I don’t know it’s the app, or the TFT on my Sportster S, but the nav is all over the place. While riding in a straight line, the nav looks like I’m doing donuts. It gets me to where I want to go, but I find myself just listening to the directions. Really want to see this work better.

I’ve been using this app for a long time on an iPhone. This app is only good for tracking miles or recording a ride. In order to customize a route, you have to use a computer and login, create your custom route then save it. When it’s time to ride, the app follows the customized route in the beginning, then starts to change it to the fastest way. It happens ALL THE TIME. Even after changing some of the options. And the app do not recalculate the route in order to continue with your customized route. It’s frustrating.

The app is ok. I don’t think it very user friendly. I still don’t really know how to end trip tracking on it. Coming from someone that had bikes from their competition. Indians app and infotainment system is far superior. There is a digital keypad to enter your bike code if you don’t have a fob. While using the app and planning a ride you can do a fly over off the whole route. This day in age there is no reason to have to use turn signals to enter a touring bikes code!! I love my RHS but I wish HD would up their game without price gouging their customers, it would be a pleasant gesture!

Ride tracking works fine, but the top speed is not displayed properly in the ride summary. Every time it’s below the average and it’s definitely incorrect. Trip Duration 01:04:31 Top Speed 24 mph Elevation Gain 1,611 ft Moving Time 00:58:52 Trip Distance 28.4 mi Average Speed 29 mph

Once, map showed up on bike, but most of the time map display on bike remains blank and widget on main screen shows „no routes“. This is with an iPhone where map inside the app on phone looks ok, but not as good as plain apple map and would like to see on bike

The mapping is way out of whack. People that use a non iPhone with this app have no issues

The app works great and is not clunky at all!

Ride tracker has issues. Top speed never goes above 35mph. App also will not allow you to choose a favorite Harley dealership.

Love the app. Love Harley. Would like to be able to record rides while using GPS. Also, integration into the Pan America is lacking. Having music on the gps screen would be nice. The app also tries to rotate a lot while in landscape mode. It’s annoying when my main screen is also rotating and I’m trying to determine my next turn in an unknown location. Otherwise, the app is amazing. Keep up the good work and hopefully in time, I can turn this 4 into a 5.

After the last update i couldn't check in on the hd app at my dealers and my miles are not keeping up but im still logged into everything.

App won’t let me sign up for challenge, I’ve done it every thing correct. Not user friendly. Ride tracker many times stops and I lose my miles. Fix the bugs!!!

I’ve reset my phone 3 times due to this app crashing

The speeds are off on the app. Other than that I like it.

I’ve only found it to be good to record a ride. I recorded rides and save them and tried to ride that route again but there’s no voice activation to tell you where to go and the roads aren’t mapped out so it’s pretty much useless to record a ride and then try to do it again you better remember where you went first time

I have a 2019 Road Glide. I used to prepare my routes through HD web site and through my HD iPhone App I would send them directly to my bike. However, after this new app up date, the HD feature in my bike (boom box) stoped working. It simply looks as if is not enabled. And yes, my phone is connected to the bike.

I went to Yuba City Harley Davidson today hoping to buy a LiveWire electric motorcycle. After speaking with Greg in sales, the assistant manager Dallas, and the finance guy Andy, I am so happy I went to Yuba City. I change my mind on the electric motorcycle for multiple reasons honestly I had some reservations. But I rode home and can American Harley Davidson 1250. They gave me an amazing deal on my trade-in, they also gave me an incredible deal on the price of the motorcycle.I think Greg is the reason why I change my mind and wanted to give them my business. Hats off to the whole team they did a fantastic job. JP

I’m very disappointed with this app. When I bought my 2020 Tri-Glide CVO, the said it would do a lot more than it has done and seems to be getting worse every time they do an update.

The app is very well thought out and it’s great that you can creat rides with the app and record rides BUT one thing missing if like to see added is satellite imagery. This would make planning rides much more useful since you can see the surround area.

Great tool

I’ve used (and enjoyed) the Record Ride feature of the app since inception, however it is no longer reliable. From showing 1+ hour duration ride with “0” miles, to recording only 50% of my total miles at other times, I can no longer expect the feature to work. Frustrating when attempting to meet Challenge Goals.

I love the app great way to keep track of your rides and everything. But I think it’s be cool to have a parts page to keep track of the bike parts for the future.

Stop to get gas for 10 minutes and this stupid app stop and lose my trip. Spotwalla is a much better app than this crap!

