    Recently purchased tickets. I chose a date and time I wanted and when I did Apple Pay it choose for a different date without showing confirmation . Tickets were for my son’s birthday. When I got the email that was for a different date I had choose. I chatted with them and they said they couldn’t do anything! I didn’t want a refund I just explain that the system automatically changed the date. they said they couldn’t change it or refund me! With no apology or sympathy. We couldn’t go the day it picked for us so we lost out on our money. Worst customer service ever an app

    I had booked tickets to Buckingham Palace for the changing of the guard on Tiqets and unfortunately tested positive for covid at a health clinic the day before. When I reached out to Tiqets customer service I was told I could not be rebooked or refunded. I was referred to “city wonders” for an explanation. I am disgusted when an app uses this “third party cop-out” to avoid offering adequate customer service. Travel apps are customer service companies. So it is frustrating to be treated this way. Especially foolish I think because there are dozens of other travel apps offering the same services. It takes but a minute to download and use a competitor to Tiqets. Especially galling as I have been a loyal customer to Tiqets for many years. Not any more.

    An absolutely useless service that google ads must have dropped me into instead of the actual museums website, my "purchase" which most definitely took my money, ended up just issuing me a "placeholder ticket" which still required standing in a very long line for the front desk to issue an actual ticket. I ended up buying tickets a second time, from the actual museum website, which of course allowed us to walk right in after being scanned at the gate.

    This is the worse app I’ve ever used. Got tickets to the Coliseum. Got tickets for 10am. But at the gates. we were told we could not get in until 1:30pm. Informations are only available AFTER your purchase the tickets and still no very clear. Do not fall for this app. Horrible hate it. This is the reply I got : Hi Vivi & Amie, That doesn't sound right if you select a timeslot we should honor that always. Can you please give your reference ID#? We want to make it right but at least offer you a partial refund as compensation. We really appreciate your feedback. Warm regards, Team Tiqets." Hello there.     Don’t do it. You have to exchange the on line ticket for a card and the card stores/exchange are not always open. We lost a day we paid for bc their offices were not open. Rip off.

    The app very clearly stated that you could buy now and cancel later. What was not clear was that this had to be purchased as an additional add-on. This add-on was never presented it to me since it was the same day and it never stated it was nonrefundable until after I had spent the money.

    We are in rome to see the coliseum and the Tiqets app is down today! We traveled halfway across the world and spent lots of money to get here, and we can’t even visit the places that we paid for! What a terrible service, use ANY other app if you can.

    I bought 2 adult tickets and one child ticket for the Catacombs in Rome. When we got there, the tickets were much cheaper at the ticket booth and we still had to stand in line to get paper tickets. So including the processing fee, and over charged tickets, this app overcharged me by 13 Euros! And didn’t save me any time. I’m asking customer service to refund the overage and I’ll remove this review if they do, or change the rating and edit it to say they made it right. Otherwise assume it stands as written. Edit: they offered me 10% discount off my next tickets. Well that’s less than they cheat you, so I’d still be paying more than at the ticket booth even with this 10% so-called “discount”. Will delete the app now. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves, cheating hard working people. Let my mistake guide you, don’t even try with this one.

    Tickets cost more online and you still have to go to the ticket booth and wait in line. No sense to it. We spent $8 more online and still had a long wait. Classic ripoff!

    This app is a scam! Most “tours” you can do for free or way less than half the price. And the “tour guide” you do get, hopefully he speaks your language well. Very disappointed and I think it’s a shame what this app does to people.

    Tigits sold me 2 Museum tickets knowing that admission was free. The Museum honored the free admission, leaving the 2 tickets unused. But Tigits refused to refund the money. They said it was “unfortunate”. Lesson learned: buy Museum and attraction tickets directly from the source. Don’t use a 3rd party who has no interest in customer service.

    I want to buy ticket from the official website rather than this app, but this website makes itself look like exactly same as the official website. After the payment, it does not send us ticket directly and force us to download this stupid application. Another thing is that it shows the earliest entry time is 13:30 but I brought it and the ticket says the entry time is 13:55 and the earliest time I found in the official website is 13:00. This application and this company are totally fraud!!! Just a trash! Don’t use it!

    The app says “ You can cancel for free until 11:59 on 6 May 2022.” It’s 4:31 on May 6th and they won’t let me cancel.

    I got charged for two tickets instead of just one and they don’t want to refund me my money back. I am going to check with my bank because it is not there money it is mine. I will never deal with this place again. I will be calling my bank tomorrow morning. 😡😡

    After being charged twice for a purchase because of technical issues through the website I was unable to get my tickets while being offered a refund that would come to me in 5 to 10 business days. The technical support was not helpful in finding out how I could still get my ticket. There was no credit system in place. I was simply told to either wait for the refund or try purchasing again after already having the statements deducted from my banking account. Will not be using this service again.

    Tried to get a revision to the tickets we bought for the Zoo. No refund or the option to use on a different day. Once you pay, that’s it, Tiqmess will not honor any changes or revisions. Another company that’s full of greed and horrible customer service. I’ll never use their service again. It’s a total scam. Btw, it’s no way they could have a 5 star rating. That right there should raise an eyebrow.

