I stayed at the flora Barsha hotel in Dubai from June 30th till July 6th, 2022. It was a very pleasant stay starting from Checking in, I had request an earlier check in as I was coming in the morning. They let me check in at 10:30 am although the regular check in time was 2pm. The receptionists lakshmi and Manas very helpful and professional. The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast had nice variety and the house keeping guy, Saurabh always had a smile on his face. He always clean the room and make sure we had enough water, and our coffee and other things were always filled. Very kind. I had a car so basement had lots of parking available. No matter what time of the day I would come. One day I left my car light on and the front desk called me to let me know that my car light is left on, that was so nice of them. Otherwise my car battery could have died, in this hot humid July month. When it was time to check out, my flight was really really late at night, and they kept my luggage for good 10 hours with them 🙂 it was so easy. There was a small hair Salon on ground level where I went for blow dryer twice, it was so convenient to have a salon at the hotel site. One day I used the serenity spa and had a massage done, it was really relaxing. Overall I would say, it was 5/5 experience for me.

Very disappointing stay, glad was only there one night. very cramped and dirty, unfortunately having to stay there again very soon and had to pay for upgrade of room to be sure of space to move around. 😞

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time Mr. Ahmed has helped me. The service that he has provided me has been superb and very courteous to making sure my accommodations are at its best. I would highly recommend this hotel and request for Mr. Ahmed to help with anything needed.

They make traveling easy & comforting. A necessity during these hards times.

Pros: front desk was accommodating and kind. The pool was the perfect temperature, and lovely. The breakfast was superb. Cons: we reserved a room with a soaking tub but it was unavailable when we checked in. The bed was terribly uncomfortable (super hard) and the pillows were awful. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked either. The hot tub was not very warm. Breakfast was great but there were not many places to sit and eat.

I love this app it makes all of my travel and booking 10x easier. I get the best rates and deals!! What are you doing add it already!

Worst app ever to use so misleading

Excellent service

I booked 7 days Car Rental and prepaid. Before the time for picking up, I called Dollar (the car rental provider) to modify the rental cuz I wouldn’t make it online because of AA flight cancellation. Dollar said they didn’t have my info (payment, reservation number, name etc.). I tried to pull out the reservation on the app but it said the info didn’t match. Couldn’t contact them by phone. Then, I found out that Booking.com reservation is Rentalcars.com. Tried to contact them and few times but the agent hung up few times cuz they couldn’t solve the problem. They tried to tell me that was my fault not to be there to get the car on time (they forgot that I already called Dollar before picking up time). Funny thing is that I called Rentalcars.com, automatic system asked me to enter reservation numbers. I entered and the system said the number didn’t match the info LOL. So, since Dollar didn’t received any money and they didn’t have any info of my reservation, it means Booking.com didn’t book any car reservation for me. They kept all the money. This is totally a scam.

I have used the app several times & I am pleased with how easy it is to use.

lugi is the best!!! He was such a great host and really helped me a lot and made me feel apart of the family. He is a wonderful friend and I will remember him forever!!

I enjoy my stay it was a beautiful place to stay I will definitely be back here the room was so nice and clean the bathroom shower was huge I love the theme of the room was not Disappointed at all the restaurant had really good food and drinks as well.

Used booking.com for several year and like it a lot.

Nice clean rooms & hallways. Pool is great! This area has about 8-10 places to eat within a little walking distance. Very quiet area near hi-way in to Tulsa.

I will never again use booking.com. They sold me tickets to a tour for a company that went out of business. I contacted them to get a refund and they refused. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company - they investigated and credited my card. What a scam.

First I would like to say that we had an almost perfect stay. It was my daughters birthday weekend so we were all in a very happy fun mood. We had two rooms. One for the older kids and one for my husband and I. The king room was exceptional and looks like it was recently updated. The kids room was a double and nice. Not quite as updated but for us it was perfectly fine!!! The front desk was super helpful. We had a complicated reservation with all of arriving a different intervals but the front desk reservations staff were A++ especially Zuleika ( my apologies if I didn’t spell that right) She went above and beyond and was so pleasant and helpful. My issue came with the evening of our stay. We were all tired so decided to order pizza and some other food and drinks from the store/cafe on the property. We decided to wait outside by the pool area It had been raining so everything was wet so we tried to sit at a table close to the bar. We all had plastic drink cups the kids had some type of punch and we had adult beverages which no body could ever know and honestly why care for the 10 minutes we waited there?The bar tender told us we couldn’t sit at the table by the bar. We moved to a wet table to wait for our food. Again did not care at all. The next thing you know we have two security staff telling us that we couldn’t sit by the pool Area with our plastic drink cups. We nicely explained the situation and they stated that we could put our drinks into bar glasses and sit there but not plastic covered cups. I understand rules and regulations and I understand it’s their job to confront us. However we were the only people that got “kicked out”. There were multiple other people with personal drink containers all around us. The bartender clearly was making a statement with us just not sure why. It kind of put a mood on the night for a short time but we got over it. All in all a great stay and this is the first time this has happened to us at the pool. And we’ve stayed quite a few times.

I’ve used this app for quite some time now. With exception for a few minor things, it is very reliable.

Easy to use and you get discounts. It’s dumb not to use them.

Booking got the payment from me and they are not processing the virtual payment for the hotel so the balance still zero the balance still zero and I called the customer service twice, And they keep telling me wait for 30 minutes and then they hang up on me unprofessional customer service this is my last time booking with you!!!!

I loved the staff I enjoyed my stay there is was beyond amazing I’d definitely book again. Niko was beyond beautiful I give home twenty gold stars luv him and also Nate the bartender by the pool what An intelligent respectful man he showed all the guest love and kindness we felt like we were leaving family behind literally But here is the part that’s in need of improvement my housekeeper gave us our same towels she folded them and but them back up she made the beds up without changing out bedding for the whole five days we also had to go to the desk for towel for four people and also the rooms for four people at thirteen hundred bucks the maids could have been better and the beds should be bigger for four people to share that’s it OTHERIWSE IT WAS SUPER CLEAN AND SUPER CUTE AND DEFINITELY A PLACE WED GO AGAIN EVERYTIME WE ARE IN MIAMI VAJERO HOSTLE U WAS AMAZING WE WILL SEE YALL AGAIN HOPEFULLY WE WILL BE PENTHOUSE IN OCTOBER TO ALL THE STAFF THERE WE LOVE ALL YOU GUYS AND THANKS FOR HIVING US A AWESOME STAY ANOTER MOMENT AND FEELING THATS UNFORGETTABLE THATS OUR MOOD FOREVER AND EVER STAY HERE GUYS AND WIN NOTHING WLSE MATTERS BUT KINDNESS AND LOVE AND THEY SHOWED JUST THAT💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋with all of our love myrna PITTS room 204 and family see ya soon

It’s a gorgeous little loft in the heart of Madrid. Janet was asome. We accidentally booked the loft not paying attention it didn’t have Air condition. But Janet brought us extra fans and at nights it was cool enough to even look for a cover. Definitely recommend it.
