L'app myAudi collega il veicolo alla vita di tutti giorni apportando un maggior comfort durante la guida con funzioni e servizi innovativi.

La quarta generazione dell'app myAudi è più semplice da utilizzare e offre un maggiore comfort durante l'uso quotidiano. Con la nuova versione viene avviato un costante processo di aggiornamento che rivoluziona gradualmente l'app myAudi grazie a una logica di comando intuitiva e focalizzata sull'utente.
L'avviamento avviene tramite il cosiddetto dashborad del veicolo che è stato semplificato sulla base dei feedback dei clienti e che visualizza le informazioni quali, ad esempio, lo stato del veicolo con una logica a schede. Grazie alla nuova barra di accesso rapido le funzioni del veicolo più importanti sono sempre a portata di mano.

Consente di richiamare informazioni sul veicolo in tempo reale in qualsiasi momento e avere sempre il controllo del livello di riempimento del serbatoio, della copertura, degli appuntamenti di Service, messaggi di avviso e molto altro. L'app permette di programmare comodamente i tragitti e inviare destinazioni e percorsi direttamente al veicolo. Anche la climatizzazione e l'apertura e la chiusura delle portiere del veicolo sono controllabili da remoto. (la disponibilità dei servizi può variare in base al modello e all'allestimento dell'Audi)

    To help users here understand, the entire Internet is ablaze with electric owners having connection issues with this app. The connectivity is nothing short of unusable. If you are planning on using his app to activate critical features like climate control or to monitor charging, know that these are not functional features from Audi via this app.

    The app stopped connecting to vehicle about 3 days ago. I am unable to see any status on my eTron. The most frustrating part is that I just renewed my subscription and nobody ever answers the support number - it’s an endless hold. Is there a different way to get support?

    This app is a complete embarrassment to the Audi brand and I’m not sure why the haven’t fired the entire developer team. It literally doesn’t work. I’ve never seen an app perform this poorly for so long. This app never should have made it past the beta stage let alone been rolled out to the public.

    This current version (as of June 13th, 2022) does not communicate with electrify America. When you go to start charger or view usage, it just gives you a red spinning circle. Took me 35 minutes to get my charge starting. I had to call Electrify America and give my VIN. This app is far inferior to my Tesla’s app. Communicating to the car works 60-70% of the time when it’s parked at home and on Wi-Fi. I have a Wireless AP in the garage so it’s not for lack of connectivity. After owning 2 Teslas since 2016, VW group and charging have a long way to go. PLEASE FIX the app functionality that talks to Electrify America.

    I just bought my first Audi and started using this app. For a company that makes such fantastic vehicles, their app and connection is probably the worst I’ve dealt with. The app only connects to my car occasionally. I constantly receive errors about data failing to send or not being able to retrieve status, even when the car is in my garage 25 feet away. Further, Amazon music constantly skips and recently disconnects every minute or two. It might not be the app, it may be the car, but the “connected” functionality of the e-tron is awful.

    This app is way too in your face.I get the app come to my home screen every single time I start my car. Why would anybody want to be sending a text or taking the call or doing anything and have the Audi app open every single time they start the car?

    Nothing useful in this app except remote locking, if your key fob isn’t enough. Like a lot of the other electronics in my 2022 Q5, this pops up and interferes with whatever else you are doing, like driving. Audi has big problems if my Q5 is any indicator of where this once great company is headed.

    You should be able to quickly override a location charging setting with both level and time to be ready. Occasionally I have to charge my etron to 100 at home where location is set to 80. I should be able to make that one time change really quick not change my entire location setting and then change it back. A simple slide in the charge dial would be nice to override 1 time. It should also prompt me at what time to have the car ready in that case.

    App worked for few months but now App features grayed out for over two months now (can’t use any features of app - ie lock/unlock, location finder, etc) for 21 Q7. Countless hours calling-emailing Audi and dealer. Audi USA & dealer Reps have been rude & unhelpful and constantly told no solution just have to wait. No one has been able to even say how long the wait is before it will even be fixed. Currently no solution…..

    The Audi app and website are awful. I’ve typed my VIN in 8 times and it still wouldn’t let me register. Can’t check your payment/billing status for Audi financial either- even when they send you a link via email it doesn’t lead you to the login page or statement, just Audi’s homepage. Not user friendly at all. Also if I logout and log back in I always have to change my password. I’m not forgetting my password (I write it down every time). They just need to find a new web and app development company to work with because the one they’re using are just collecting paychecks and not doing a good job at all

    It’s horrible app never worked since day one. It says the dealer will provide you with the next steps when I went to the dealer they said I have to call Audi customer service after I call them they keep transfer me from one to other and still didn’t work until now.