I’ve been using the app for a couple of days, the monthly challenge makes for an enjoyable means to go on and track your mileage and compare with other people. I like that you can go on and plot your routes and select them any time you want to take the route for easy access. It allows you to make your own routes with certain waypoints if you know of a longer, more scenic route to enjoy your ride. Navigation seems solid but I haven’t used it for long distance for a route I already don’t know by heart. Things I would love to see: -way to add friends, compare mileage monthly, yearly, and all time and even ability to make personal challenges similar to the monthly one but between a group of friends. -not every dealer has their events updated to the app, so however that needs to get worked out between the app and dealer should get ironed out so it’s easier to check on events (this is my experience, yours may be updated) -instead of listing previous rides on the actual map, have a drop down/list of every ride recorded on the fly. I know this already kinda exists, but to be able to just view how many rides and mileage for each one in a menu of your previous rides to make it easier to find. This exists for plotted routes you’ve saved, but even the ones you saved but didn’t necessarily name, it would be cool to see these easier. Long story short, great app, but I would love to see some refinements so that the app can be much more competitive with other tracking apps. I no longer can log in and my email doesn’t exist, then already exists when trying to create. This is so broken so I had to remove it.

Absolutely horrendous recommended rides.. recommended me rides in Pikeville, KY and I live in BristolTN/VA and I’m like 15mins or a couple miles away from “the dragon” which is possibly the most well known ride this side of the Mississippi.. First time I had the HD app it recommended local rides and then one day I opened the app trying to plan a ride and it showed nothing close.. even though previously it showed a variety of rides so I removed the HD app and used a different service.. so after waiting some months I figured it would’ve been recalibrated or had the bugs worked out. Nope. Same ole song and dance. Recommending rides near 100miles away from me. Please fix this, I would love to have a reliable ride guide

What's up with the crashing or it shuts down and put me back to the mobile app icon again and again...while trying to update my profile?? I just tried it 3 times and it's irritating.

Is this thing supposed to load some sort of a map in order to plan rides?

I like the app but the top speed and average speeds are always way off. My top speed was well above 29 mph.

Solid app for planning and recording rides without all the silly bells n whistles

Used the HD app for a trip across GA/SC. Within an hour had routed me onto a gated dirt road. By the time I had found the route again the App had rerouted me, with no warning, thru Macon, which I was originally routed around. Flipped routes again on day two—no advisory. Also, eats up battery. HD App plus Apple Music drained the phone down to 12% in less than 90mins.

Latest version can no longer refresh my Livewire (by pulling down on the bike screen) to get the “vibrating engine” to pop up and see my charging status. Now you just have to wait for a push notification. Not too helpful if you’re waiting until a certain % to unplug.

App keeps crashing/closing and not recording rides. Loved it at first, but not recording rides is frustrating.

I rode to Arizona from FL and back in May. Ride planner was indispensable. We have a Tuesday AM breakfast ride here in Volusia County — I’ve recorded all the great rides and can easily lead any of those using the app. It’s a great travel tool! Thanks for the trips.

For the short time it was available to all bikes. Now it’s just for that ridiculous Live Wire. Keep alienating your shrinking loyalty based customers guys. Did you learn NOTHING from the comeback after the AMF blunder??? Harley went from unbelievable poor quality to a model in quality improvement utilizing Six Sigma etc and now you once again are arrogant and think you can’t lose the Company. Like The Boeing Aircraft Company, you will go by way of the auto industry of the 70’s and 80’s. Offer this ENTIRE APP back to your customer base!!!!!!!!

It was wonderful led by Larry Cucco. My sister Janet rode her trike with Louanne, my sister Martha rode behind me on my trike. It was post chemo for Louanne.

This app is tough to beat. It keeps track of mileage, elapsed time and much more. I highly recommend getting it!

It means AVOID HIGHWAYS!!! Maybe the worst mapping software (Mac and iPhone) I’ve ever seen. Add a waypoint. Drag a waypoint. Doesn’t matter. Let me map this for you in the most inconceivable way possible! I get it. It’s free. You get what you pay for. The paid apps are just as bad though. But I think we all expect more from H-D since everything costs a quart of blood.

I used this app a lot but you updated it and now it requires IOS 13 or higher. My IPhone 6S doesn’t update newer than 12.4. In the App Store it says you can download an older version that is comparable. It doesn’t even go to my older version to re-install it. Can you PLEASE provide a link that is comparable with IOS 12.4. UPDATE: My phone is up to date on IOS 12.4. Apple has no higher update fir it.

This app is pretty good but it’s lacking the moon or something like that one ☝️ and it’s straight up needs more info and info is key to buying and more info for the people who have the app.!

I love this app for being able to creat a group ride and share with all of us to see the route. The ability to earn digital coins or awards is kinda cool, but I enjoy the option to choose navigation for 2 wheels. Avoiding dirt roads and highways is another great thing about this app. Keep it up Harley-Davidson!

The navigation continuously directs me to take exits that are closed in Houston, Texas. It does not recognize street closures or construction consistently enough. Nearly every time I try to use the nav app it ends up adding significant time to my commute.

I just enjoy keeping track of my miles. The Harley shops I stop at. It adds up so quick. I like watching my miles add up and how far behind I am to the leaders!

Needs CarPlay.

Just got my new PanAm with H-D app interface and disappointed with the bike display fonts being way too small to read on the bike. Great concept but not usable for navigation on bike. The Rever stand alone app is solid 4-5 stars. Waiting for improvements.
