Good game I just don’t like the p2p or waiting. Kinda just wish I could pay a few dollars to get the game and then not have to wait

Their support is non-existent. Expect to only receive automated responses back. The minevents keep crashing for me, which means I cannot complete them. Which means I am not able to complete the main event. Which means playing this game is a waste of time.

How do I accept friends. I visit them and the game tells me accept them first before I can help them. How do I ask for help to complete events

I really love this game, just as I was bored with my games I found this app. Yay! I think this game is beautiful with all the features, colors and the different mini games. G5 keep doing what you’re doing, thank you.

The game becomes far too quickly impossibly difficult unless you spend actual money to purchase boosts and special items. The new release introduces steel bricks to the match 3 mini game and in top of only being destroyed by specials the time has been cut by 50% or more on each puzzle. Far too difficult with such an obvious ploy to get their hand in your wallet. If the game is advertised as free it should be free for those who are not wealthy enough to spend money on such luxury. We do have to watch ads after all so it’s not like you aren’t being paid somehow.

I haven’t been able to play this game since the beginning of September 2020 because of all the updates and how slow they are to download. I know it’s not my internet as I work from home and have no problems. Quit with all the updates, developers! It’s just a scam to get you to use your very rare/expensive gems!

Hi there game playing people’s.... o find it aggravating when a game portrayed itself one way... then is total different genre and playing experience... this is your game IF YOU LIKE TO FIMD HIIDEN OBJECTS IN PICTURES!!! Not the kind you stare at to see another picture or blah blah... it is truly so much fun... amd great way to interact with those al Over the world!! So fun:..: hard at times but great cheats along the way if you’re willing to pay....be well and stay safe everyone... hope this is of help?!?

It’s a nice game for what it is.

This game is still great fun, but it was more interesting when you had to search for treasures hidden around the city. Showing locations takes the mystery out of the game.

This has a great storyline interesting characters and challenging game play without being too hard to do

When played on my iPad I met two girls dressed like Chinese girls who opened a story about opening a moon gate that was to let in ancient spirits having a resting place. When I found the items, such as a stencil, the next few days the COVID virus began. Seems odd, it upset me so much as I felt tricked by the most likely imposter detectives..

I play daily, daily! So I was playing for the second time today, went to “my friends” to give/get gifts, see if I had requests, but I had no time to visit right now. So I get back to the game and it tells me that I’ve missed 2 days, 2 whole days even though I played this whole week, and every day for a while now. I had to give 5 gems to not lose my days/streak so I won’t lose the part for the amulet or whatever it’s called. Why there’s always a new bug in this game? Why do we have to play with others, and don’t tell me it’s optional, some times you “have to” visit them and charge their games for points so you can finish tasks. I don’t mind the people I play with, I mind that it takes forever to load their games, and now it cost me 5 gems because of a bug! And don’t tell me to open and close the game daily so it can acknowledge the login/sign in/new day, of course I close the game daily, what? I’m going to keep it running forever? And it does automatically close itself from time to time, e.g. the other day I was playing and had to check the podcasts app, then the mail, when I came back I had to restart the game, so that’s not the issue either. Edit: so, for the longest time this game kept 00:00 local time as “a new day in game.” For some reason since this last bug it’s not considering 00:00 as a “new day/new login.” I don’t know if it’s because now they force you to open in “the upper city location” for the event currently playing, or it’s a different issue. Yesterday I played exactly 3 times, each time closing the game after. Only on the 4th time did the game consider it as a “new day” had started, it was 22:20 local time (approximately). I closed the game, opened it this morning at around 09:25 local time, it did not consider this day a “new day”, it did not give me the title card for the “new day” with the price/gift for playing this day.

Good game so far. Like that it’s so detailed. I don’t like paying for “extras” so I just play till I’m out of energy. Then wait to play later on.

Wonderful graphics! I think there should be more levels to play at the same time and a search for NEW objects. Each area has the exact same 10-15 items which are usually in the exact same spots. Hopefully it gets better, I am only on the first 12 ish levels. I would like to see more mind game challenges in between also.

The pacing of this game was nice at the beginning but then you start running out of relics/stars/rubies and have to replay missions.

Frustrating when the game pushes 107 updates at one time. I’m unable to play until they download.

Conceding the “Gemstone vault. I have been playing it until this event. And it has been redesigned and has become almost impossible to win!!!! I will not play it again.

The game is a lot of fun. It will keep you busy.

I enjoyed the different types of games in the city and each game is not too easy. The delicate style of graphics was exotic.

How how I get a philosopher stone? I don’t want to pay full price.

Great game with many challenges

Hellooo G5 - the current event - Antique Store - is too wide and does not fit in my screen. It’s very annoying as I have to constantly swipe left and right to check for the hidden objects and this ears up my limited time! Please can u switch it back? I find this very frustrating as I lose energy trying.....

Loved this game it was CRUSHING to me when after an update I can no longer use my Apple Pencil in order to play the game - it comes across as an actual pencil now - EXTREMELY disappointing I kept going into game hoping that it would fix itself but no

I enjoy playing the game but would like to see better rewards for higher players and for defeating monsters. I notice it is difficult to find older rewards so that needs to be corrected. Overall I have had little issues with the game and enjoy the new events.

The graphics are wonderful,and the objects not impossible to find on phone screen. So far so good. Looking for a game that uses guilds for events, not sure if that’s available... but since Ravenhill by my tone shut down.. a lot of us are looking for a game with guild events.

This game has amazing graphics!!!! So much fun to play but I dislike how much energy it takes while playing different scenes, just wish there was a faster freer way to earn energy.

Mostly a fun game to play until the scenes get impossible to solve on your own without tools. Unfortunately, there’s only one new location given every month, so new search options are limited. In an ideal world, there would be about three locations released per month in the old city. The upper city is just impossible and not fun to play. I liked it when the original places got a makeover and you got to start from the beginning of the place/scene. Can be hours of fun of the scenes aren’t too difficult to search.
