    Mostly late, no customer support, local staff is non supportive and rude. Toilets are not clean and sticks all back side of the bus. Drivers doesn’t understand anything. It also happens that I booked the tickets and they denied on the spot…because it was not updated in there system.

    I don’t know where to start because of the traumatic experience that i had on a trip from NYC to D.C, the stressful hours that i spent and the hours of talking with costumer service. First we departed 9:10 Am from NYC and we arrived to Cherry Hills New Jersey at 10:35 Am, the bus driver said that we will leave at 10:45 Am and i asked if i we can leave at 10:50 Am because i have a medical condition and i gotta use the bathroom. I went back at 10:48 Am and the bus driver was not there. I called the costumer service and their answer was “we are really sorry sir but we don’t know what to do”, this was really surprising to me because i was in the middle of a state, I don’t know anyone, i don’t have neither my Id or Passport and I didn’t have my credit card. Eventually, after insisting it turned out that they can do something and book me the next bus which was on 7:45 Pm. I had to wait approximately 9 hours in the middle of nowhere for me, i don’t know anything there with 9% charge, it was really traumatic and the amount of damage that was caused is uncountable. I called the costumer service couple of times after filing the lost and found form and they told me to wait 15 days!!!! First of all what happened is nothing less than the driver’s issue which means FlixBus should take responsibility for that, second of all i have a plane to catch today and my passport inside the backpack, whenever i called the costumer service, agents keep telling me that they don’t know what to do and i have to wait, this is really uncomfortable situation for me and i was really disappointed by how the agents treated me and how the company operating. After 15 days of waiting yet they didn’t find my luggage, this is really frustrating.

  • Serious problems with seats selection

    Nothing wrong with the app. However once you’re in your selected bus stop, the driver speaks a weird disclaimer to customers in which there’s no seat order. It’s like first come / first serve kind of thing. It doesn’t matter if you selected seat 4A in-app, driver will tell everyone forget about that and take whatever seat you want. The first time I saw that I felt it a bit weird. The second time I thought it was a coincidence. But… the third time? You’ve got to be kidding me! Several in between customers got problems with others using their previously purchased seats. Someone was sitting in my seat and when I used another one, a lady in Fort Myers told me I was in her seat. What an unnecessary mess!

    my mother and I buy the ticket from New York to Boston, arriving at the place, it was totally disorganized, in a sun of 35 with no place to sit to wait for the bus, when the bus arrived I just went to ask a supposed driver and he it was super RUDE to me it was horrible, when we got on the bus we didn't know that everyone had their seat, I sat in any seat, and a passenger told me that I was in his seat. so far so good, we tried to find our seat until we saw that a man was sitting where one of the seats was, we told him that was one of our seats and he said that was also his seat he showed us his ticket and it really was, we called the driver and the driver told me to sit in a super tight seat, very different from what I was supposed to be in, my mother went to her seat and there were people there too, IT WAS CHAOS, at the end another passenger said for the driver who would change seats to let us sit next to each other. never buy again

    Muy mala atención al cliente, compré mi boleto para hoy a las 4, el bus resulta que adelante la hora de llegada 20 minutos, no me llega ninguna notificación, no llega nada encima no puedo ni pedir el reembolso porque ni para eso contestan

    Bus do not arrive on time and company not notify the changes of the schedule. The web site tell you where the bus is, but is a lie. I was on the bus stop with indicator telling me bus is there and it was not.

    It’s been days and no contact from this company. Don’t loose your money like we did. Even the app support page is a 404.. Apple should suspend this App so more people won’t be abandoned, cheated or tricked. Never..

    They sat there gave me pop up notifications that my card wasn’t working over and over. I go to my bank statements y’all took my money and sent me no ticket confirmation nothing at all but my card wasn’t working pathetic.

    I was very skeptical of using FlixBus because of all of the bad reviews that I saw. However, as a first time user, I had an excellent experience. Booked a round trip from NY to Washington DC and within both trips drivers were very punctual and professional. We were supposed to depart at 7:00 AM, and departed exactly at 7, no delays or anything. The buses were clean and we were provided garbage bags. We arrived to our destination around the same time we were supposed to (Mind you, traffic matters). Overral, will recommend FlixBus to anyone.

