I was so happy with this company to send money, now they have a lazy verification department. Tranfer in the past took 5 minutes to be available to our loved ones, now they take 12-24 hours to be ready for pickup. I'm going back to another company that has nothing to do with ria

Not a review. I always use the same bank number I save in ria to transfer money too. Today I am getting a 24 minimum length error again. Second time getting this error. It was fix before and now it is back again.

I have been using this app to send money to loved ones and it has been great. I have not had any issues with this application, money is sent on a timely manner. Places I’ve selected are not in a big city but are still able to get picked up. Best thing about this application is that they actually give a small incentive for using the application, I just made a year and to my surprise I got a small $5 dollar credit.

I am put off by the experience I’ve had with RIA customer support. Not only was my issue never resolved, but the most ridiculous, awful , and rude person I had the displeasure of speaking to kept repeating the same thing “this is our policy, sorry”(in a very condescending and insolent tone. Followed with NO explanation, understanding or resolution. It’s also as if manners and professionalism are worth nothing now a days. For people who immigrated to this country, we have and are sometimes financially responsible for our families in our native country. Ria WAS the way in which I sent money back him, but from today I will no longer be using their services.

It doesn't work I tried to send money and after I entered how much I said I wanted to send money it charged my credit card but nothing was sent and it just closed the transfer and says my password is wrong no matter how many times I try

App doesn’t allow signup due to internal error. Continue is greyed out during sign up.

I have been using this app for a short period of time and every time I use it I get a good service. It may take a while for the recipient to get it, but there is a saying that says “ if is fast is not cheap, and if it is cheap is not fast. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Not only do they charge more fees than Sharemoney does, but their rate of exchange is always lower compared to Sharemoney Transfer, I call them fate because the rate of dollar that appears when you log in, drops radically when you proceed to complete a transaction. The rate that shows up at the beginning is there to fool the customers

Do not waste your time with this worthless Garbage app.

Poor customer service, they end phone call without providing resolution and spread hate for customer and they don’t care about where the money goes

I just used this app trying to send money to a friend of mine in Mexico. I agreed With the six hours after they had told me that it would take that long. Waited until the next day just to see that the money transfer was still in process. This money transfer was very important. I usually use Remitly and they have no problem with the verification and do it on the spot. Just wanted to try another company but made a mistake. Have a good day.

He usado diferentes apps para enviar dinero a mi familia pero con esta compañía he encontrado rapidez y seguridad ( si vas a usar este servicio te recomiendo lo hagas con tarjeta de débito porque con cuenta de cheques tarda días y no te dan extra dinero por tener tu dinero detenido 😉)

Pésima aplicación y peor es el proceso. Mande 100 dólares a República Dominicana y van 3 días y el dinero aún no a llegado. Por eso no le doy ni una estrella y no la recomiendo pana nada.

Excellent rate and service better than Xoom .Love it.Less fees than Xoom.More reliable.

Fast, secure and easy to use. Biggest drawback is their limits 2999 is daily limit and next attempt fails with no reason and ask us to try again, it should have told daily limit reached and try again tomorrow. I have to use placid for subsequent transfer which is offering better rate and problems with placid are in placid app review.
