking without signing in. This is just lazy coding. LH, DL, AF, KL, AA, UA, AS, BA all have a better app.

App keeps crashing. I cannot select my seat during check in. Only random option available. I am in a business class seat and I can not select my seat. Terrible.

A lot of problems to add frequent flyer #

Pésima aplicación, solo termino mi vuelo y la desinstalo. Se queda trabada y no deje terminar un proceso.

This is the worst airline app! It keeps saying I have no internet service, when I have it for everything else, like writing this review. Also, it keeps saying an error occurred and to try again later. This does not happen with the apps for other airlines. Also, it keeps telling me my delta skymiles account doesn’t not match.

They need to improve it and fix the bugs

He tratado de descargar mi tarjeta de embarque 5 veces y no me deja. Solo pude recargar la de j acompañante. Deben mejorar esto.

Antes en 5 minutos hacia e imprimía los Boarding Pass Ahora tengo una hora, dale y dale y todavía no consigo imprimirlos Y eso que tengo 65 años trabajando con computadoras y hasta un curso de programación Me pregunto como hará un pobre campesino sin ninguna experiencia

Hago el chekin bien pero no da la tarjeta de embarque, que queda en azul la pantalla

not that efficient when printing passes but overall very good.

Rápida y fácil de usar

The check in feature on this app is clunky and slow to load (if it loads at all). I couldn’t change the emergency contact info for myself because the fields were locked. The different buttons were mislabeled (print ticket button took me to the download ticket). When I tried to download my tickets, there was an error that said try later. 6 hours later, I got the same error. I hope I can check in at the airport more successfully.

It allow all the prices on yours trips