    UPDATE: The issue seemed to be with the car’s telemetry system. My SOS emergency light was off, and when I reported this to the dealership service they replaced the module. After that, the app has started syncing again. I am updating from 1 star to 5 stars. Although this app needs improvement, it has come a long way since I first installed it. Original review: Initially everything was good and it worked as advertised. But since last few months this app is only good for sending navigation to car. Other than that, nothing syncs with the car. I have an electric vehicle so it is often important for me to know current range. Actually I went to the dealership and reported this issue. They kept my car for around a week after which I got tired and took it home. I was told that the dealership had filed an internal ticket with the Audi app team and they would get back to me once they heard back. I have not received a call from the dealership. Atleast a month has passed. I really love my car, but these sort of issues … 🙁

    Here’s my evaluation for the app: The app itself, I like it (the UI is nice & I think it is very user friendly). The layout/appearance is nice & clean. When it comes to functionality… it’s just horrible. App worked fine for me for the first 3-5 months and after that, it went downhill. Below are some of the error messages I see(there were some others too but couldn’t remember): 1) Vehicle status could not be retrieved 2) Vehicle could not be reached 3) Server error, the server has sent an invalid response” This app gives Audi a bad look…!! Come on, a high end car DOESN’T even have an app that functions as designed… UI/Design: 10 Functionality: 2 Speed: 2

    New: WORST experience ever. Audi decided to update the app a few Months ago. Since then I have been unable to login, unable cancel and reset, unable to link back with my car. I can been calling and talking with Audi help- to no avail. First 4 weeks of waiting- they said to cancel key user- nope. Another 4 weeks- delete app - nope. On week 12 and seriously rethinking my love. This is the worst implementation of connected car experience ever. Poor app. Makes the etron kinda not special. Old:By far the most frustrating aspect is the dealer verification. Super agitating. Super drawn out. You have my vin. You already know I bought the car. It should be plug and play. If this experience is indicative of the app... I’m out. Will report later, per other reviews, how much I am belling sold to, versus providing me with value in managing the etron...

    Keep getting server error, the server has sent invalid reply. Basically, it’s been down for some time. You chat with Audi online and they say they are aware… yet no one is fixing it…???? Strange. Completely regretting purchasing my new 22 S5. I should have purchased a BMW or Mercedes.

    I can’t even login to the app or create an account without a server error. When I googled this issue it dates all the way back to 2019 without being corrected. It’s pretty bad when you can’t even start to use an app! I know it’s not my phone because I tried everyone’s suggestions to no avail.

    Months and months trying to figure out how to pay my monthly payments on 3 different Audis all finances through Audi financial services. Used to be so easy using the old web platform. Then Audi INSISTS I have to use this insanely non functional app to pay, disabling a perfectly functional web platform. AND THERE’S NO CONNECTION AT ALL TO ANY OF MY Audi financial services accounts. Calls to customer service are painful and useless. How can a company that makes such wonderful cars make such a useless app? Might buy another Audi because I love their cars, but will never finance through them again. ETA: don’t you just love all the reviews commenting on how useless “contacting” customer service is and the developer then automatically advises contacting customer service? Hmmm…maybe time to return to Lexus 🙄

    For over a month now I have been receiving server error message when trying to sign in. I recently traded my A3 for a Q5, I can’t even remove the old car from my profile. For being a luxury car manufacturer, you would think they would have top notch developers who can address this in a timely manner. Audi is lucky their cars are top notch!

    As a brand new member of Audi community (1 week since the purchase) I really see how great the cars are. However, the app is just one huge disappointment. From day one the app refuses to show any information about my car on the screen besides useless stock pictures of the model. Whenever I try to press lock/unlock button or see other information it says service is deactivated and/or unavailable. The dealer failed to find a source of the problem, everything is registered, so they created a ticket with support. Two days later I called support myself, took me 2 hours (!!!) on hold before I got connected with an agent who simply took my information and supposedly created another ticket. No ETA, no service, no feeling that Audi is any way a luxury brand. 2 out of 10 for customer service and for the app. Reading other reviews I expect that developer’s response will be useless “Sorry for your experience. Please contact us by phone and/or email” Update: 1 month later the app started to work. But it’s still useless. It doesn’t do anything except showing you fuel level and locking/unlocking the car. Notification about open windows are not sent, I have to manually open the app and press refresh button to realize the a window is open. Retarded. And there is no option to start the vehicle. What a useless thing.

    I bought a new Audi Q7 and at start, was impressed by the interior car details but as the user experience begins, one realizes that VW/Audi lacks quality control on its technology. The semi-driving automation is not reliable. The MMI system cumbersome and dangerous on the road with being difficult to use. Their non-functioning app is the straw in the camels back in the lack of trust in this German engineering. The lack of attention to customer feedback and sloppy work truly shows. Ironically, my sisters new Pallisade is more impressive with much less money. Her app works brilliantly to remotely start the car, change ventilation controls, track the location of the car, use it as a key to start the car, etc. I spent countless hours just trying to get the Audi app to connect to my car as a user and even requires some type of dealer authorization. The entire experience has been terrible. VW should learn from the Koreans in being able to integrate greatly impressive technology in their cars that actually works.

    I’ve had my 2022 Audi for about 8 weeks. The app has worked for 2 days; only the first 2 days. It won’t stay connected to my vehicle and it sends you back to the dealership for assistance. Went to the dealership only to have the main system down and the dealership was also locked out. With today’s technology capabilities this seems elementary and Audi should be able to remedy these issues timely. Very frustrating since my vehicle is electric and I need the app to show charge levels when using a public charger.
