My job uses this app to do scheduling and time off requests, and it is the worst thing I've ever had the displeasure of using. It either doesnt let me log in despite my username and password being correct, or it cant load any of the app once i am logged in. The UI overall and the general app is terrible. It feels like this app was designed, never tested, and never improved once being made.

Why has this app not been working for months?

Just updated my iPhone 11 to IOS 14.2 and app doesn’t work. It just shows a blank page. Please fix as soon as possible. I already tried deleting and reinstalling and that did nothing.

This app is what my job uses for the schedule and requesting work off. The app DOES NOT WORK! It does not load, I can never see my schedule, I can never take work off. If your work uses this app, you will have to use the desktop version. They have a website that works and only the website. It’s frustrating because I don’t not have a computer on hand and I have to go out of my way to view my schedule weekly and take work off.

Please update soon. I can’t view my schedule since downloading iOS 14.

Doesn’t even load all the way or work

I've had to use this app for about 10 months now and haven't had an issue, but for about 3 weeks now, the app just opens up as blank. I've tried to delete and re-download the app and have done everything, and nothing. So now I'm stuck with the website version where if you try to zoom in to try and read that the schedule actually says, the whole website just implodes in on itself. Overall, a terrible app that employers should stay away from.

Is the app no longer supported with the new iOS update? Seems like with all these businesses dependent on it, this issue would’ve been resolved by now.

When I first downloaded the app I could ONLY see my scheduled shifts, not make time off requests. As of this week (after downloading the new IOS update) I cannot even see my scheduled shifts anymore rendering the app useless.

I don’t know what is going on, but all I see when I open it is a blank screen, even when I am scheduled to work.

I’ve been using this app for over year. for a good few months now the time off request won’t work. if i click on it a black page shows up, i didn’t really kind as i could request it off at my work. but now my schedule won’t even work, does the black page as well. i deleted the app hoping it would start working, but it did not 😞

App was working great before COVID. After, you couldn’t submit time off request. Now with IOS14 update, you can’t even see the schedule anymore.

I see a lot of people making similar reviews so I’ll keep mine short. I have used this app for over a year and it has always worked great until now. I can still log into the app and see my schedule but I can’t request time off. When I click on the tab nothing shows up. I’ve done everything I can think of to try to fix it but to no avail. My boss has been very understanding and has been allowing me to directly request time off but it’s hard for me to run into him at work. What is the point of this app if I can’t request time off? My schedule is posted at work so I can just get it from there. I haven’t seen anything suggesting a bug fix either. I’m now updating my review to be 1 star. Since the new Apple update I can log into the app and only see blank screens for every option except settings. I’ve cleared the cache both in the app and through settings. I was told an update was supposed to happen a month ago but it never did. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the lack of care the developers have for maintaining the app on this AppStore, yet they seem to be maintaining their Android version just fine. I’ve been reading reviews and some of them are posted years ago with problems that are still in the app now.

The app won’t show your schedule with the new ios 14 update.

I downloaded this to be able to check my employee schedule remotely, because I don’t always work on the weekends, when the schedule gets posted. However, after the last few iOS updates, the app has completely failed. I can log in, but all of the tabs are blank. I can’t see my schedule, request time off, or even log out. This is an incompetent dinosaur of an app that needs to be replaced by someone with an IQ above that of a sixth grader.

Sometimes, majority of the time, it’s necessary for me to uninstall and then reinstall the entire app to get it working again

I downloaded this and entered my job’s client ID. I received the “Customer Record Not Found” notification that other reviews mentioned. I tried all caps, no caps, some caps ... no luck. The company published an entire brochure about using this app. Apparently, they did not read these reviews before shelling out the $$$$$$.

This app was made by a company that supposedly specializes in digital supply train tracking, yet they can’t make a scheduling app work. It has lost numerous functionalities including requesting time off and switching shifts. At this point it is a glorified shared outlook calendar and cannot even handle that.

This app is nothing but annoyance. If I could put zero star I would.

I had been using this app for over 2 years and it was great, now all of a sudden it won’t work. I can’t log in and it tells me that my customer ID is wrong or not found... um it hasn’t changed since I got it... pretty disappointed since I can’t look at my schedule or request time off from my phone anymore.

This is the most consistently inconsistent application I have ever had to deal with. I am a store manager and our company mandates that we use this app for scheduling and time-off requests. The number of times I have had to delete it and re-download because my “Customer record is not found,” is utterly absurd. I have employees come to me on a regular basis claiming that the app is no longer working for them. It has currently stopped working for me altogether, despite me doing everything in my power to log in. These issues are in no way due to misuse or expired passwords. We have been dealing with them for months and have continued to update our profiles each time this app claims that our customer IDs are unrecognizable. This program is intended to make things easier, but it is nothing but a major inconvenience. Get yourselves together; this impacts people’s livelihoods.

The app is glitchy and sometimes displays features but other times doesn’t

The worst app ever to keep track of work schedules. It’s saying it can’t find my user ID when it been the same for months now and it won’t let you request off.

I’ve been using this app for over 3 yrs, and it worked great. Since coming back to limited hours since COVID, the request for time off is not working. When you tap on the the request time off, it goes to the page but nothing shows up. Like the other review, I can text my manager but I can only imagine that she has enough on her plate at this point to deal with a bunch of text from employees. Please help!

I use this app mainly for the time off request and since I updated the app, the time off page does not work. Please fix this as the app is amazing but needs to get this feature back.

Like other recent reviews, before quarantine the app worked just fine for me. However, I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 11 in June and now I can’t even request time off, the app freezes on me and occasionally won’t show my schedule. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!

For the last few months, the screen to request time off has been blank. There doesn’t seem to be a way to report an issue with the app for it to get fixed either.

The app doesn’t even let you do all the things advertised. Forget any days off, you cannot request them off. I am soooo unhappy.

Its not a bad app. I like that I can request days off. It would be helpful if I could change my availability or sync this with my calendar. I have a Different app for my other job that syncs and it makes keeping track of my busy schedule so much easier.

As another review states, after quarantine I noticed that I wasn’t able to use all the features. To request time off, the app no longer loads that page & instead remains frozen. Now, I can’t even see my schedule & instead I get a “timed-out” message. Super disappointing.

The app used to actually work, and like someone mentioned all they can do is see their schedule and total hours, after mid March. Not the case with me I guess, cause not only can I not request days off, but I can’t even see my schedule anymore.

The app used to work great and I could request off as I please from home. However, now I’m only able to see my upcoming schedule; all other pages just show a blank white page, which is very inconvenient.

I am having the same issues as others. My time off request is blank. It has been blank for a couple of months. I look like an idiot to my boss because other employees are not having this issue. Fix this please!!!!

I can’t request time off anymore and all I can do is see my schedule. There is no update available that could possibly fix this.

Unable to request off

... Before March ‘20 this app worked great. Could see my schedule and make time off requests just fine. Before the shutdown my boss mentioned that they were doing an update cause of the newer IOS. I come back from quarantine reload the app and now all I can do is look at my schedule. Being able to make time off requests whiole point of the app.

This is a nice template for an app. Although, it would be nice if it worked, and everything in the menu led to something other than a completely blank screen. Just a suggestion.

This app is terrible! I work in fast food and this is the app I was told to use to view my schedule. It won’t let me take time off, change my availability, contact other employees to cover a shift I will miss or show available shifts!!! Please improve these issues soon!
