This app never tells me the correct time the bus is coming and when it passes the time it should have came it says that it’s coming 30 minutes after I waited 10. So furious that it happens every single day. It’s never accurate! Or worst I’ll get there and every minute the time goes up by another minute until 10 minutes has been added and then it finally arrives and yet still not on time!

Every time I open the app an ad pops up, it can make you miss your stop if you’re in an unfamiliar area. Please make it an option to remove them, I love the app otherwise, aside from the annoying ads it serves its purpose very well.

Moovit incorporated much more aggressive advertising this year that briefly delayed transit directions before re-designing ad popups to obstruct content less with banners near the bottom of the screen. I’m adding a star back for fixing that irritating issue, but there are still some bugs that the developer team must fix: 1. Bus routes are too optimistic for traffic conditions around Tel Aviv. For example, I missed two connecting busses because the first bus was a minute late to a scheduled stop—a regular occurrence for which the algorithm needs to account. 2. Sometimes the app seems to crash or lose track of your trip mid-travel. Related, if you calculate a trip, then leave 4-5 min later, then nothing is automatically recalculated to ensure you have sufficient time to reach the departure station. So you have to manually end the current trip, back out several screens, then re-enter the destination and re-calculate fresh transit options. 3. Notifications and/or GPS tracking continues to be a bit buggy. Busses often arrive multiple minutes early or late with little or no warning/notifications. And the GPS seems to lag behind your actual position with the compass (direction you are facing) also being inaccurate at times. This review is based upon the current app version in late June 2022 using an iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13 Pro.

The driver is rude. The driver sits on sleeping and will not let passengers on it is time to pull off.

Recently used the app in Israel and it never let me down. Tells you what bus to take, the cost and when to get off. And you never have to load it or prepay, you’re only charged for the bus you take. Highly Recommend.

Works well for getting a basic idea. If a developer sees this, it would be helpful when you “change direction” if it was distinct enough to see which way the schedule is switching. If you could see the times for the individual stops it would help you to quickly determine if those timetables were applicable to you, or even writing South/Northbound or west/east Bound so you could know which way the line you are selecting actual runs.

Need the to have the n16 running more frequently especially in the afternoon.I always have to wait 30 m s sometimes more for the 16.

Nice app there is no app like this

This app is convenient for me as I usually travel by transit these days. I recommend this app to anyone hoping to check bus times quick and save your most used bus time schedules. However my only request is that you make this app more easier to understand. I feel like it is so confusing finding when a bus leaves and departs. I wish I could look up a bus and it shows me the day’s arrival and departure schedule. It requires too much looking around and searching to find what you are looking for. I want more specific information about busses and it to be easily and intuitively accessible. If this problem was addressed then to me this app would be 10/5 stars.

This app really works ! I used this app to get me from Charlotte to Virginia! Talking bout the best app to use especially if your traveling with kids ! Was on a bus with a driver who just didn’t help me she had me lost one the wrong bus for hours and I forgot this was on my phone I found where I needed to get off so I could get to the hotel and rest thank God!!!!!!!! Would of never made it without this app!!!

Kept telling me to get off at the wrong stations and told me to go to the wrong platform so that I was moving in the opposite direction I wanted to go.

Times are very accurate wich makes my life much easier.

I’ve used this when it first came out years ago. I left it because it was clearly still developing and didn’t quite fit my needs but I saw it could be something. Fast forward a few years and I’m back and it everything I expected it to become. Until the ads hit. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against monetizing the app, it at the point where it’s worth it’s weight in coin. But the ads are aggressive - when you are deciding between two transit options and minutes count, a full length ad that won’t go away for nearly a minute is a liability. Give me the option to opt out of the ad, I’d gladly pay a few bucks for the app - it’s proven itself. But being forced to deal with these invasive pop ups was the beginning of the end for my former go-to app. I really like Moovit.. please don’t make me have to moov on…

Great app, in lots of cities and very accurate with transit arrivals, but it looks like the new version has ads, which are annoying, and it’s not clear to me that there is a no-ads paid version.

Downloaded this app for my move to D.C. visited Italy and Spain beforehand and it’s been amazing everywhere. Incredibly accurate routes, times, maps, and many available options.

Love this app. Help so much find any transportation, anywhere I am. I have been using this app a lot and I could say I can’t handle my life without it anymore - once bicycle and public transportation is all I use to. AMAZING APP!

Add pop up when app opened. Did not see way to stop these undesired ads. No matter how good app is, I hate ads served to me in MoovIt or any app.