    Purchased tickets for Sea Life Park in Hawaii while adding 2 general admission tickets to my cart they gave the option to add a dolphin encounter for $167 each I ended up purchasing 2 and when I checked in at the park the front office mentioned that this company doesn’t have a contract with them to add any other activities but only general admission.. the lady at the front mentioned they keep doing this to people even though they’ve tried to contact them multiple times to stop. We were only able to use general admission tickets at the gate I tried contacting the company afterwards and only had the option of live chat which they didn’t help at all when I was trying to get the money back.. I paid for something they weren’t even allowed to sell…

    Nothing against the app but I don’t want to have to use a new app for every online ticket I buy at each venue I visit. And I don’t see a way to put my tickets into my iPhone wallet. So 30 days from now I will go to the venue and not remember what app I have the tickets in and how to use it to be efficient enough to get in the venue.

    I got redirected to this app when I was trying to buy tickets for The Met. . Not only did it say my credit card failed but then it billed me twice for my tickets.The ticket office is not able to help you on site. And then you even have to go to the ticket counter to get these tickets activated. A complete waste of time and money!

    I had an overall terrible ticketing and customer service experience. Their means of interaction for customer support is either Whatsapp or email only, no phone number to speak to live human being. I purchased a ticket for a venue in Dubai however my husband had an injury and we were not able to go on the original schedule. Since we are unable to refund, we are asking to rebook which they said they will “try” but did not get confirmation. I was left in the dark for days if they can rebook it or not for the day we suggested we can use the tickets. On the day initially suggested, I had been following up all day and kept getting a response that they will “try”. I suggested by the time we only had an hour of the planned rebook date and time, that since we are not getting confirmation to instead book at a different day to give us sufficient time because it takes some travelling from the hotel we were staying at to the venue. They only confirmed with us that we were rebooked 30+ minutes before the time and the venue requires arrival 15 minutes before the schedule. We were not given enough time to confirm and plan for the ticket usage and cannot just wait around all day outside the location hoping we get rebooked or not. We travelled internationally to Dubai and definitely do not have extra time to waste waiting around outside the venue with incertainty. Long story short, our tickets were wasted, they refused to rebook or refund. I do not reccomend Tiqets and had overall bad experience with their services.

    They pretend to be the only source of booking for events. Actual event can do nothing for you if you want to make modifications, like add additional options to your ticket or if you need to modify time. You pay more for their tickets and get less. I was under the impression this was the only way to get tickets for the event based on how they represented themselves. We were stuck with useless tickets as we had to buy new tickets to add features to our reservation. Update: they continue to harass you even when your done with them. The epitome of worst customer service. Just a continued barrage of blaming everyone but themselves for being terrible. Please do not use this company.

    I ordered tickets through them for a venue and they sold them for a date that the venue is closed. Now I have to beg for my money back. Unreal. There are so many ticketing options on the market. This one will have you chasing down a refund. Huge disappointment.

    I followed instructions to select my time slot for entry to museum. I was not able to select the required box. Instructions say to contact support staff but there is no information on app to allow me to do that. So now I have no tickets but am out $36.

    Upon using this app I encountered “technical difficulties” with the assumption that the app didn’t confirm the payment we decided to get tickets at the museum in person which was a way better contribution than paying this 3rd party app. Upon reviewing my bank statement I have been charged by the Tiqet app without a confirmation or number to request my refund. The second star is for teqit emailing me back in a timely manner for a refund I’m still waiting for. Be wary.

    Do not use this ticket app. We purchased tickets to Legoland. We were charged and they never issued the tickets. The ticket person at Legoland was unable to pull up any of our information. Requested a refund. This app said it could take up to 10 days. I’m skeptical that I will get it at all. Do not trust this app. Ruined what was supposed to be a fun family day @ the park. Not something anyone wants to deal with at an amusement park

    Awful the app tells us to go 15 mins early to the bus stop and the bus never come we tried contact them and the busses still never came and we couldn’t get a refund and we weren’t the only ones with the issue there was another family that was going where we were and had the same problem it’s a scam don’t buy the tickets from here we just wasted 2 hours waiting on a bus that was supposed to be there at 8:30

    I’m an international traveler and due to the fact my train can’t make it to Rome on time I requested to move my tickets back an hour. They kept shoving their policy to me when I was asking for help. I didn’t ask for the money back. Just to move my tickets 1 hour. First they told me they didn’t have availability until a week after. Then I got the tickets for an hour later and her response was about policy again. They never tried to help me or work with me. I regret I use them. I do not recommend them at all.

    After booking, I realized I got wrong date on one of the tour. I attempted multiple time to chat or WhatsApp with customer service . None of that works

    I booked tour tickets in Italy with this company. The pickup location on the ticket was either incorrect or the bus never showed up. Either way, we didn’t get to go on the tour. After contacting Tiqets and requesting a refund, they said there is nothing they could do. So, I’m out $150. Lesson learned: I’m deleting this app and booking directly in the future to make sure I’m in direct communication with the event providers and not dealing with a middle-man.