    Writing this as it’s happening, but I’m trying to make a booking but I’ve tried 2 different cards and both were declined. I tried contacting customer support with that stupid automated system and I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes waiting. If you’re not gonna answer the phone, don’t have number to call!

    The app works fine. However, do not under any circumstances book any trips with this terrible company. We woke up at 3:30am to prepare for our long bus journey from Chamonix and waited in the cold for almost an hour before I finally called the company and was told our bus was actually cancelled. I was never notified of this cancellation and was not offered any compensation beyond a refund despite emphasizing the significant financial damage my party of several people would be taking due to this. Some other people were also waiting at the station with us and were equally blindsided. I will certainly never use this company again and I heavily advise everyone else to avoid it.

    Wasted one hour waiting for the bus . Even the customer care services knows about this. But they did not arrange the replacement bus. When the bua driver is not approachable it means he is unavailable. Not notified as well. Stranding on the road not so good idea. On the top of it, no action taken, no response over chat. Could not connect with customer care again.

    I am from the US and when putting in the phone numbers from America, it does not allow the number to be processed stating we need 6 more digits to process with the number included. In America we have 10 digit numbers.

    I have ridden with FlixBus twice. Both times the bus broke down. On my second trip, I had to cancel my reservations because a mechanic didn’t come for 4 hours. Not a reliable company.

    Купили билеты в Flixbus с Варшавы до Франкфурта в приложении пишут что есть вайфай и розетки ,но на самом деле ничего этого нет в ихнем сервисе,может они и есть но ничего не работает (((

    Usually $10 a trip before. After Boltbus closed permanently, their tickets price went up double. But ALWAYS late. There welas time its 3 hours late. OFTEN cancle for no reason. Got a trip cancelled on my BIRTHDAY so everyone had to cancel the plans. Made me choose random trip instead, and not even let me reserve a seat. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    The app works good but the company on a whole is nothing Good!! if i new this before i wouldnt had booked nothing with you guys! i booked a ticket from new york to wasgington for two of my brothers and myself which came up to more than $100 which is not bad ..the bus had to leave from mewyork from 7am we got there from 6, it was already 7:30 am and there was no bus we waited until 9 am there was no bus at all there where 4 more other people which made a total of 7 persons who didnt get picked by this company we called and the girl from customer service said the bus driver had forgotten us all . We tried getting a refund but they said our bus tickets where checked in which was a total lie so we assume the bus driver did something to assure we were there.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUS COMPANY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!!

    Just use their website- you can search with a map on there but it is not an option with their app so you have to know where you want to go. It also says there are no tickets available when there actually are. They’ll give you an option that says there are tickets available for the next day and after you click on that it’ll say the exact same thing: no tickets available for this day, but there are for the next day

    I had a ticket at 8:15am! I got email and text it has delay 1 hour! At 8:30 I checked it again by chance! I saw it changed and it has delay 30 minutes! I ran to bus stop and called customer service please stop it just 4 minutes! They said we can’t do anything! After I missed the bus I called customer service again for refund! They said we can’t do anything! Sorry! I lost my money, I missed the bus! For what? If you can’t manage at least don’t send email and text about delay! Let us go there and wait! 😡😡😡

    Wanted to change the boarding destination for my trip. They have that option but didn’t work at all. I had to canceled my trip to get a partial refund in the form of voucher. Voucher Didn’t work and they charged me for the full price for the new ticket. Called customer service but they automatically cancel my phone call after 1 minutes listen to the automatic answering machine. Tried to contact online chatting support but they didn’t answer too.

    Perdí mis 4 maletas con esta compañía hace más de un mes, maletas en las que llevaba muchas cosas de valor,he tratado de comunicarme de todas las meneras con la compañía y nada,según ustedes mis maletas están perdidas,no entiendo esta falta de respeto,ustedes me robaron, y me quedo anonadada al ver que no soy la única persona a la que ustedes han hecho esto,,,,ya hablé con mi abogado para demandar a esta compañía FlixBus ya que en mis maletas tenía (Repito) Cosas de Valor y ustedes no tienen ningún derecho de hacer lo que están haciendo ya que va en contra de sus estandares,Horrible experiencia I lost my 4 suitcases with this company more than a month ago, suitcases in which I carried many things of value, I have tried to communicate in all ways with the company and nothing, according to you my suitcases are lost, I do not understand this lack of respect ,you robbed me, and I am stunned to see that I am not the only person to whom you have done this,,,,I already spoke with my lawyer to sue this FlixBus company since in my suitcases I had (I repeat) Things from Value and you have no right to do what you are doing as it goes against your standards, Horrible experience

    This was going to be my first time taking Flixbus and i am very disappointed about how they did not warn me an hour or 30 minutes before departure that my trip was canceled, they warned me 15 minutes before when i was already at the station as recommended from flixbus to be at the station 15 minutes before. They wasted my time; i requested a refund which i am hoping i will get it. Super disappointed on this costumer service

    I’ve taken this bud multiple times and it’s always late. This morning i came early and waited 30 minutes for the bus along with many other travelers. We got no notifications of the bus being cancelled or postponed and the app showed that it was on time. The only way i found out it was cancelled is because i called customer service. Terrible service. Don’t use.

    Don’t take this company I’m stuck here in the streets of Los Angeles after flixbox didn’t take me on my bus to Las Vegas, they sent a driver who doesn’t speak passable English of which I’m going to file a complaint with transport authorities danger to my life. The bus driver refuse to take me and other people even though we pay for the ticket and we had a QR code but there was no way to even communicate with him he simply left us spend it in the streets of LA I called the customer service as well as my friends and they just gave us a horrible runaround and I’m still stuck in the streets here I’m going to file a complaint with the government and I hope they will take them off the map in California seizure. It refused to put me on another bus

    Cheap bus tickets in Europe. Never had a problem with them as bus drivers were always on time and in fact early (although in America it looks like it’s an unreliable service). App works great. Mobile Website not so much as at times I had to try and book multiple times because the “pay” button wouldn’t show up on the screen or when selecting credit card the input field for cc number and details did not show up. Some front end code needs to be fixed. Maybe some back end as well as when I was able to submit cc details it always said error in processing. Anyways since this review is for the actual FlixBus application I give it a 5.

    Bus never showed up. Don’t use if you need to arrive anywhere on time. crazy thing is another passenger told me this happened to him before with Flixbus. Find another ride if it’s important.

    1. No way to enter phone number, no matter how many digits you enter, you get an error message stating that you must enter six more digits. The app is worthless, junk

    The price is cheap and it’s so easy to book a trip. However, the drivers are soooo rude. It was my first time using this service and it might be the last time. My first bus was running late and I didn’t get a notification. Also, other people waiting received different messages such as “delayed” or the bus had “departed 20 mins ago.” Everyone waiting was so confused. The bus arrived 25mins late. Assigned sitting is a joke you can sit anywhere. For my returned trip I ended up missing my bus due to a rude FlixBus driver headed to Vegas instead of PHX. There is no number to call or office which is stupid if you have questions or concerns. Luckily I found a different bus service that was super sweet and accommodating and helped me get home.

    My daughter often rides from Eugene to Portland. It is often 30-60 mins late. In February it was about 2 hours late, but we didn’t find out until we’d travelled 1/2 hour from our home and talked to a Flix employee at the bus stop. It was really inconvenient.

    Do not download this app. It’s unreliable and has cancelled on me 5 times. My mom is stuck in Las Vegas now and can’t get home because Flix Bus cancelled on her. They’ve cancelled on me 4 times before.

    I use FlixBus for many years. It was very comfortable to use it in Europe, but in the Us it’s horrible. I could find location of the bus for 40 minutes. I wrote them about it and they didn’t answer and didn’t help me. Be careful about it and try to come 2 hours before arriving…Because if you miss your bus they’ll never return your money
